During the day, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza entertained colts and fillies alike with their singing animatronics but during the night, it's a different story. Rainbow Dash and Shrek just so happened to be given the opportunity to be the first night guards at this creepy restaurant.
"Good night Rainbow Dash and Shrek. Keep those animatronics safe and secure. The last thing we want is those animatronics running all over Ponyville and causing havoc." said the owner of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.
"Will do boss. This job is gonna be easy and awesome since my coworker is the most awesome ogre in the world!" said Rainbow Dash.
"I picked Shrek to work with you for a reason. I'll see you tomorrow morning at six." said the owner and he left.
"Ok Rainbow Dash. Get that instruction manual to the security camera." said Shrek.
Rainbow Dash quickly ran over and grabbed the instruction manual. She was still in awe and disbelief that she and Shrek were working together on the nightshift at the most horrifying pizzeria in the world.
"I can't tell you how excited and honored I am about getting the opportunity to work with you! I'm your biggest fan and I know that since we're both awesome we're gonna show those animatronics who's boss and that we're not scared of them." said Rainbow Dash.
"Yes I know. I guess I'm pretty awesome in my own way. According to the instruction manual, it says all we have to do is frequently check the cameras to make sure none of the animatronics move. Checking the lights and closing the doors will use up power and we need to have enough power to keep the restaurant on until 6 AM." said Shrek.
"Ok ok. Before you get to the part about the animatronics having to kill us if they get in this room because we're not animatronics, I was thinking since we're awesome and intimidating we could fight back and they'll get scared of us and not want anything to do with us." said Rainbow Dash.
"Sounds good to me Rainbow Dash. Let's just hope we don't end up having to do that since I'm trying to build my reputation as being kind and caring. If we have to, we'll have to but let's just focus on using the doors as our main safeguard." said Shrek.
"Ok fine. Kicking animatronic butt can wait I guess." said Rainbow Dash.

1 AM
"Hey Shrek, I think I just saw movement." said Rainbow Dash.
"Oh really show me." said Shrek.
"Ok you see that purple bunny? Just about a minute ago it was backstage with the others but it just moved to the party room." said Rainbow Dash.
"Ok we better keep track of that bunny's movement or else it will get us." said Shrek.
"Be prepared to fight. I don't what's coming at us." said Rainbow Dash.
Shrek then walked over to check light on the left side and saw that Bonnie, the bunny animatronic was standing right there.
"Shrek don't just stand there! Close the door quickly!" yelled Rainbow Dash.
Shrek ignored Rainbow Dash's plea and walked closer to Bonnie. Bonnie screamed her animatronic cry but Shrek didn't seem scared at all.
"This is the part where you're supposed to run away." said Shrek to the animatronic bunny.
Bonnie screamed again tried to grab Shrek's face but he ducked and then wrestled her to the ground and got a stranglehold on her.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY SWAMP?!?!?!" screamed Shrek as he was trying to strangle Bonnie and cut off her power supply.
Bonnie tried to fight back but was unable to break the grasp of the ogre's strong arms.
"I'm Shrek you stupid bunny and I'm the new boss here! You can't kill or scare me you stupid animatronic!" yelled Shrek as he was staring Bonnie right in the eyes.
Eventually, Shrek found Bonnie's power switch and Bonnie powered down immediately.
"Ok, if that happens again we're probably gonna get it worst." said Shrek who then sunk back in his chair in relief.

4 AM
At around 4 am, Rainbow Dash and Shrek were down to about 15% power.
"Shrek, do you wanna know what supposedly happens if we lose power before 6 AM?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"Yes please tell me." said Shrek.
"Rumor has it if we lose power before 6 AM, the power will go out and the doors will open and Freddy, the main animatronic, will kill us since we're not animatronics!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Rainbow Dash don't worry about that. If that bear tries to get us we'll fight back and show him who's boss." said Shrek.
Rainbow Dash checked the cameras again and saw that Chica, the bird animatronic was standing in the middle of the party room looking for her next victim.
"Ok this time around, we're gonna close the doors if Chica gets close. I don't wanna kill 2 animatronics in one night." said Shrek.
At around 5:30, Rainbow Dash saw that Chica was standing just outside the right door.
"Quick close the door!" yelled Rainbow Dash who quickly pushed the button and the door closed.
After 15 minutes, Chica went away and the need for Shrek to kill Chica was gone.
"Geez that was a close one." said Shrek.
All of a sudden at around 5:58 AM the power went out.
"Oh no! We're out of power! Freddy's gonna get us!" screamed Rainbow Dash as she tried to hide in the corner.
Freddy's creepy face glared in the dark but luckily, it was 6 AM!
"Yeah! We survived the first night and we only had to kill one animatronic! I can't wait to see what's in store for us tonight." said Rainbow Dash.
"Ok Dashie you should go home and rest up. Night 2 is gonna be more difficult." said Shrek and they went home to rest up for Night 2.
