The team, and I were at Camp Omega just doing whatever we wanted to. Crack Shot, and Hercules were shooting clay pigeons with their magic. Vine was doing a little gardening. Ice, well. Let's not go into detail. I think Cross was just staring at a picture of my Aunt Luna. What does he see in her? Blue was sleeping, like a boss. Everypony was relaxing, except for Ditzy, Graze, and I. We were compiling a case against BlueBlood.
"Alright, this trail has gained massive publicity, we're talking a little less then the Casey Anthony trail, but still well known." I said.
"Who's Casey Anthony?" Asked Ditzy.
"A women, who got away with the murder of her two year old daughter." I said.
"That's horrible." Said Ditzy.
"Ya, unfortunately that's not even the worst. First you have your First Degree murder, which is planned. Then you have Second Degree murder, which is you kill someone in a fight. After that you have your war crimes, the worst one is genocide. So ya Earth is a bucked up planet." I said.
"I see. Can we get back to the case now?" Said Graze.
"Sure thing." I said. " I just got the DNA test on Dinky back, and BlueBlood is the father, this is the most important part of our case. Now worst case situation is that BlueBlood gets acquitted, due to statue of limitations, and that's probably what his defense team is going to try for."
"Is there some way we can prevent a statue of limitations?" Asked Ditzy.
"As of right now, no. Best thing we can do is after this case, I can push for the removal of the Statue of Limitations for rape." I said.
"So they have this case in the bag?" Said Graze.
"Not necessarily, I'll make a few calls, do a little digging, and see what I can come up with. Who knows what I'll find?" I said.
"So we just wait?" Said Graze.
"Pretty much. The trial is tomorrow, drop Dinky off at a friend's house. She doesn't need to learn about her birth father, not like this. I lived in the dark about my real parents for 11 years, she can wait a bit longer until she knows." I said.
"Thanks, old friend." Said Graze as he and Ditzy got up.
"No, problemo." I said as the three of us walked out the door.
"So, what's for dinner?" Said Graze.
"Heck if I know. All I know is that Blue is cooking." I said as we walked towards the mess hall.
*The next day, Canterlot Courthouse 9:25 A.M
"Today the trial of Prince BlueBlood on charges of rape is set to begin, and as you can see ponies are lined up to see this case unfold." Said a news reporter as the carriage that Graze, Ditzy, and I were riding in pulled up.
"You guys ready for this?" I said. The night before I had picked out the outfit of one of the most famous lawyers of all time Phoenix Wright. The outfit consisted of a blue jacket, a white button up shirt, and a red tie. I tried for the hair, but I decided against it at the last minute.
"I think so." Said Ditzy.
"Alright, whatever happens do not say anything, let me do the talking. Got it?" I said.
"Yes." Said Ditzy.
"Good. Graze if you would." I said as Graze opened the door, and the three of us stepped out.
"Looks like the prosecution, is here and is none other then Prince SeaBreeze." Said a reporter as she walked up to me.
"Just keep moving." I said quietly.
"Prince SeaBreeze, how do you feel prosecuting a member of your family?" Said the reporter.
"BlueBlood is not part of my family." I said as we made to the steps of the court house.
"But-." Said the reporter before I cut her off.
"But, nothing. He's not part of my family, he lost that right after he raped my client." I said as we made it to the top of the stairs.
"One more question." Said the reporter.
"I don't have time, I have a rapist to convict." I said as we entered the court house.
"This way, please." Said a security guard as he guided us to the courtroom where the trial was being held.
"Thank you." I said as we entered the room, and took our seats at the prosecutor's table.
"All rise. The honorable Judge Fair-trial, presiding." Said the bailiff as we stood up, then a white coated, red maned mare sat in the judge's seat.
"You may be seated." She said.
"She looks just like my grandmother." I whispered.
"What?" Said Graze.
"Just make her a little taller, make her hair a little darker, and give her wings, then you looking at my grandmother." I said.
"Bring out the defendant." Said Fair-trail as a pair of bailiffs led BlueBlood in, to a chorus of boos from the crowd, and me.
"How in Celestia's name is he a lawyer?!" Said BlueBlood as he pointed to me.
"I was chosen to be the prosecutor." I said smirking, as I looked over to his defense team, but when I saw his lawyer I paled.
"SeaBreeze, you okay?" Said Graze.
"I'm good, except that BlueBlood's lawyer, is FlutterShy's mom." I said.
"Ouch." Said Graze.
"The prosecution will now present their opening statement." Said Fair-trial as I stood up.
"Now mare, and gentlecolts of the jury, I stand here before you pleading with you to send this stallion to prison. He thought himself above the law, so he thought he could take advantage of a cross-eyed mare. No offense Ditzy." I said.
"None taken." Said Ditzy.
