This is going to be the place where all stories that have ever been featured on our front page will be. These stories are all in our "The Best Stories" folder, along with some others. If you think you know a good Scootaloo story, submit a nomination to The Best Stories Nomination Thread. Make sure to follow the rules given!

Rainbow Dash always had a thing for that Wonderbolt... First Officer Soarin, just a step down from Captain Spitfire herself. So handsome and athletic! She never dreamed he could be such a sweet pony once she got to know him a little better. She had to have him in her life! Was there going to be enough room in her heart for a stallion? She already had a brand new daughter in Scootaloo.Would that make her greedy?

Scootaloo is going to need all the care and attention when a new disorder rears its ugly head, after all. To make matters worse, a terrible conflict in the distant land of Saddle Arabia draws nearer for those who wield the Elements of Harmony. Side by side with Soarin, Rainbow Dash must not lose sight of a child who's going to need all the love and guidance Dash can provide. Could they all be a family one day, or will Rainbow Dash eventually have to make the a horrible decision?

Between what she wants and what's really the most important, Rainbow Dash must make the right choice as her perfect world comes crashing around her ears. Would it be too late to save her soul? Can she salvage those she loves and make everything work out in the end, or will she lose everything and everyone that's important to her?

(Rated teen for the occasional instance of strong language, suggestive scenes, and scattered ponies drinkin' themselves stupid!)

Featured Story #2.2 (as of 9/6/13):

Scootaloo's life hasn't been the easiest. Being orphaned at a young age and brought up in the foster system came with its own set of challenges, not the least of which was a lack of older pegasi around to teach her how to fly. Fortunately, Rainbow Dash can help with that. With her honorary big sister taking a more active role in her life, Scootaloo learns much more about herself than just how to fly.

A story about love, family, and growing up.

Featured Story #3.1 (as of 8/23/14):

One night, an amazing display lit up the sky over Ponyville. A comet, brighter than any in living memory, was making its way through the sea of stars. The residents of the town gathered en masse to witness the spectacle. As was the tradition for such an occasion, many ponies made a wish on the celestial body, hoping that maybe, just maybe, some of them might come true...

Featured Story #3.2 (as of 8/23/14):

Guardians come in many colours and personalities, protecting others or misusing their power. Rainbow Dash is just one of them. As she encounters her favourite filly Scootaloo alone after dark, she soon finds herself tangled up in a complicated network of protégés and presumed protectors, both from the present and the past.
