Scootaloo sat at her desk in the Ponyville Schoolhouse during recess sadly moving her hoof in circles on her desk absentmindedly, while everyone was outside.  The usually upbeat and daring filly was suffering from a bout of sadness for tomorrow was Family Appreciation Day. Every year it was the same for Scootaloo all her classmates would bring in their mothers or fathers who will talk to the class about what they do for a living and everyone enjoys it. Everyone, but Scootaloo. Scootaloo is an orphan her mother dropping her off at the Ponyville Orphanage when she was a newborn foal leaving her in the care of the director an unicorn named Kind Heart. Kind Heart was a kind pony known for her love of children, and treated Scootaloo like a daughter. She was the closest thing Scootaloo had to a mother figure, but every so often Scootaloo would ask her one question. Why? Why did her mother leave her? Did she not want her? Did she not love her, and what about my father did he love me?  And Kind Heart always gives the same answer: "Scootaloo your mother and father love you very much, and I know they had a very good reason for leaving you in my care. They just want whats best for you. Your mother send money everyday so I can take care of you." And when she asks about her father. "He died before you were born. He was a guard, and he died guarding the border." 

That's all she knew about Scootaloo parents or so she claimed, but Scootaloo couldn't help feel that Kind Heart knew more than she let on. Scootaloo continued to draw imaginary circles on her desk lost in her thoughts.

On the other side of the school house by its entrance were two fillies Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle coming to check on their friend. Both stared worriedly at their friend and fellow crusader. They walked towards their friend from behind to check on their friend. Apple bloom was the first to get to Scootaloo placing a hoof on her shoulder. Scootaloo lifted her head and turned her attention towards her friends.

"Oh, hey." she said the depression clear  in her voice.

Sweetie belle and Apple Bloom looked at each other then looked back at Scootaloo. 

"Um, Scootaloo  are ya feeling OK?" asked Sweetie Belle.

Scootaloo wanted to 'yes', and play it off cool, but she knew her friends. Sweetie Belle  knew her well enough to know when she was lying, and Apple Bloom much like her sister is a living lie detector, so there was no point in hiding her mood..

Scootaloo took a deep breath and let out sigh. "No, Sweetie I am not alright, In fact I haven't been since Miss Cheerilee  made that stupid announcement!" Scootaloo angrily slammed a hoof on her desk fortunately there no damage done to the school's property.

Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom jumped back a little surprised by Scootaloo outburst. Scootaloo blushed in embarrassment, then took a deep breath calming herself. 

"Sorry, it just that I always wonder who is my mother, and why? Why did she  leave me?" Scootaloo looked down dejectedly. "Why did she abandon me?" 

Apple Bloom looked at Scootaloo sympathetic to her plight. "Scoots, Ah understand how ya feel. Ah sometimes wonder wha' mah parents were like b'fore..." she said melancholy trying to remember her parents only getting fuzzy image, and the scent of apples form her mother's fur. 

Scootaloo felt a pit in her stomach. She felt guilty because she forgot that Apple Bloom's parents died when she was too young to remember them except for fuzzy recollections, and Scootaloo was talking about her still alive mother in front of her. In short she felt like a jerk.

"Sorry, Apple Bloom. I shouldn't have been so selfish." 

Apple Bloom playful hit Scootaloo's shoulder. "Don't w'rry about it.  Ya tried asking Kind Heart? She might some file on yar parents," she said.

Sweetie Belle shook her head smiling. "Yeah! We can sneak into her office, and 'borrow' your file. Maybe we will earn our Cutie Marks in espionage!" she excitedly suggested.

Scootaloo let out a sigh. "Already tried that with not so great results. Kind Heart keeps her files under lock and key  inside a safe." She smiled at her friends gratefully for trying to cheer her up. 

The Crusaders lowered their in defeat until Sweetie Belle beamed up remembering something that she helped Twilight with during their 'Twilight time'. "Hey, Girls! What about that relation spell Twilight been working on?"

Apple Bloom smiled. "Of course how could have forgot about it. If it can show how Pinkie Pie's family is related to my family, then it can defiantly show who your parents are,"  she said.  

A smile spread across Scootaloo's face filled with hope. "Then what are we waiting for! Lets go!" she was about to run out the door, but Apple Bloom grabbed her tail forcing her to stop. Scootaloo angrily stared at Apple Bloom. "Hey! What was that for!?" 

Apple Bloom gave Scootaloo a knowing smirk. "We still have class ya kno'." she pointed out.

"Oh, yeah. Forgot about that." she said sheepishly.

After a few minutes recess was over, and the class came back in to continue their lessons with Mrs. Cherilee teaching the the class. Meanwhile on an open field a few miles away from Ponyville...

-A few miles away from ponyville.-

A few miles away from Ponyville lies an open field with green grass and a soft breeze gently pushing and rocking the pillow soft clouds in the sky. This field is a well known resting spot used by traveling Pegasai on their way to Ponyville and from Canterlot. One traveler a white Pegasai named Wandering Waldo wearing glasses and a red and white striped sweater  was relaxing on a cloud letting the stress of traveling leave his aching muscles. He sighed in content wondering what he would do once he got to Ponyville.

"Maybe I will try some of their famous hard cider." he mused. 

He heard nothing, but praise for the cider which was hoof made from the apples grown on the famous Sweet Apple Acres owned by the Apple Family, who grown the best apples, and made the best apple products for generations. The thought of eating trying the Apple families famous cider filled  Waldo with anticipation. He continued along with his imaginings of what the cider taste like when suddenly...

*SWEEEESSHHHSSSHH!*

A jolt of static went through Waldos causing his fur to stand up. It felt like someone rubbed an elastic balloon all over his body, then shot him with a low level stun spell. 

"What the hay!" he exclaimed surprised by the event.

Waldo heard a noise coming from under him. It sounded like the cracking sound usually associated with teleportation spells in use. Waldo made a small opening in his  cloud, and looked down and what he saw made him sucked his breath.

There were three giant metal green cyclops each with a glowing pink eye. Tubes connected to their waist, legs and strange mouths. Each of them carried a shield on their right shoulder, some sort of axe on their sides, and a boxy looking thing with a tube at the end by their strange appendages. The one with the horn on its head looked at his compatriots and made a motion with its hands pointing towards Ponyville. The two without the horn nodded, and began to follow the horned one towards the town each they make sending tremors through the ground with a resounding 'THUD!' walking farther and father form the scared Pegasus hiding place.

Waldo couldn't move as fear course through his body as he watched the giants walked towards the unsuspecting town. As soon as he got his bearings Waldo flew at speeds he didn't even know he was capable of towards the nearest military outpost which was located at the Wonderbolts academy in Cloudsdale.

-Meanwhile in a place between space and time-

Through out space and time there are universes so close yet so far. Each one unique, and yet the same, and in between the barriers between these universes are pocket dimensions called Nexuses worlds that act as central rail stations connecting multiple universes together. One such Nexus contain a planet size base run by a being who traveled the multi-verse. A being who job was to maintain the balance between worlds by employing beings from other worlds to take care of such disturbances with appropriate payment of course. He simply known as: Code Phoenix. 

Code Phoenix was in his advance monitoring station a dark room full of holographic view screens each acting as a window to a different universe provided by a specialized probe sent to each universe. Code Phoenix nodded in satisfaction glad that an old foe of his hasn't cause trouble.

"Good, no anomalies so far." Suddenly a screen appeared in front of him showing the world of Equestria specifically three metal giants appearing in an open field, then heading towards Ponyville. Phoenix narrowed his eyes under his mask. "She finally made her move, but why Ponyville? If she wanted revenge she would she send her forces to Cloudsdale where the one who defeated her more likely is, and considering the unique location should would at least send transformable suits instead of Zakus... Unless. Computer scan Ponyville for any abnormal genetic structure." he commanded receiving conformation beep and a screen with a progress bar in return.

After a few minutes the scan an alarm sounded indicating the scan was complete. The status bar was replaced with a video of a gamboge Pegasus filly riding on a scooter followed by a light gray white unicorn  and a pale light grayish olive earth pony heading towards tree shaped crystal castle. Phoenix's fist clenched as he watched the unsuspecting group. "So that is your game, Amelias. Instead going after the parent  your going after the child. Despicable. Aplodia Neuro!" 

A translucent woman wearing a kamino appeared beside phoenix. "Yes, Phoenix," she said her voice soft and calm.

"Connect me to Senior LT.Agar," he said simply.

Aplodia nodded. "Right away." she said as a new view screen pushed the Equestria view screen aside.

On this view screen was a young man in his mid to late twenties with a stern face wearing a white MS pilot suit. "Sir!" he answered.

"Agar, there is a problem in the Eqestria near a town called Ponyville. Three Zakus... She made her move, and going after your old squad mate's child." Phoenix explained.

Agar's eyes widen for a split second before narrowing. "Understood, Sir. Should I take the new recruits?" he asked.

Phoenix nodded. "Yes, I believe she intends to invade this world just to spite your old friend. Your going to need all the help you can get until I gather the forces. I will be sending coordinates that will send you near the Zakus location. Follow first contact protocols. Understood?" he commanded.

