Twilight walked over to her friends that were sitting at the table.
Pinkie smiled widely as she took a seat next to her and Fluttershy.
Twilight set the books down from her saddle bags using her magic. She also levitated her quills and ink and placed one of each in front of every pony at the table.
Mrs.Cake walked out of the kitchen," what may I get for you all?"
Rarity spoke first," one water please."
AppleJack continued the line after that," One hay shake for me."
Mrs.Cake nodded as Rainbow Dash spoke," I'll take a water please."
Pinkie smiled widely," I'll take a chocolate shake please! Extra sprinkles!"
Mrs. Cake smiled and wrote that down on her sketch pad as well," for you Princess Twilight?"
Twilight responded happily," one water please."
Fluttershy smiled," I'll take a vanilla shake please."
Mrs.Cake nodded," I'll be right back with that."
As Mrs.Cake walked away Pinkie turned to Twilight. "So I'm thinking! Blue balloons and lots of cake!"
Rarity smiled," The cake should be white with pretty blue icing and those blue gems Spike loves."
Pinkie nodded excitedly," yes yes yes yes yes!"
AppleJack chimed in," We should do it in the castle Dinin room."
Fluttershy nodded and replied," all of the decorations should be blue and white."
Twilight nodded," Spike would love that."
Rarity smiled," what is everyone getting the little dear?"
Mrs.Cake walked out with a tray full of drinks on her back. She set down the pony's drinks in front of them," here you are all of you! Enjoy!" As Mrs.Cake left AppleJack drank some of her shake.
Apple Jack them replied," I'm thinkin of making him some quilts or somethin."
Rarity nodded and replied," I'm going to get him some nice gems and a bow tie."
Rainbow chimed in," I'm not sure yet. What ever it is I know it will be awesome."
Fluttershy laughed," I don't know either but I know he will like it."
As the girls finished planning the party they all left their bits on the table to pay for the drinks and walked out together.
Twilight fastened her saddle bag around her and followed the rest of the ponies out.
Pinkie Pie bounced up and down excitedly," Don't worry Twilight! We have everything planned out! I will take care of everything!"
Twilight smiled," thank you Pinkie now all I need to do is get him a present and keep him away from the castle on Wednesday."
Apple Jack replied," I'll see yawl on Wednesday!"
Rarity nodded," it's a date."
Fluttershy chimed in," I can't wait!"
Rainbow chimed in after Fulttershy," See you guys Wednesday!"
As the ponies parted Pinkie couldn't help but smile! "This is going to be the most spectacular amazing one of a kind party ever!" She quickly bounced to her home and into her room. She quickly hopped down into her secret party planning room and sat down on her pillow. She set the books and flash cards Twilight had given her on her desk. She then stood up and sorted through her filing cabinets for Spike's file."Where are you," she asked herself. She smiled as she pulled it up, she bounced back over to her desk and sat it down. As she bounced over she grabbed a package of blue balloons, two white and blue table clothes, blue confetti for her party cannons, party hat cut outs, a package of games, and candles. She played everything on her desk and happily shouted," I'm ready to plan this party!" She opened her desk drawer and pulled out a quiz and paper. She hurriedly began to jot down a to-do list. She thought aloud," Talk to Mrs. Cake about the cake." She laughed at the unintentional pun and continued to write. "Blow up balloons and load the party cannons.... make the party hats.... set up the games.... get the food... make sure I have enough candles.... send out the invitations, definitely not sining telegrams!" She laughed to herself,"and make sure Twilight and Spike are occupied on Wednesday." She wiped her forehead," this is gonna be difficult but if any pony can pull it off it's the party pony Pinkie!"
