First-person account of an unnamed Equestrian Pegasus trying to escape a Griffin Kingdom-held fortress north of the Crystal Empire with four other ponies. This takes place during a hypothetical Cold War between the Griffins and Ponies, and is part of a much larger fanfic I'm working on.

**The encounter between the Pegasus and Bendl the Griffin is based on a real event that happened in WWII where a German fighter pilot escorted an injured American Bomber out of enemy territory**