Agar gave a salute. "Understood. Me and my team will launch right away. Agar, out." The screen disappeared leaving Phoenix to setup the army that will fight Amelia forces, and he knew which General he will pick to lead them.

In one of the Facility's Hangers were five people on a crosswalk along with six machines.



One was a young woman from the Cosmic Era in her early twenties with vibrant red hair and pale blue eyes wearing a red ZAFT pilot suit standing in front of a gray mobile suit with 2 eyes and a V-fin, and a two swords on its back. She was staring at her Suit with longing and regret. This woman was LT.Flay Allster , and in front of her was her customized ZGMF-X56S/B Sword Impulse Rouge Gundam. She was  the late Alliance minister George Allster daughter. She 'died' during the the Second Battle of Jachin Due, but in truth she was saved by Code Phoenix right before escape pod was blown up by somebody who used to give a bunch of radicals a very devastating weapon. Now she works for Phoenix as a Mobile Suit pilot to protect the Multi-verse, and to one day return to her universe and see her former love Kira again once the threat of Code Amelia was put down. But to effectively pilot her assigned MS Flay was given two options: Become a Coordinator thanks to the advance genetic augmentation technology Phoenix has access to, or use the OS Kira Yamato developed for use by Naturals. She chose to become a Coordinator to prove to herself she rose above her petty racism towards Coordinators, and that she changed for the better. Even after 5 years she harbors regret over her actions and how she treated Kira.

Another one a young man from the Universal Century Era in his early to mid twenties with purple hair wearing a auburn Zeon pilot suit in front of a console checking on the status of his mobile suit the RMS-154 Refined Barzam painted in his custom colors an auburn green with a dark green body. This man is LT.Garma Zabi youngest son of Degwin Sodo Zabi. A man betrayed by someone who thought was his best friend, Char Aznable aka The Red Comet.  He was from the year UC 0079 the One Year War period saved from death by Phoenix after being betrayed by his friend though he understood why he did it. Revenge can turn any man into a beast. His near death experience showed him his naivety and his lack of skills as a pilot and leader, so he dedicated himself to studying and trained to be not only a better pilot, but also a better leader. And he intends to return to his time and restore Zeon to what it could be not what it turned into. A monster that drop colonies on Earth driving the Federation to continue to suppression of spacenoids rights.

Sitting on the crates nearby the two pilots were the three new recruits. One was a young woman with blond hair in her mid twenties her name was Arleen Nazon, One was a young man in his mid twenties with blond hair his name was Birgit Pirjo and the last one was a middle age man with brown hair his name was Ben Bareberry. All three were wearing white federation pilot suits, and Arleen and Ben were skimming through the operation manuals for their assigned MS the RGM-79(GRS) Armored GM. Arleen and Ben were from the One Year period of the Universal Century era. Ben was from the early days before the Federation mass produce their mobile suits, while Arleen  was from the last days of the conflict, and Brigit was from the late UC during the Crossbone Vanguard rebellion. This caused the two most experienced MS pilots of the three to help their squad mate out by teaching some tricks to piloting mobile suits.

Ben looks at the Impulse Gundam and a gundam with shoulder cannons located between the Impulse and Brazam, and then he chuckled.

Brigit and Alrleen stared at the One Year War Veteran with confusion. 

"Is something funny, or you finally lost it?" asked Brigit.

"Just thinking how the One Year War started. How in the beginning me and my comrades were afraid of Zeon's death gods. Seeing one on the battlefield without tank or air support meant death, but then we created something worse: Devils. Which even as far as your time period are feared by everyone."  

Brigit nodded understanding the disturbed Lieutenant's reasoning. He studied the One Year war as part of his Mobile Suit training. though Zakus were crude by his time period's standards during the early parts of the one year war they the most feared weapon that is until the Federation developed the first Gundam.

"Yeah, during the Odessa campaign I heard tales of the Gundam and its assigned ship the White Base. I heard the pilot went toe to toe with the Red Comet." Arleen chimed in.

Brigit shrugged his shoulders. "Well the pilot was the famous Newtype Amuro Ray ." 

Arleen shook her head at the mention of newtypes. "I still can't believe that was a real thing. I mean enhanced spatial awareness i.e.  psychic power. I thought the Zabis were speaking out of their asses." 

"Well...." Before Ben could say anything more a commanding voice filled the hanger.

"OK  EVERYBODY LINEUP!" said the voice.

Everybody turned towards the source, and saw LT.Agar in his Federation Pilot suit with a stern look on his face meaning he meant business. The pilots lined up  in front of him awaiting the news he had received from Phoenix. Flay and Garma noticed Agar sterner expression which told them something was up.

Flay folded her arms. "Bad news?" she said as more of a statement then a question.

Agar nodded. "Yes, Amelia decided to strike. Her target is our old squad mate's home world, and she sent a recon team consisting of three Zakus F2s there." Garma's and Flay's eyes widen in realization. "Even as we speak they are going to a place called Ponyville." 

"Why there? I thought our old friend lived in a place called Cloudsdale. I mean Amelia obviously want revenge for what our old squad-mates did to her. Unless" Garma said as he realized a disgusted look crossed his face. "She is after their daughter." he said.

Agar nodded. "Yes, she is. Now we must go now if we are to be there in time when the Zakus are close to the edge of Ponyville. We made a promise to them that when the day Amelia decided to have her revenge we would be there to protect their child and we made a promise to protect her home. Now suit up and lets move out." he ordered.

"HEY! Aren't you going to explain the new guys who 'them' is?" Brigit asked hating being in the dark along with the other two new guys.

Agar let out sullen sigh. "Two old squad mates of ours one who lives in the world we are going to, and the other sacrifice himself to stop Amelia, and their child live in the town the Zakus are heading towards. I am sorry, but the rest is easier to explain in the world we are going to." he explained.

Brigit nodded satisfied with the answer. The Pilots separated heading towards their separate machines. Flay enter the cockpit of her Sword Impulse Rouge Gundam buckling  in,putting on her pilot helmet, pressing switches and turning on the suit's Phase Shift armor resulting in the suit's gray color scheme to change into a  crimson red one. The impulse's eyes glowed bright then dimmer back down. Garma entered his suit activating it, causing its mono-eye to glow a dark pink. Agar entered into his suit's cockpit starting it up causing the suit's eyes to glow. Brigit did the same with his Heavygun its visor glowing as well before dimming back down. Ben and Arleen entered their GMs and did the start up sequence causing their suits visors to glow as well.

The catwalk that was in front of the Mobilesuits lifted up like a drawbridge giving the MS a clear pathway towards the weapon racka nd the MS sized teleporter. 

"Alright,grab a weapon and lets move!" Agar commanded over the COMS.

"SIR!" responded everybody as they went to the rack.

Agar's Mudrock went to the weapons rack and grabbed its beam rifle and medium shield, Brigit's Heavygun grabbed its beam rifle and heavy shield, Ben's and Arleen's Armored GMs grabbed each grabbed a 90mm bullpup machine gun along with a medium shield and Garma's Barzam grabbed its beam rifle with a underside grenade launcher and heavy shield. Flay's Sword Impulse grabbed its beam rifle and small shield.

Once everybody had their weapons they stepped onto the teleporter pad. The pad produced a bright flash and the mobilesuits were gone. 


-Cloudsdale's Wonderbolts Academy: Spitfire's office-


Spitfire was sitting behind her desk going through progress reports of her cadets, and in short she was more than satisfied. She was especially satisfied with the progress Lead Pony Rainbow Dash made on Wing Pony Lighting Dust. After the disaster caused by Spitfire's poor decision in making Lighting Dust wing pony Spitfire made Rainbow Dash lead pony and made the decision to give Lighting Dust a second chance making it clear that if she was  to step the the slightest hoof out of line she will be kicked out. That decision paid off with the do being the highest scoring pair in academy history. Spitfire was the most proud with those two progress. She knew that both of them will one day lead the Wonderbolts with distinction. 

As she continued to study the reports Spitfire accidentally knock one of the pieces of paper off her desk. It landed on the floor under said desk. 

Spitfire scowled. "Great now I got to pick those stupid papers up. I wish I still have that body I used to have. It felt weird, but it would have made a lot of things easier." She proceeded to pick up the reports with her mouth.

She was about to place the reports on her desk when she saw a compartment hidden just the right way so that only people who knew it was there could find it. Spitfire place report down, and pressed a button under her desk which opened the compartment revealing its contents. Two photos with clarity and definition that the most advance equestrian cameras couldn't compete with and a bag of deer jerky imported from the Griffon Kingdom. Spitfire placed the photos on her desk, and opened the bag of jerky placing one in her mouth. It was a little known fact among ponies that before the unification of the 3 tribes Pegasai adapted their bodies to be able to eat meat in case of emergencies such as food shortage or a Pegasus soldier being stranded where the plants were inedible. After unification the practice was stopped due to the stronger taboos felt among the other two tribes about meat eating. Even after 1000 years later the Pegasai never lost this adaptation even if there some Pegsai who ate meat in likely done in secret to avoid being considered an outcast.

