Very similar, in fact. They are both shopkeepers in similar areas and neither get proper exposure on the show. Mr. Breezy is lucky enough to have an official name because it was said in his 15 seconds or so on the show.
I wouldn't be surprised if they were friends. The difference is that no one writes about Mr. Breezy.
He is like Davenport. He's not quite as cool, but he's like him. That makes him awesome.
