It Was a Late Summer Night in Ponyville, While most Ponies were sleeping, Twilight was Staring in awe through her Telescope. "Spike! get my note book, hurry!".
Spike without question hurriedly grabbed her notebook and rushed it back to her. "It's amazing! I have never seen anything this incredible!" said Twilight in Astonishment.
"What Is It?" spike Said Curiously. "take a look for yourself!" twilight said, As she scribbled notes down. Spike was speechless as he stared motionless through the telescope.
"i-its impossible! it cant be!" Spike yelled. "I've been tracking it for months, This is the closest its ever been!" Twilight said, still continuing to write in her notebook.
"What should we do? Should we tell celestia?" Spike said whilst pacing. "No, We should just wait, At its current Trajectory it wont be here anytime soon" Twilight said Confidently.
"If you say so" Spike said Hesitantly. A Couple of hours later, Ponyvile awoke to the sound of a Massive Explosion. Twilight Jumped up as did spike, And without a word they ran outside to see what the noise came from.
Ponyville was Unscathed, But in the Distance, Their was a large plume of Smoke, and metal debris fell from the sky. A the majority of the Town came out to check for Damage. Twilight walked around surveying the area, She soon found what the crowd was staring at. It appeared to be an Enormous Mothership, Hovering over the Plume of Smoke. All that could be heard was a loud hum from the Ships rotating lower end. It appeared to be the size of a Small Planet, Almost completely blocking out the horizon. The crowd simply just stared, Frozen in a mixture of Fear and Utter Astonishment.
Twilight saw Rarity, Fluttershy and Applejack, she then ran over to them. "What in the Name of Celestia is it!" Rarity said Fearfully. "It looks like some kind of Space Ship" Twilight Replied.
Fluttershy appeared to be hiding behind a Barrel, And applejack couldn't take her eyes off the ship, almost like she was Mesmerized by it. "where's Rainbow Dash?" Asked Twilight. "I Wouldn't know, Last We saw her was last night" Said Rarity Worryingly. "Twilight!!!!", As Twilight turned around to see who was yelling her name, She saw Spike running full speed towards her. Spike Finally got there, He handed her a letter, And fell on the floor to catch his breath.
Twilight opened the letter, it Read "Twilight, I need you to go and find out what this is about, go to the ship and see what it wants..." It was a strange letter, and didn't appear to be from Celestia. "Spike who gave you this letter?" twilight said, but as she turned around, she didn't see him. It almost appeared to be like he was never their. Twilight turned to Applejack and Fluttershy. "I need you two to go find Rainbow Dash, Me and Rarity Will get a closer look at the ship." Applejack and Fluttershy Nodded and Quickly walked off.
Twilight and Rarity Then Proceeded towards the ship, Which was hovering over the Evergreen Forest. As they closed in to the ship, a Strong Smell of sulfur arose, as well as a louder than before humming, accompanied by the occasional Screech from the ships rotating Propulsion system. "what do think it wants from us?" Rarity asked Curiously.
"Im not sure, but i have a feeling we will soon find out" Twilight said Confidently. As Twilight and Rarity reached the edge of the ship, The sound was almost deafening, And the smell of Sulfur and Mercury was Overwhelming. All of a sudden The Ships Lights Shut Off, The ship let off a loud screech and then the noise ceased.
It Hovered in a terrifying Silence. Rarity and Twilight froze in Shock and Fear. it almost appeared like the ship knew that it was threatened and set off some kind of Protection mechanism. It also let off a Natural Blue Glow. As Rarity and Twilight looked up at the ship Studying it cautiously, it's undercarriage opened almost completely silent. Frozen in Fear Twilight and Rarity were suddenly struck by beam of light. and were lifted into the ship.
The Ponyville residents watched curiously from afar. The ship then let out a large vibrating noise, As it Lowered three large prong like legs down. It then slowly dropped below the treeline, only the very top of the ship could be seen, as well as its glow.
The residents of Ponyville Eventually went into their homes. the town was almost lifeless since most feared to go outside knowing the ship landed. Fluttershy and Applejack gave up on their search for Rainbow dash, and proceeded to their homes.
there was a Darkness looming over the town due to the smoke and ash clouded in the sky.
