Fluttershy was always the shy one in ponyville... I mean sure, some other ponies might be shy but... she was afraid of her own shadow, LITERALLY! Nontheless... she was the kindest pony ponyville had ever seen... from her love for animals to being very polite... maybe that was her downfall... maybe the fact that she always obeys to pretty much anything... maybe that's why she was...well... it's a trumatizing event to say the least... that event made all of her freinds sad, depressed, they hated the person who did this to fluttershy... but... the one who took it worse was her boyfriend... you're probally wondering, "fluttershy had a boyfriend!?" indeed... indeed... they were madly in love... fluttershy was lucky to have a man like him IN FACT, everytime she saw him, she gave him something... whether it was food she made or something she made by hand. She didn't have to do anything and she knew she didn't have to bring him gifts everytime she saw him but she wanted to... she was so lonely, no one to talk to but her animals... having no one to talk to can drive a person or, in this case, "pony" insane! She pratically worshipped him... he made her life INTERESTING... Redwing, which is fluttershy's boyfriend, loves her with all his might and, of course, Redwing was of course shy as well... not as shy as her but, shy... not really shy but, a loner. He never really liked talking to anyone. He would usually take a walk around ponyville, trying to clear his mind of his mom and dad who had died, mother from cancer and father from a broken heart or, suicide...
One day, Redwing (if you're wondering, he's a red pegasus) was walking as usual and while he was walking, he saw a pony with yellow fur and pink hair giving, what seemed to be food, to animals... she had ALOT of animals. It looks like she lived in a tree... that was a big fucking tree... he went closer to where she was just to get a better look... seeing a pony THAT far from the city was well, risky... it was peaceful out, it was so quite, she began to sing... it was... captivating, it was like an angel was singing! He was a few feet away from her house. He step on a pile of leaves. It was autumn so, they were crunchy. Fluttershy heard this.
"H-hello? I-is anyone there?", she said as she backed up in fear that a timberwolve was about to get her.
Redwing took a step out behind the tree to reveal himself.
"I'm sorry! I just wanted to see what that beutiful singing was... sorry...", he said as he was about to turn and leave.
"WAIT!", Fluttershy yelled. Redwing turned around to her, "you think that um... I have... a um... good voice?", Fluttershy said as her legs were almost to the ground.
"W-well... y-yeah... you sound good to me... If you want my opinion, you should be on equestrian idol...", Redwing said as he walked closer to her and then stopped. Still a few feet from her.
"O-oh... thank you but... I don't think I'm THAT good...", She said, cowardly.
"Nonsense! you have a fantastic voice! sounds cute", He said.
"You think I-I sound cute?", She said as her legs lifted.
"Oh! well... uh...", Redwing went silent for a second, thinking about what he just said. "eh, fuck it...", he thought. "Yes! yes you do! I would be lying if I said that wasn't the cutest voice I've ever heard!", he said.
Fluttershy blushed when she heard that. "thank you, mister... that's really nice...", she said as she looked away from him and with hair over her eyes.
"You're welcome! hey, do you mind if I can catch your name?"
"O-oh... it's Fluttershy...", she said, very nerviously.
"Flutter who?", he asked.
"It's fluttershy... it's uh... nice to meet you...", Fluttershy said trying to be brave.
"Fluttershy huh... wait! didn't you help destroy nightmare moon and discord!?", he asked.
".... Y-yeah... I helped a bit..."
"You're the element of kindness!? Wow... I actually never thought that I would meet anyone this important!"
"Yep... that's me..."
"Say, why so down? you okay?", he asked.
"O-oh... I'm sorry, am I not supposed to act like this? I really sorry... I have a bad habit of-"
"Fluttershy?"
"Y-yeah, mister?"
"I'm not really mad... you didn't even DO anything bad... I just asked a question...", he said as he came closer. "you alright?"
"I'm really sorry..."
"What did you do wrong? I'm lost... "
Fluttershy hugged him and started crying. "I'm just so sor-r-ie!!! I'm sorry I made you mad!", Fluttershy said aloud.
"what the fuck is she sorry for!?", he thought. He rubbed her back while having a confused look on his face. "so... um... it's okay... you really didn't make me mad... you didn't provide a sentence that made me mad...", he said as he looked at a bunny behind her. For some reason, it was looking at him, angrily. "so... let's get of this uh... topic... that somehow made you upset... uh, are you a vet or something?", he asked.
Fluttershy opened her eyes, broke the hug and got up from sitting. "sorry for uh, hugging you! I d-don't like you-"
"What!?", Redwing said.
"O-O-OH I DO... I'm sorry... you are a nice mare...", she said as she backed up.
"God, she is exactly like wilt from foster's... only MORE shy...", he thought. "I-It's okay, fluttershy... so... are you a vet?", he asked. He must admit, even though it was a little bit annoying when she apologized... it was kinda cute to see her THIS delicate.
"oh... yeah... I-I mean no... I usually do this on my free time... I love working with animals... I'm sorry I hesitated there... I didn't pass flight school...", she said. "I'm really stupid...", she said sadly.
"WOAH WOAH WOAH! stupid? fluttershy, you dont look stupid... a little to shy for your own good but, stupid? don't beat yourself up... c'mon...", Redwing said.
"but... everyone says so... I'm so stupid that I can't fly that good...", she said as she looked at the ground.
"Fuck them! Only an idiot would listen to what ponies have to say and take it to heart!", he said. He looked at fluttershy, she was about to cry. "You're not an idiot... I'm bad at words to... but, you can't listen to what douchebags say... who cares about their opinions?", he said, putting a hand on her should, they were both sitting down by each other.
"sorry... I always act like th-"
"quit apologizing, you're going to make my heart give out...", he said, gently while smiling.
"sorr- I mean... yeah... hey?", she asked him, sheepishly.
"yeah?", he asked.
"do you want t help me feed my animals? I mean... you don't HAVE to... I'm just askin-"
"I'd be happy to!", he said as he smiled at her. they both got up and fluttershy started to show him around.
"so... what's YOUR name?"
"it's Redwing, thank you for asking, you are now officially brave!", he said while walking with her.
Fluttershy laughed as the sun set.
