Meanwhile a royal guard heard the noise in the castle and called the Elements of Harmony in.  They took the first train there. Running into the castle Twilight, who teleported found Celestia in a heap on the floor a mess. Her mane, which was no longer flowy  and sparkely was sticking out like a tree's branches. Blood stained the floor and a fight had clearly gone down. 

"Celestia!" Twilight yelled as she rushed to her side.

"T-Twilight?" she said softly.

"Yes, I'm here. What happened? You look awful,"

"I-It was Nightmare M-Moon," 

Twilight stood there for a second trying to take it all in.

Meanwhile Nightmare Moon who looked like Luna flew to the Crystal Empire.

"Cadence thou hath urgent news" 

"What is it"

"No one else can hear this" 

"All right guards leave"

"Now what is it"

"Celestia is dead"

"No s-she can't be"

"And some is about to die soon" 

"Who"

"You" and with that she shot a blast of magic so strong it could beat one of Discord and Tirik together.

Hit after hit. Blow after blow Cadence was lying on the floor, blood slowly dripping from her horn.

"Why would you do this"

"Because who else will put us into nighttime forever"

Just then a guard ran in.

"Princess, Princess! I have dire news! Someone fou-"

"Quick! go warn Twilight that Nightmare Moon is back"

Nightmare Moon shot Cadence finishing her off and turned to the window shooting the pegasus guard who was flying away turning him to dust.

"Shining Armor come quick the Princess is hurt"

Moments later Shining Armor ran into the throne room just to be greeted by the sight of his bloody wife who looked like she had been hit by a thousand trucks one after the other.

"Why hello Shining Armor"

"What have you done!?!" he yelled.

"Oh I just killed her sllooowwwlllyy, but don't worry you'll see her soon."

Then he was suddenly hit by a blast that was sure to kill him in a matter of seconds.

"I-I'm c-coming C-Cadence" and with that he died.

"Well looks like my work here is done" so she teleported away.

Twilight stood in pure shock at the sight of her mentor's corps. Suddenly she heard the sound of teleporting. 

"You" the Nightmare said. 

Twilight threw a blast that grazed Nightmare Moon on her shoulder. 

"Ahh! why you little-" she threw a magical blast that hit the wall where Twilight once was for she teleported away.

"I'll get you Twilight you little pest, and when I do, oh when I do you'll be sorry you here ever born! I'll get you, and your little Elements too!Muhahahahaha!"