"He thought his status, would make him immune from any consequences. He has soiled the name of the royal family, which my mother works hard to maintain, and on top of that he is not even a prince, he is just a duke, if that. The prosecution rests their case." I said.
"Very well, the defense will now present their opening statement." Said Fair-trial as I sat down, while FlutterShy's mom began her statement.
"Honorable jurors, we all know that BlueBlood can a little snooty at time." Said BlueBlood's lawyer.
"Understatement of the century!" I yelled reviving a glare from Fair-trail who motioned for BlueBlood's lawyer to continue.
"As I was saying. BlueBlood can be snooty at times, but he would never misuse his position, for something as barbaric as rape. I know that if you look into your heart's you will find the answer. The defense rests." Said BlueBlood's lawyer.
"The prosecution will now present it's evidence." Said Fair-trail.
"Thank you your honor. Now there is no real way to tell if BlueBlood raped my client other then, other then her statement." I said.
"Phew." Said BlueBlood as he sighed in relief.
"Except. If there was a foal conceived during the time of rape. which in this case, there was. I will now present the jury with a DNA test, that proves that BlueBlood is the father with 99% accuracy." I said.
*Meanwhile, at Pipsqueak's House*
"Come on Dinky, try and catch me!" Said Pipsqueak as he ran down the stairs being chased by Dinky.
"I got you!" Said Dinky as she tagged Pip.
"Why don't you two go play tag outside." Said Pip's mom from the kitchen. "Launch will be ready in a half hour."
"So, you admit that four, and a half years ago you raped my client. Correct?" Said the TV which was on the channel that the trial was being broadcasted on.
"Dear, could you please turn the TV down a little?" Said Pip's mom.
"Hey, that sounds like my Uncle SeaBreeze." Said Dinky as her and Pip walked towards the living room.
"Yes I admit it, but you can't sentence me." Said BlueBlood.
"Ah yes, the Statue of Limitations. Why that rule was invented, I'll never know. We may not be able to sentence you, but we can convict you." Said SeaBreeze.
"Hey, that is Uncle SeaBreeze, and that's my mommy too." Said Dinky.
"Also we can demand that you pay foal support, to my client Ditzy Doo because you are the father of her filly." Said SeaBreeze.
"W-what?!" Said Dinky.
*Canterlot Courthouse*
"The prosecution has no further questions you honor." I said.
"Very well, does the defense have any evidence they would like to submit?" Asked Fair-trial.
"No your honor." Said BlueBlood's lawyer.
"Very well then, we shall have a short recess while the jury decides a verdict." Said Fair-trail, as the court began to proceed out.
"Well, I have to say, that went pretty well." Said Graze.
"Speak for yourself. I didn't get to say objection once." I said as we exited the courthouse.
"I'm just happy it's almost over." Said Ditzy as Graze's phone rang.
"Hello." Said Graze as he answered his phone.
"Who is it?" Said Ditzy.
"It's Pipsqueak's father. He says that Dinky heard the last bit of BlueBlood's statement, and she knows that he is her father." Said Graze.
"Celestia damn it!" I said. "I was hoping for her to be older before we told her."
"Thanks for telling me, bye." Said Graze as he hung up the phone.
"What else could go wrong?" I said, as FlutterShy came walking up to me.
"Sorry I'm late, I had to help an eagle with a broken wing." Said FlutterShy.
"It's okay dear, I understand." I said, as FlutterShy's mom came walking up to us. Now let me tell you something about FlutterShy's mom. She does not like me at all.
"FlutterShy, it's good to see you again. Why didn't you tell me you were in Canterlot." She said.
"Oh, I was just coming to visit a friend." Said FlutterShy, as her mother noticed the engagement bracelet I got her.
"Oh, FlutterShy your engaged! Who's the lucky stallion?" Said FlutterShy's mom.
"Me." I said sheepishly.
"Oh. FlutterShy I really hope that you reconsider this. I would love to stay and chat but I have to get lunch now." Said FlutterShy's mom as she walked off to get lunch.
"You guys wanna grab lunch too?" I said.
"Sure." Said Graze as we walked to a nearby cafe.
*25 minutes later*

After out lunch, we had re-entered the court room, and the verdict was about to be handed down.
"Has the jury, reached a verdict?" Said Fair-trial.
"We have your honor." Said one of the jurors.
"Well, then let's hear it." Said Fair-trial.
"We the jury find the defendant, Prince BlueBlood guiltily as charged." Said The juror, as the courtroom exploded into cheers.
"Order, order I say." Said Fair-trial as she banged her gavel.
"However, we can not sentence him, due to the statue of limitations for this crime." Said the juror.
"Well then, I say that this case was won by the prosecution, but the defendant goes free." Said Fair-trial as she stood up, and walked out of a back door.
"Well some justice is better then none." I said.
"I suppose so. Now we just have to talk to Dinky." Said Ditzy as we walked out of the courtroom.