Spitfire savored dried morsel enjoying the taste that reminded of her old teammates and him. Which brought to the two photos on her desk. One had her and four strange creature that stood on their hind legs with fore leg appendages like a dragon or Minotaur, and a flat face with a pointed nose. All of them were wearing pilot suits, but what was even stranger about the photo was that Spitfire looked like a crossbreed between the strange creatures and a Pegasus she had her mane, fur, muzzle, ears, tail and wings, but her body was shaped the same way the creature's are, and one of the creatures one with grayish purple eyes and a moderate cerise hair smiling while holding Spitfire by the waist. Everybody even Spitfire was smiling while standing in front the face of some sort of metal giant with two eyes and  a V-shaped fin on its forehead in some metal room. The other was different photo was completely instead it showed Spitfire in a hospital bed holding a bundle in her arms with the creature that held her waist standing beside her. They were both looking down warmly at the bundle with warm smiles like the future was looking bright for them. Inside the bundle was a filly with her father's hair and eyes, and her grandmother's coat.

Spitfire smiled at the photo of the greatest moment of her life that she wouldn't trade for anything the world had to offer. Then a waved of sadness hit her as she remembered what she and her lover had to do to protect their daughter. She looked out the window at the cloud structures that littered Cloudsdale with a sense of longing.

"If only you were here to see how much our daughter grown..." she mused melancholy. 

She closed her eyes going through memories of her time with her team and him. There was a  lot of things she missed when she came back to normal life. She missed the feeling of piloting a mobile suit at full speed the G-forces pushing against her as adrenaline course through her veins making more alert and reactive. Which helped her in her career as a Wonderbolt.

The knocking at her office door and the sound of boisterous laughter broke her out thoughts. She quickly threw the jerky in the compartment and subconsciously placed the photos in her uniform jacket making sure it was well hidden in her pocket. She quickly straighten her reports into a neat pile.

"Come in." she said trying to sound busy.

The door opened, and a pale corn flower blue Pegasus wearing his Wonderbolt jumpsuit red in the face looking like he could burst out laughing any second. Soarin saluted. 

"At ease," said Spitfire.

Soarin relaxed then burst out laughing causing Spitfire to cock an eyebrow in response. "Mind telling whats funny?" she asked.

Soarin calmed down enough to be able to talk clearly. "Sorry, Captain. You won't what I heard today." he said.

Spitfire looked at Soarin with some amusement. "Really? Enlighten me." she placed her two hooves together bending forward.

"Well Waldo came in..."

Spitfire let out a sigh tired of the crackpot antics. "What was it this time. Another false alarm changling attack or aliens. I swear crackpot gets crazier with every false alarm." 

"Well this ones a doozy. He said that green metal giants are walking towards Ponyville."

An amused smile spread across Spitfire's face. "Oh, really. And did theses giants have 4 heads and sing bard songs." she joked.

Soarin shook his head. "No, but with the crazy description he provided they might as well. He said they were 18 meters tall with green metal skin, cables on their bodies,a shield on their right shoulder  and those things Minotaur... have... on.... their... forelegs...." He burst out laughing unable to keep it in oblivious to the frown  across Spitfire's face, the widening of her eyes and the trembling of her front hooves.

Soarin notice Spitfire's sudden change in demeanor from amused to almost fearful. "Hey, Captain something the matter..."

"Continue."

"What?" Soarin asked confused.

Spitfire gave Soarin the hardest gaze she could muster. "CON. TIN. UE." she said with emphasis.

Soarin gulped suddenly nervous from deadly serious expression which she usually wears when she is either made, or something very bad is going to happen.  "Well... Waldo said the giants also had one eye, tubes on different part of their bodies and they carried these block things with a short tube at the end." 

That did it for Spitfire. She knew exactly where these giants came from and who sent them, and she knew what she had to do.

"Send  a messenger to Canterlot to alert the Princesses, and get as many Wonderbolt teams you can muster suited up and ready to fly within the hour!"  

Soarin  taken aback by the order stood their surprised by how serious she was taking this. "Captain, you can't seriously believe this non-sense. This came from Waldo..."

"Do as your ordered or Celestia help me I will demote faster than you wolf down pie!!!" Spitfire interrupted.

"YES, MAM!" Sorin gave a shaky salute, and quickly ran out the office in fear closing the door behind him. 

Spitfire sat back in her chair with her sullenly lowering her head. "It's time, but are we are ready?" she asked herself. She worried Equestria hasn't seen a real war in over a thousand year to the point the word is foreign on anypony's tongue .

Spitfire went under her desk, and opened another hidden compartment located next to the previous one. Inside were two items one a circular device with a round jewel in the middle, and the other a shatter-proof vial filled with a purple liquid on it were the markings 'anthrofication serum'. Spitfire took the two items and placed them on her desk, and looked at them particularly the serum.

"Looks like I am going have hands again." she mused before the circular device let a low beep. Spitfire pressed the glowing red button causing the jewel to glow and a small hologram of Phoenix to appear over the device. 

"Spitfire, good, there's an emergency." 

Spitfire narrowed her eyes. "Amelia," she said simply.

Phoenix gave a grim nod. "Correct as you probably already know she sent a mobile suit team to your world a vanguard before she sends the main force. They are currently heading towards Ponyville." Noticing the worry in Spitfire's eyes despite her stoic expression he tried to calm Spitfire down. "Don't worry, I sent your old squad to  Ponyville they will protect the citizens and your daughter, but you should hurry. I doubt your team will make it before the Zakus arrive."

Spitfire nodded. "I understand. Phoenix, Is my suit repaired?" she asked.

Phoenix smiled. "Repaired and upgraded. You're going to like the improvements. It will be sent once you're near your destination." he answered smiling.

Spitfire nodded. "Now to make Amelia regret setting foot on my home," she said.

Phoenix chuckled. "Give'em hell, show them the power of the Flaming Wonderbolt." he encouraged. 

Spitfire smirked. "I intend to, Sir." Spitfire smiled giving a simple nod before turning the device off. 

She then placed the place the device and the vial in her jacket pocket. She then got up form her desk and headed towards the door. Before leaving out she took out the photo of her in the hospital with her lover and daughter. "I will protect like I always have. I won't Amelia harm you or any of my loved ones. I swear by Celestia's name." she said with more determination than she thought she could muster before leaving out the door to gear up. Soon Equestria will see  the skill and power of the Flaming Wonderbolt. 


-Friendship Castle's library-


The library of the Friendship Castle a scholars dream come true with crystal shelves upon crystal shelves of books ranging hobbies and entertainment to books written by Star Swirl himself. There were even books from the Human World that were donated by Twilight's friends who were coming to visit during there Spring Break later that day. In the middle of said library was Princess Twilight and her half-sister the Great and Powerful Trixie were busy. Twilight was mixing ingredients in a beaker while Trixie was scurrying the book shelves for any books that will help them in their project. On the other side of the room were the Crusaders excitingly discussing who Scootaloo parents could be. The first they Crusaders did after school was head straight to Friendship Castle bumping into Twilight and Trixie, and after explaining Scootaloo's predicament they agreed to help. 

Twilight added a pink solution to the mixture in the beaker. "Trixie, can you please pass me the book on Genealogy spells on the third shelf of bookcase B?" she asked.

"Trixie shall retrieve the book for her dear sister for Trixie is the greatest their is!" she boasted while scooting the latter to book's location.

Twilight shook her head in amusement of her sister's boasting. She was still wrapping her head around the fact Trixie is her sister. Turns out around when Twilight was conceived an old jilted lover of her mom's manipulated her dad Night Light and his old friend Trixie's mother Sarah Lulamoon into having an affair using a potion laced in their drinks when they met in a bar that clouds the mind and increase certain 'urges'. After the act Twilight's mom Twilight Velvet was angry and hurt at her husband until she noticed the smell of the potion in his breath which lead to an investigation. Long story short the crook was thrown in jail and Night Light only ended up on the couch for a month, but unfortunately despite looking everywhere in Canterlot Night Light couldn't find Sarah he eventually found out later she left town before the investigation likely in shame of her actions. Many years later Trixie came to the home of Twilight's parents claiming she is the result of that affair being told this by her mother before she passed away, and took a parental test which shows that Night light is the father. Ever since then Trixie was quickly accepted into the family particularly by Twilight who was happy to have another sister. Night Light though felt guilty for not being their for his second daughter though Trixie tried to tell him it wasn't his fault , which lessen guilt a little. Since then Trixie has been living with Twilight to get to know her sister better, and to improve her magic.

Twilight used her magic to grab a stirring rod to mix the concoction. Meanwhile the Crusaders were giddily speculating.

"Maybe they are secret agents traveling the world fighting bad guys!" Sweetie speculated.

"Or maybe they're elite royal guards who are only accountable to the Princesses. Doing top-secret missions for her!" Apple Bloom added.

"Or super sweet fliers like Rainbow Dash!" Scootaloo said before placing a hoof on her forehead a throbbing pain going through her skull.

Noticing their friends discomfort Sweetie and Apple came to her aid wondering whats wrong.

"Hey, Scootaloo, Something wrong?" asked Sweetie Bell.

"Yea, ya were perfectly fine a few minutes ago." Apple Bloom added.

Scootaloo looked at her friends not sure how to explain the pain in her head. "I don't know, I have been having these headaches that feel weird." she explained.

Apple Bloom cocked her head. "Weird how?" she asked.

Scootaloo shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know how to explain it. It feels funny like... It doesn't exactly hurt more like I feel this pressure and coolness in my head like ice water swishing around in my skull." she continued.

Sweetie put a hoof to her chin in thought. "Well maybe Twilight or Zecora might have something for that." she suggested.

"Alright done! Scootaloo, can you come here, please?" Twilight asked before Scootaloo could respond to Sweetie Belle's question.

Scootaloo along with Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom following behind her walked towards Twilight and Trixie who was magical levitating a the beaker with potion Twilight mixed up.

"So that suppose to tell me who my parents are?" she asked.

Twilight nodded. "Of course! This spell was created by Starswirl himself to settle an inheritance dispute between rival families, and over the years it was modified to include other species from diamond dogs to even dragons. I just one more ingredient." Twilight magically plucked a strand of hair  from Scootaloo's scalp.

"OW! What as that for!?" Scootaloo asked in indignation.

Twilight chuckled. "Sorry, Scootaloo, but I need a DNA sample for a spell to work."  she explained.

Scootaloo simply nodded not really sure what DNA was.

Twilight turned towards Trixie who was holding the beaker. "Ready, sister?" she asked.

Trixie smiled. "The Great and Powerful Trixie is always ready!" she boasted.

Twilight rolled her eyes amused at her sister's antics. "Alright, placing DNA sample." she said placing the hair strand int he beaker. "Now I will perform the spell." she said.

Twilight closed her eyes and focused her magic at the potion making it glow a purplish color. The liquid evaporated forming a purple cloud. In the cloud 2 images began to form one taking the shape of the pony, while the other was having trouble forming.

Twilight squinted her eyes. "Hmmm... That's weird." she mused.

Apple Bloom stared at the purple cloud confused. "Twilight, is it s'pposed t' do that?" Apple bloom contiued to look at the cloud trying to make out the shapes.

Twilight shook her head keeping her eye on the cloud as the pony image formed slower than it usually take with these test, but the second image is still having trouble forming. "No, its not. Usually we would know the identity of the Scootaloo's parents by now, but the only reason the spell would slow down if unidentified genetic material is in the mix, but that can't be..."

Scootaloo looked at Twilight a pit forming in her stomach, and the pressure in her head slowly building. "What does that mean?" she asked.

"Well, it means..." Before Twilight could answer there was a knock in at the door.

*Knock*

*Knock*

"Who is that? Come in it's unlock." she answered.

The library door opened just a crack and the head of a royal guard poked through. "Forgive the intrusion, Princess, but Miss Kind Heart is here looking for Scootaloo." he informed.

A knot formed in  Scootaloo's stomach. She knew kind Heart wouldn't approve of her trying to find out her parent's identity behind her back, and she an the Crusaders left that a little detail out of their explanation.

"Oh, she is? Bring her in." Twilight waved a hoof signaling the guard to come in.

The guard gave a salute, and opened the library door just enough to let a snow white unicorn with blue eyes, a heart shaped cutie mark and gray mane. "Princess, I apologize for the interruption, but I heard Scootaloo came here with her friends, and I see they are-" Kind Heart looked at the spell's cloud vapor recognizing the spell that formed it, then she looked at Scootaloo. "What is going on here?"

"Ah, We are in the middle of finding  out who Scootaloo's parents are. Want to join us?" asked Twilight.

Kind Heart gave Twilight a look of surprise and a little bit of panic. "What!? I didn't give you permission to do this." she then looks at Scottaloo with stern eyes causing scootaloo to shirk back slightly. "Scootaloo, did you lie to Twilight?"

Scootaloo looked down sheepishly. "I may have stretch the truth." She then looked at Kind Heart int he eye. "But I did it because I want to know who my parents are!" 

Kind Heart let out a sigh. "Scootaloo, You will know, when you are..." 

"What! When I am older! Every year when Family Appreciation comes around everypony in my class bring in their Mom or their Dad, while I watch wondering where my mother are. While I wonder why my mother abandon me only sending bits and a letter every month.Then there's my weird cravings." Scootaloo interrupted tears of frustration threatening to pour out.

Kind Heart looked at Scootaloo with a torn heart she wanted to tell her everything she kept secret since she arrived on her doorstep, but her friend gave instructions not to tell Scootaloo until she was older or when the threat on Scootaloo's life was eliminated. Her friend explained in detail how dangerous her enemy was and how vindictive as well.

"Scootaloo, Please listen..." Kind Heart tried to reason, but Scootaloo wouldn't have none of it.

"NO!!! I am tired. I just want to know who my parents are! Why is that so wrong?! Maybe it would explain so many things like why every time I see Glida eat a piece of meat I don't get the revulsion everypony else has instead I want to try it, or why  feel like I shouldn't be like this like my body supposed to be different." she yelled tears streaming down her face.

Twilight stared at the two arguing ponies, and her heart went out to Scootaloo. Nopony should be ignorant of who their parents are, but there were some things nagging her. Why was Kind Heart keeping Scootaloo's parents identity a secret, and why does Scootaloo mother want to remain anonymous until a certain time? They very likely have a good reason, but she can't help but wonder. Then there's what Scootaloo said.  She seemed to have a craving and dietary attraction towards meat. Twilight read in a book that Pegasai used to eat meat as an emergency measure when food was short or when trapped without food usually eaten by ponies. She also wondered what Scootaloo meant by 'her body should be different'. 

Twilight was snapped out her wondering when suddenly stopped yelling and started to clutch her head. Twilight and Kind Heart were the first to rush to Scootaloo's side.

"Scootaloo are you alright?!" Twilight and Kind Heart yelled at the same time.

Scootaloo was far from alright her head felt like somepony placed a fire cracker in there. Images go through her head. Images of 3 things heading towards Ponyville. Something big was coming. Something very big.

"SOMETHING'S COMING!!!"  Scootaloo screamed surprising everyone in the room.

"Scootaloo, what are you talking about?" asked Sweetiebelle surprised by her friend's change of tone.

"I don't know, but something's coming. Something big." 

"Scootaloo, I think all this drama is getting to you. Maybe you should-" Before Twilight could finish Scootaloo interrupted her.

" NO!!! You don't understand. I sense something coming, and they're big!"

Kind Heart stared at Scootaloo wide eyed. She knew what was happening to Scootaloo. "Her abilities are awakening. Princess, we need to listen to her." 

"What?" 

"We need to listen to her. She is spe-" 

Before she could finish a guard burst into through the library door panting and with panic on his face. 

"Princess, we have a situation!" The guard said giving a bow.

Twilight stared at the guard surprised. "What's the matter, Long Shot?" 

"GIANTS, PRINCESS! There metal giants on the edge of-"

The library rocked as the magical shield runes activated protecting the castle from physical damage.  

"WHAT YOU THE HAY WAs THAT?!?" Twilight yelled.

"They're here." whispered Scootaloo.


-Few miles from Ponyville-


Flying at top speed five Wonderbolt teams with each team consisting of three pegasai, and in the front was Spitfire's team with Spitfire carrying a saddle bag on her pack that includes some items she will need. Spitfire looked forward blocking out all distractions focused only on getting to Ponyville as fast as possible while at the same time keeping a lookout for any sign of her package coming.

"Captain!!" A scratchy voice called.

Spitfire turned her head to her right side and saw Rainbow Dash by her.

"What is it, Private Dash?" She asked.

"Mame, Why are we bringing so many teams to investigate a report from Waldo of all ponies? I mean this is the pony that warned of giant meat eating chickens. Now he is talking about giants made of metal heading towards Ponyville. I am just wondering why we are taking his reports so seriously so suddenly?"  Asked Rainbow Dash.

Spitfire let out a sigh. She understood Rainbow's sentiments usually she would send s team to check the spot Waldo points to appease him, but this time was different. Waldo was right for once, and the threat couldn't have been bigger.

"Dash, I understand how you feel, but trust me Waldo is right this time. Something big is coming to Ponyville and it could hurt your friends and family. Trust me this is far from a false alarm." Spitfire explained grimly at the last part.

Rainbow merely nodded trusting her superior/idol, but she couldn't help but get this nagging feeling was keeping a secret and knew more than she let on. Suddenly a sound that only be described as thunder being done in rapid succession.

"What the hay was that!" Yelled one of the Wonderbolts.

Spitfire squiented her eyes under her goggles. "Zaku machine gun fire. Alright wonderbolts we are nearing our destination remember your training for fighting giants. move constantly don't stay in one spot. distract them so the lighting teams can use the clouds to hit their backs with lighting! Understand!?" She yelled.

"YES, MAME!" Everypony responded.

Spitfire gave a nod in response as they continued their path towards Ponyville.


 -Friendship castle-


Twilight along with a couple of royal guards walked down the crystal halls of the castle normanally Twilight would study the crystals or marvel at the paintings that lined the hall gifts from her coronation, but as of now she was very concerned with giants her guards told her about, and the strange weapons they carry. As soon as the guard explained what happened she left Kind heart, Trixie and the crusaders to deal with the problem.

"Go over  the giants descriptions again." She ordered trying to hide the nervousness she was feeling.

Her guard nodded. "Well they seemed to be made out of metal, almost half the height of the castle, shaped similarly to a minotour except their legs are weirdly shaped and they seemed to carry these rapid fire cannons. They firing at the castle, but the shields are holding." He explained.

"And you also said they seemed to be only interested in the castle, and paying no mind to the rest of Ponyville? And what about my friends?" Twilight and her the guards made a right at the end of the hall heading towards the balcony.

"Correct, Princess. They are ignoring the citizens of the town and any messenger guards we send through the barrier." They reached the balcony's doors, Twilight used her magic to open the doors she and her guard stepped onto the balcony gaining a over view of the giants who stopped firing their machine guns and instead slashing at the force shield with their heat hawks.  

Twilight studied the giants noting every detail and she gasped her eyes widened.

"That's impossible. These aren't golems as I originally suspected these things are machines. Robots and very advance ones based on their appearance, but the only beings that are even capable of building such masterpieces are humans. But that is impossible nobody else beside my friends in Canterlot high know about the mirror, and the portal is way too small to fit these things. Plus based on my studies on human technology the Hunan's current level of robotics barely allow their robots to walk very slowly on two legs, but the machines attacking not only can walk and run with no problem they also have full hand dexterity. So humans couldn't have built these things, but who else could have built them? These robots also seem very famaliar...  I know I seen them before,but where?  Twilight wondered.

"Excuse me, Princess." Twilight broken away from her thoughts and turned her attention towards her guard who was also accompanied by another guard a mare named Lightfoot. "Lightfoot is here to report on the status of Ponyville." said the guard gesturing towards Lightfoot.

"How is Ponyville? Is everyone keeping calm? Are my friends alright?" asked Twilight.

"The people of Ponyville are very worried, but are remaining calm following your order to stay inside until given further instruction." she reported.

"And my Friends?" Twilight asked hoping her friends are safe.

"They are safe, Princess." Twilight let out a sigh in relief urging Lightfoot to continue. "The elements are waiting for you in the library, and Spike is waiting at Rarity's bortique, Princess."

Twilight nodded. "Good I will meet them there." before the mare could answer Twilight ran instantly teleported with a bright flash forcing both guards to cover their eyes.

"Well I guess she went to the library." the stallion guard guessed.

Lightfoot let out a sigh. "Better go meet her there then." she said.

The Stalliom nodded and headed back inside.


-Friendship Castle's library-


Back in the library the Elements, Cutie Mark Crusaders, Kind Heart and Trixie were anxiously waiting for Twilight. Applejack and Rarity were talking to their sisters hugging them, Pinkie Pie was talking to Trixie a mile a minute confusing the showmare forcing her just smile and nod, and Scootaloo was sitting in front of the cloud vapor trying to make out the slowly forming images she could make out that one was a pegasus, but details were still fuzzy. The other image on the other hand was still a unrecognizable blob.  Kind Heart was watching Scootaloo sadly walking towards her to comfort her.

"Twilight said that the spell only time takes this long is if the 'genetic donor'(whatever that means I assume its me since Twilight a piece of my mane.) is mixed with an unknown species. So that means my father wasn't a pony. If that's true what was he, and what does that make me?"  Scootaloo stared at her hoof as if it could give her the answer. "I look like a pony, but then why.... Argh! This is so confusing!" She gritted her teeth in frustration.

"Scootaloo." Kind Heart called from behind surprising Scootaloo.

Scootaloo looked at her gaze full of confusion and unasked questions.  Kind Heart knew it was time for Scootaloo to know the truth, but the full truth needed to be told by her mother for their somethings that is better understood coming from her.

Kind Heart let out a sigh sat by Scootaloo. "Scootaloo, I know you're confused, and I think its time you know the truth."

"The truth about what?"

"The truth about you and your parents. see-"

Before Kind Heart could finish a bright flash blinded everypony in the room. When the flash died down a panicking alicorn appeared in the middle of the room.

Rarity rubbed the spots from her eyes. "Twilight, darling, your mane is a mess. You really need to learn to retain your composure. It is really unfitting of a princess."

Twilight couldn't help, but roll her eyes. "I am glad all of you are here." 

Applejack chuckled. "It's no problem, Twilight. We're friends an' help one another. Now let's git down on those giants."

Twilight nodded. "Well based on my observations these giants are highly advance robots about 18 meters tall." Twilight's horn glowed as an image of two Zakus one with the commander horn and the other without along holding their weapons.

Fluttershy cowered. "They are really big and scary... Very scary."

Applejack patted Fluttershy on the back. "Don't worry, Fluttershy, its just a picture."

Rarity studied the image and scrunched her nose. "Whoever built these things have no fashion sense. Really that shade of green during spring. They all should be a nice red to complement the season."

"Rarity, I think whoever built these things focused more on practicality than image."

Pinkie jumped up and giggled. "And besides you don't want them to be red otherwise they be 3 times faster."          

"Pinkie, what in tarnation are ya talkin' about?"

"Something I read in a book, silly pants."

Twilight ears perked at the mention of book. "Wait book? Of course! I knew I seen these things before." Twilight quickly turned towards her sister. "Trixie can you go to human section and grabbed the new book Sunset's sister sent us."

Trixie nodded and went to the shelf containing the few books Twilight owned from the human world. Trixie skimmed through the titles until she found the book she was looking for. She grabbed the book with her magic and levitated down to Twilight. 

Twilight grabbed the book with her magic at sametime the two guards that was with her on the balcony came in.

Twilight turned her attention towards them. "Lightfoot. Ironside. Good you're here. Sorry for teleporting on you like that."

Lightfoot saluted. "That's okay, princess."

"Good anyway can you and Ironside please escort Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle back home."

"As you wish, Princess"

Despite protest Applebloom and Sweetie Belle were escorted back home by Light foot and Ironside. Trixie was also sent out to check on Spike and keep an eye on him and Sweetie.

After they left Twilight placed the book on a table and read the title. "Here we are the 'Gundam MS encyclopedia'." Twilight opened the book and flipped through the pages until she found the Universal Century section and within the Zeon subsection she found what she was looking for. "Ah-ah! Found it!"

Kind Heart, Scootaloo, Applejack, Fluttershy and Rarity gathered around the table and stared at the picture in the book.

"It just as I suspected the robots outside are of human origin!" Exclaimed Twilight.

Applejack read the name of the MS the only thing she could read since the rest was in a language she didn't understand. "MS-06F2 Za-ku 2 F2? What kind of name is that?"

"Never mind the name, darling. Twilight said these things are from the otherworld."

"Not exactly, Rarity. Thing is the level of technology required to efficiently construct these Zakus is beyond the human world current technology. Not only these aren't even supposed to be real." Said Twilight.

Kind Heart eyes widen at the mention humans and Zakus. Twilight noticed, but decided to ignore it. The general pony public knew about the human world, though detail knowledge was limited until official first contact was established which was planned to happen within a year.

Scootaloo cocked her head. "What do you mean?"

Twilight let out a sigh. "What I mean is that these are from a work of fiction. A television show called Mobile Suit Gundam."

"Ya mean those home theaters without projectors you told us humans have, and what is gun-damn?" 

Twilight nodded. "Right, and Gundam is some show withn a genre called anime. It is a uhm.... show about war."

Applejack shivered remembering  some of the human's entertainment media. "I maybe th' only one, but I  find it a little disturbing that war is entertainment to them."

Twilight nodded. "I understand the feeling. Anyway we're getting off track. Everything about the things outside is in that book. Unfortunately it is written in Japanese which I can't read."

"Then how are supposed to read?" Rarity asked.

Twilight levitated a book from a book shelf for special books. "I know someone who can help." Twilight opened the book and took out a quil. "Dear Sunset and Sunny Shimmer..." She wrote.


-Human world Shimmer's household-


It was average day at the Shimmer household Spring break just started Sunset Shimmer and her dimensional twin sister Sunny Shimmer were hanging out with Rainbow  Dash playing video-games in the den due to the other Rainbooms being out of town visiting different family members for break, and they had the house to themselves since Sunset and Sunny parents went out of town for a cruise and their roommates the Dazzlings were attending an out of state music contest being personally watched by Celestia just in case.

The story behind Sunny Shimmer is that she came back home during the battle of the bands surprised that someone that look and sounds exactly like her took her place and lived in her home. As anyone would be she was enraged that someone stole her identity after explaining where was for over three years and why she left (turns out extreme stress from her parents forcing a career choice on her would cause anyone to snap.). Sunset's parents were more confused than angry that night for if the girl who came is their real daughter then who was the girl who look, sound and have the same blood type like her, and when Equestria Sunset came home that night they wanted answers. Sunset was surprised then worried when she went home and discovered that the 'real' Sunset Shimmer came home, and  she knew that day she had no choice, but to tell truth despite the doubt within her. So she told her adoptive parents the whole truth from how and why she came to the human world to the battle of the bands. At first they didn't believe and were going to call paddy wagon, but fortunately Sunset anticipated this and had her friends The Rainbooms come over along with Principle Celestia.

After demonstrating their magic much to Sunny and their parents shock all assumptions that Sunset was crazy went out the window as they started to question Sunset about her personal life before leaving Equestria. Sunset explained how her parents died and how Celestia took her in raising her like she was her own, which made the guilt of her ungratefulness worse. After an hour of questions and answers Sunset's and Sunny's parents along with sunny talked in private and came to a decision that they would adopt Sunset as their daughter the decision surprised Sunset as she felt she didn't deserve it after lying to them for 3 years, but what surprised Sunset the most was that the one who suggested it was Sunny. After asking 'Why?' Sunny responded 'Because you need a home, and I always wanted sister.'. Sunset was grateful for their love and willingness to take her in after lying to them for 3 years. And thanks to some of Celestia's government connections she was able to fake some documents Sunset needed (Birth Certificate, social security, etc. Which mean Sunset had to get a driver license due to surrendering hers to Sunny.) so the Shimmer family won't have the authorities knocking on their door unless somebody did a really through investigation even then it is unlikely. It has been almost two years since then and they learned a lot about each other. As expected they share a lot of things in common, but their were also some differences for example Sunset was more outgoing than Sunny with a controlled temper, while Sunny is a little bit more timid with a bit of a short fuse. She also got along very well with the Rainbooms even being their manager/back up guitarist.

Sunset watched as her sister play a game she imported from japan called 'Gundam Extreme VS Maximum boost'. Her blue robot beating up Rainbow's gold robot. (Mobilesuits she believed they called.) Sunset couldn't remember what the robots names were, but she believed the blue was called something Blue Destiny Unit something and the other something hard to pronounce. She watched as Sunny's mobilesuit  visor turned red as it said 'EXAM system stand by.', and fired its machine gun and chest missile launchers at the gold mobilesuit then it finished it off with a beam saber slash causing it to explode ending the match.

Sunny stood up and did a victory dance fisting pumping and twirling around. "Yeah! Take that, Rainbow. I told you I would beat you! THANK YOU, EXAM SYSTEM!"

Rainbow scoffed crossing her arms. "Yeah, I get it you won, but you to be fair your know more about this gundam thing than I do. You practically obsessed about it."

Sunset smiled. "Oh, Rainbow, don't such a sore loser." Sunset teased.

"And I am not obsessed. I am very invested interest in it." Sunny defended.

Rainbow gave Sunny a 'Oh really' smirk. "Well, then I was thinking playing one of those Federation suits next the ones with the visor. Zakus I think they are called."

Sunny eyes narrowed at Rainbow that made Sunset give Rainbow a ''you did that on purpose' look. Sunset prepared herself for a lecture that rivals Twilight's when she go full as Rainbow put 'Egg head' mode. When it comes to gundam or mecha in general her sister has bit of an obsession. Her spending half her paycheck and allowance on models can attest to that. Though Sunset was a casual fan mostly thanks to her sister she was nowhere near as fan Sunny was. Though Sunset was a bit disturbed and fascinated by Humanities love/hate relationship with war and violence especially turning it into a game she admits she enjoys playing them for there is just something satisfying about blowing something up. Sunset concluded it might have something to do with her human body.

"For your information the Earth Federation don't use Zakus. They use the GM line which spawned many variants since the One Year War becoming their mainstay mobile suit until U.C. 0089 when they the line succeeded by their descendant the RGM-89 Jegan Line though many suits form GM were still being used well into the late 0090's and early 0100's..." Sunny stopped talking when she saw Rainbow's face which screamed 'gotcha'. "I hate you." 

"I love you too." Rainbow responded.

Everybody in the den shared a laugh when a book with Sunset's cutie mark vibrated and glowed on the kitchen table.

"Hey I think Twi is sending a message."

"I wonder what her message is about." Sunset opened the book after picking it up.

Dear Sunset and Sunny Shimmer,
There is an emergency in Ponyville that I believe two can help with. I ill explain the situation once you arrived. Please hurry.

Sunset, Rainbow and Sunny read over the message with worry looks.

"I wonder what happening over there?"

Rainbow cracked her knuckles. "Whatever the problem we will beat!"

sunset cocked a eyebrow. "We?"

Rainbow huffed. "Well yeah my folks are out of town, and it doesn't hurt to bring extra help. I mean with two Rainbow Dashes aroud whatever happening won't stand a chance."

Sunset rolled her eyes. "Yeah, whatever monster we  will face can probably be crushed with you and your other self huge egos.

"But I wonder why I am being called over there? I mean my sister is the magic expert, so why me?" Sunny mused.

Rainbow shrugged. "Maybe you know something that can help Twi." 

Sunny nodded. "Maybe your right, but what do I know that can help her. I doubt it is my extensive knowledge o the Gundam multi-verse."

Sunset grabbed her new leather jacket she recently brought. She needed to change her wardrobe so people could her and her sister apart. While Sunny old outfits and adopted a ponytail hairstyle, Sunset on the other hand opted for jeans with a light green blouse and her knee high boots, and maintained her old hair do. "Whatever it is we will find out once we get there. Come on, everybody, we're going to fly."

Sunny and Rainbow smiled. Sunset wrote a message to Twilight saying they are on the way. They then went outside into the backyard. Sunset looked up checking the sky. It cloudy with the sun out it was a perfect day to fly.

"Alright, LETS DO  THIS!" Rainbow focused her magic letting flow through her body. Wings grew out of her back, her ears turned into pony ears and she grew a ponytail.

Sunset and Sunny transformation was different flames appeared around them. When the flames disappeared in place of the girls were two demonic looking creatures. Sunset and Sunny turned into the creature Sunset turned into during the fall formal except their bat wings didn't have holes and looked strong and healthy, their faces maintain their original appearance except they have fangs, pointed ears and black eyes. and they kept their old clothes, and hair style. 

They acquired the ability to turn into this form shortly after the battle of the bands when someone broke into their home. Sunset and Sunny confronted the criminal, and when he threaten their parents their anger caused them to transform, but strangely they remained in control. The criminal fainted at the sight of them. They changed back when the police arrived and took the out cold criminal away. After they left Sunset immediately contacted Twilight for answers. Twilight theorized that it might have something to do with the magic she received during the battle of the bands, and the reason her sister transformed might be because she probably unintentionally transferred some of her magic to her. And why they transformed into the demon like creatures? Twilight had no idea, but the scans she did on the twins showed no problem which brought to Sunset, her family and friends. Though Twilight recommended keeping an eye out for for any side effects.  So far there haven't been any problems. So feeling they could help people with their new abilities they go out at night and fight crime(without there parents knowledge.) as the avengers of the night. Though Canterlot never had a very high crime rate which resulted most their nights being patrols or stopping robberies contrary to the batman like life they imagined.

Sunset and Sunny studied their claws and stretched their wings. "Lets fly." Sunset said with a smirk.

"OH YEAH!" Rainbow exclaimed.

The trio flapped their wings and flew into the sky heading towards Canterlot high being sure to stay out of sight.

Meanwhile, Twilight just received Sunset's message. Twilight nodded glad Sunset, Human Rainbow and Sunny were on the way. Twilight placed the book on the book shelf. She turned towards  Kind Heart with a confused Scootaloo standing beside her. 

"Now that's done I think you need to explain somethings, Kind Heart."

Everypony in the room turned towards Kind Heart. Applejack and Rarity wondered what Twilight was talking about, while Scootaloo paid close attention to Kind Heart figuring she was going to get the explanation she was promised.

"What in Sam hills ar' you talking about, Twi?"

"What I am talking about is that I performed a Paternity Spell using Scootaloo's hair, and it taking too much time to give the results. Which only happen when the subject is mixed with some species the spell wasn't modified for and the spell was modified for every species in Equestria including Changlings ever since Chrysalis's hive reintergrated with the Crystal Empire and revealed my nephew Knight's Honor was revealed. And then there's the fact Scootlaoo some how sensed danger was coming, and Kind Heart knew she was right. Kind Heart is there something you know about Scootaloo?"

Kind Heart let out a sigh. "Look your right I do know something, but I can't explain everything like how the father and mother met that is the job for Scootaloo's mother, but I can say that Twilight your right Scootaloo is not fully pony." 

Everypony's eyes widen in shock. Scootaloo was the first to break out of her shock and ask the one question on everyone's mind. "But if I am not full pony then who is my father... What is my father?"

Kind Heart smiled at Scootaloo. "From what your mother told me your father was a very brave and selfless man."

Twilight eyes widen and stared at Scootaloo then Kind Heart. "Wait man? Are you saying that Scootaloo is part..."

Kind Heart nodded. "Human. Yes, she is half human. Her father died protecting Scootaloo and her mother when she was a baby."

Scootaloo looked the Orphanage director in shock trying to process what she said. Her father wasn't a pony, and she was a hybrid. Scootaloo looked at her right hoof. Kind Heart said she was half  human, yet  she look full pony she saw pictures of humans in the books Twilight brought back from the human world, and she looked nothing like them. If she was half human should she have some human features?

"What hold up. Ya tellin me that Scootaloo here is half pony, but then why does she look full pony."

Twilight nodded sagely. "I am wondering the same thing though if she is half human it does explain some earlier statements such as her craving for meat-" 

At the mention of meat Fluttershy stared at Scootaloo in shock though ponies dealt with meat eaters mostly Griffons it was still a taboo and for a pony to have meat cravings was almost unthinkable. 

"-and her more aggressive behavior form time to time. Especially with Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara. Though that doesn't explain why she look full pony, and her statement not being in the right body."

"I am getting to that. You see Scootaloo's mother had me cast a transmutation spell on Scootaloo to change her shape. I was exhausted for a week since it took all of my energy to cast it."

Twilight nodded in understanding. Transmutation spells were exhausting and only few Unicorns can cast it. She never knew Kind Heart had such magical prowess. The only ones who could cast it with no problem are changelings, and that's only on themselves.

"So why? Why did Scootaloo's mother did all this, and who is her mother?" Rarity asked interested in the reason. Surly Scootaloo's mother had good reason to do all this.

"Because she and her lover made an enemy. A very powerful enemy. In fact I know she sent the Zakus outside to get revenge by killing their only daughter."

"So she did all this the transmutation, the separation, putting Scootaloo under your care to protect her?" Twilight asked.

Kind Heart nodded in confirmation. "Correct, Princess, She believed that her enemy a being known as Code Amelia. Scootaloo mother knew that Amelia would come after her one day and she believed by minimizing contact and keeping her daughter's linage secret Amelia wouldn't be none the wiser, but as you can see Amelia some how figured it out. I am sorry, but I can't explain further the rest Scootaloo's mother has to explain." she said solemnly.

Twilight put a hoof to her chin. "That's good for now, but that leaves us with one more question if you mind answering. Who is Scootaloo mother?"

Scootaloo paid closed attention to this. Despite the shocking revelation her being half pony and her father dying to protect her and her mother she wanted to know more.

Before she could answer an something rocked the castle. 

"What the hay was that?"

A unicorn guard came bursting through the door panting and heaving.

"Longshot, whats wrong?" asked Twilight.

Longshot regained his breath and spoke. "Princess, come quick six more giants appeared, and they are fighting the other giants!"

Twilight eyes widen. "Six more? And they are fighting the three that came before? I wonder these are friendly? I will be out there. Come, girls, lets see whats going. Kind Heart stay here with Scootaloo and wait for my friends form the other side." Twilight horned as she cast a spell over the mirror on the other side of the room.

"Whats was that for, Twilight." Rarity asked.

Twilight grinned. "Just a little spell I created so humans can maintain their human form when coming here through the mirror. Now lets go. Longshot, Stay here and protect Kind Heart and Scootaloo."

"Yes, Princess."

Twilight, Rarity, Fluttershy and Applejack ran out the library to investigate whats happening outside.


Outside a few minutes earlier.


The Zakus were hacking and slashing trying to get thorough the barrier when they stopped detecting an energy spike behind them. Sensing an immediate threat they took out their machine guns aiming them at the field a few feet behind them. Six energy orbs 18 meters tall appeared, and when the orbs disappeared Six mobile suits stood in their place. It was Agar team. 

The Zakus immediately fired their machine guns. Flay took out both of her Impulse Regoue's Excaliber Anti-ship swords joining them by the hilt form a dual bladed ambidextrous form, and charged at the Zakus their bullets having no effect on the Impulse's Phase-Shift armor. Flay stabbed the Zaku on the right in the chest avoiding the reactor. Her weapon cutting through the Zaku's armor like butter.  The Zaku Flay stabbed twitched before its mono-eye finally dimmed and the suit itself stopped moving. The Impulse pulled its sword out allowing the Zaku to topple on its chest.

The last two Zakus took out their heat hawks ready to take down the impulse, but were quickly dispatched when Ben and Arleen when they shot unloaded a full clip in both Zakus even blowing the squad leader's arm off and damaging its command antenna. Both Zakus full of bullet holes fell backwards hitting the barrier their backs sliding down the barrier until they were in an leaning position.

Arleen had her Light Amored GM's head scan the dead Zakus. "Well that was easy. They barely used any tactics. " she said over the team COMs.

Agar nodded in agreement. "Well Amelia use AI controlled mobile suits and based how these Zakus fight I say she didn't count on us coming so soon. These Zakus were installed with the most basic of Combat AI. Anyway lets get these two Zakus of the force shield we don't want to fall on the castle.This is too easy" he thought.

Flay's gundam and Garma's Barazam nodded. We're on it.   

They both grabbed a Zaku and carefully placed them on the ground producing dust as they hit the ground. Ben scanned the area taking a look at the town then turning his GM to scan the field behind them when his radar detected fast moving objects coming towards them, and he saw something that he thought he would never see in his life.  "Hey, we have company, and are y'all seeing what I'm seeing? 

Everybody's Mobilesuit turned where Ben's GM was pointing. Arleen was just a surprised as Ben was the rest of the squad wasn't instead they were smiling because they see an old friend leading the group Pegasai.


-A mile form Ponyville.-


Spitfire sounds the other Wonderbolts flew as fast as possible when they  heard more thunderous sounds there wings starting to ache from going into overdrive. As they got closer the Wonderbolt groups jaws dropped in surprise and shock at the sight of six metal giants standing over the remains three other giants. Spitfire smiled at the Zaku corpses glad that her team was able to take them down before they cause damage to Ponyville and ultimately her daughter.

"Woah! Looks like Waldo was right for once!" Yelled Flight Foot.

Soarin shrugged. "Well even a broken clock is right at least once a day."

"Who cares if Waldo was right! They are threatening my friend's home! Let's go kick their flank!" Yelled Rainbow earne

Spitfire frowned. "Dash, cool your wings! Now everybody listen there's a change of plans. I am going to try to establish contact with the giants." This earned a few confused looks directed at her.

"With all due respect, Mame, but why the buck would you do that? These walking tin cans might want to kill us. I say we go in and hit hard and show them what the Wonderbolts are all about!"

Spitfire shook her head at Rainbow's  'Hit first and ask question s later' attitude. She knew she need to make a few things clear. "Look believe it or not I think those giants are friendly due the fact that the dead giants on the ground match the description Waldo gave. So nopony attack unless I give the signal, understood!." 

"YES, MAME!" Every Wonderbolt responded.

They continue to fly towards the castle as they got near their destination Flay's Impulse rouge did something that surprised the Wonderbolt group including Spitfire. Flay's Impulse docked its swords and waved its right hand high in the air in greetings. Flay activated her suit's speakers.

Hey, Spitfire, Long time no see!

Every Wonderbolt in the group stopped dead in their tracks and stared at Spitfire in surprise. Spitfire let out a sigh she was not ready to start explaining at the moment. She was hoping that she could start explaining once she met up with her team.

Soaring was the first to break out of his stupor flew in front of Spitfire. "Captain, how did the red one know your name? Is there something your keeping from us?" He asked. He and the rest of the group wanted answers like their captain's connection to the giants.

Spitfire let out a annoyed sigh. "Great the headaches already started. Look I understand you all have questions, and I amit I have been keeping secrets-" This earned Spitfire surprised looks from her subordinates. "-,but I have good reasons of why I been keeping secerts, and I promise on my honor as a Wonderbolt that I will give you answers after checking on the princess and Ponyville. And my daughter."

Soarin smiled and nodded. "Alright, Captain, I trust you. I know you wouldn't keep a secret unless you really have to."

The rest of the Wonderbolts voiced similar sentiments. Rainbow flew towards until she was in front of her.

"Mame, I don't what's going and looking forward towards your explaination, but your friends saved my home and in extension my friends. I trust you."

Spitfire smiled. She was grateful for the amount of trust they placed even after so many questions about her left unanswered. "Thank you, I promise to explain once we arrived. Now let's move, Wonderbolts."

The Wonderbolts followed their captain preparing to learn things about their captain that would change their view of her.


-Friendship Castle's-


Meanwhile Twilight, Rareity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and Applejack ran down the hall as fast they could towards the gate. A contingent of guards were there waiting for for them ready for trouble. The group stopped in front of the gate. 

"Princess!" A voice called from behind them.

Everypony witness a perculair sight. Long shot was being followed by two demon-like beings, a human female with pony ears and wings, kind heart and Scootaloo. Fluttershy jumpedbehind twilight with a audible 'eep' hiding from the demon like creatures coming towards them. 

Long Shot bowed before Twilight finally standing back up. "Princess, I have brought your special guest, and I believe Scootaloo has something to tell. She and Kind Heart said it was important."

"Thank you, Long Shot, go by the gate with the rest the guards."

And with a quick 'Yes, Princess. ' Long Shot went to the group of guards sorrounding the gate standing at attention. Twilight turned her attention towards the recently arrived group. "Sunney, Sunset. Nice to see you and Rainbow I didn't know you were coming."

Rainbow rolled her eyes. "Geez, Twi, you figure hen a friend come another friend you figure she would be more grateful."

"Oh sorry, Rainbow, i didn't mean it like th-" Twilight finally noticed the joking smile on rainbow's face. "Haha very funny." She said trying to suppress a chuckle.

Twilight stopped chuckling and cleared her throat. "Anyway you come from behind me, Fluttershy. It's just Sunset and her sister Sunny, though they should have changed back into their human to avoid scaring somepony."

Sunset chuckled nervously rubbing the back of her head. "Sorry about that, Twilight. We figured that we need to be ready since the message you sent was pretty urgent. You know go all she demon on whatever evil decided to pop up. I mean we will change back if she wants." She said feeling guilty for scaring Fluttershy.

"Yeah sorry." Sunny added.

Fluttershy stepped up from behind Twilight. "No, it's alright. I didn't recognize you two... You don't have to change...if you don't want to. I mean we have to be ready for anything and they don't look ...that scary."

Applejack patted Fluttershy on the shoulder. "That's mighty brave of ya. I'm proud of ya."

Fluttershy blushed slightly.

"I don't mean to interrupt this tender moment, but I believe we need to update our friends. And I must say Sunset I like your new outfit, and Sunny for ponytail fits your bad girl if I am using the human term correctly look you're going for." Rarity commented.

Scootaloo stepped forward in front of Twilight. "Um, excuse me, Twilight."

Twilight looked down at Scootaloo remembering what Long Shot said earlier. "Oh I'm sorry, Scootaloo. You have something important to say?"

Scootaloo nodded. "Yes, I think the giants outside are here to help. Well, because..." Scootaloo looked down unsure, which rarely happened.

Rainbow walked to Scootaloo side bending down on one knee. Scootaloo looked at her in surprise. She met the human version of her idol before, and just like the first time they meet she marveled at how despite being a different species version from another version of their world she acted just like the Rainbow the Pegasus.

Rainbow rubbed Scootaloo's mane. "Go on, Scoots." Nudging her to go on.

Scootaloo nodded and continued. "Well I had another feeling and it was positive coming from them." Scootaloo said pointing towards the gate.

Twilight cocked her eyebrow "You sure, Scootaloo?" Scootaloo nodded in response, then Twilight looked at Kind Heart who gave her support for Scootaloo.

"Alright, now ope-"

"Hey wait, Twilight! You were going to explain whats going on. I mean everybody keep talking about metal giants." Sunset pointed out.

Twilight rubbed the back of her head and chuckled nervously. "Sorry about that got ahead of myself. Anyway earlier today we were attacked giants, and well lets just say seeing is believing and your sister expertise will be very helpful..."

Sunny, Sunset and Rainbow looked at Twilight like she grown a second and third head. "What?" they all said at the same time.

Twilight let out a sigh. "You won't believe me if I told you all. Just keep your sister enthusiasm to a minimum please, Sunset."

Sunset nodded slowly unsure what her friend was getting at. 

"Alright, Gate Keeper, Open the gate and deactivate the shield!" Twilight commanded.

A unicorn guard standing by the gate nodded, and pulled a lever with his magic causing the gates to slowly opened slowly revealing the beings outside. Everypony and body eyes widen at the site of the mobile suits standing outside and the ones laid out on the ground. The sight  of the red one waving perplexed the group even more, but out of anybody in the group the ones even more confused were the visitors from the human world. Sunset, Sunny and Rainbow stared at the sight mouths wide open and eyes wide. They couldn't believe it standing merely a few feet in front of them were what was supposed to be fictional military weapons. It couldn't be real, can it? Gundams aren't real, or are they?

Under Sunny's shock expression something screamed and raved in joy. Something who's power rivaled the element's. It was her inner fangirl. Sunny's shocked expression quickly turned into a scream of joy. She flew passed the group at amazing speeds causing a gust of wind to spin them around. Once Twilight got her bearings she looked at Sunset.

"Well that was better than I expected." said Twilight going out the gate.

Sunset and rainbow merely nodded too shock for words as they followed Twilight, Rarity, Applejack and Fluttershy(who hid behind applejack) outside.

Sunny was doing circles around the machine as giddy  as a young child. Marveling at her greatest fangirl wet dream.

"GUNDAMS!!! REAL HONEST TO GOD GUNDAMS!!!" she said as she examine every mobilesuit. "THIS IS THE MUDROCK!! OOOO, THIS IS THE SWORD IMPULSE. THE BARZAM REFINED!! THE ARMORED GM!! ZAKUS F2S!!! HEAVY GUNS!!! THIS A DREAM COME TRUE!!!" She screamed as she named the suits by heart.

From the inside the cockpits of the suits still standing the pilots were taken aback. How did this creature know the name of their suits? Agar had a sneaking suspicion, but he knew he needed to meet the Princesses so he activated his suit's external speakers.

Excuse me, but we need to see the Princesses. So can stay back form our suits. he asked surprising everyone.

Sunny reeled back in surprise more from the familiarity of the voice than volume. She knew who it belonged to.

"Right away one of them is over there, LT. Agar." Sunny pointed her claw towards the group in front of the gate.

Agar's gundam nodded, and he gave his orders to follow him. Flay, Garma, and despite the confusing situation for them Ben and Arleen followed as well. Twilight and her friends watched wide eyed as the mobile suits step closer and closer. The guards behind ready to jump in. Once a couple of feet in front of them. Agar's suit bent down to one knee followed by the other suits. Everybody instinctively stepped back as the hatches on the Mobile suits chest opened, and the pilots stepped out, grabbed a grappling cable located under the hatches. The cables lowered the pilots on the ground.

Once on the Agar's group was on the ground Twilight and her friends went towards the group with Sunny landing in front of them first. Once everyone was together Agar gave the order for his team to remove their helmets. Everyone gasped in surprise.

"Your human." Twilight said in shock. 

Brigit pinched his nose due to the headache threatening to turn into a aneurysm. "OK, Agar can explain this to me." he said pointing all around. "'Cause seriously my brain is going into overdrive trying make sense of this."

Ben nodded in agreement. "Yeah. It looks like we are in a children TV show or little girls."

"Well this is our old teammates home-world. In short we are in a world where ponies can talk, and magic and mythological creatures exist." agar explained.

Arleen shook her head. "Considering what happened to us recently. I am willing to believe anything." she said with Ben nodding in agreement.

Twilight just watched as the human with blue hair saluted her. "Sorry for the interruption, Princess. My name is Senior LT.Agar with urgent news from my boss for you and the other rulers of this world."

Twilight brain finally catch up as the words registered. "Urgent news? You mean..." she pointed at the destroyed Zakus.

Agar nodded. "Yes, Princess, but before we continue one more member of my team is on the way here now. she should arrive any minute." Agar turned his head to the right and saw someone he hasn't seen since she was a baby in her mother's arms and smiled. Garma and Flay followed his line of sight. Flay gasped in surprise, while Garma simply smiled amused.

"Well isn't this a surprise. I haven't seen you since you were a baby, Scootaloo." Agar greeted.

Everyone except for Kind Heart gasped in surprise. Scootaloo noticed and stepped forward towards not sensing any danger from them. 

"You all know me?" she asked.

Agar looked down at Scootaloo and chuckled. "Well not exactly. I only saw you when your were little and had hands, but I knew your mother and father quite well. They were a part of my team and the best M.S. pilots I ever served with and dear friends."

Human Rainbow looked up spotting a group of pegasai in the sky coming towards them. "Hey look the Wonderbolt s are here." She said pointing at the approaching Wonderbolts.

Spitfire and some of her group consisting of Fleetfoot, Soaring, Rainbow Dash and Lighting Dust landed near Twilight's and Agar's group, while the rest of her team stayed in air eyeing the kneeling mobile suits and both groups of humans. Pony Rainbow Dash rushed between Scootaloo and Agar.

"Scoots, you alright?! Did these creeps hurt you?! If they did I would've..."

Twilight lifted a hoof stopping pony Rainbow. "Calm down, RD. They're friends as far as we can tell." She explained using pony Rainbow's nickname for when her human counterpart visit.

Rainbow huffed. "Fine, but if they go out of line I am bucking them in the face."

"Rainbow stand down! Agar and his team are friends!" Ordered Spitfire.

Rainbow reluctantly obeyed and stood beside Scootaloo keeping her close.

Flay chuckled. "Well glad you didn't lose any your fire, Spitfire."

Spitfire chuckled and lifted her goggles. "Well its sort of required to train new recruits." Spitfire looks at the Impulse Rouge. " I see you upgraded from the Strike Rouge."

Flay smiled. "Yeah, handles better as well. If want to mock battle later I  will be more than game."

Spitfire nodded and gave Flay a challenging smile. " looking forward to that." She then looks at Agar and Garma. Then she laid her eyes on Scootaloo and gasped. She slowly walked towards her. "You look so much like your father." She said as tears threaten to pour out.

Scootaloo stepped forward from RD side and starred at Spitfire or in her case her mother. She felt a connection with her positive feelings raiding of her. Scootaloo felt like a hole has been filled. She looked asking the question with her eyes at Kind Heart who gave her a nod of confirmation. 

Scootaloo ran towards her mother and hugged her tight not letting go fearing that if she let go her mother disappear. "It's really you . it's not really you, mother."

Spitfire hugged her daughter as their tears of joy mix together. The Rainbows watch in shock particularly RD. She couldn't believe it her biggest fan was the daughter of her idol. Her brain stopped functioning. Human Rainbow on the other hand made a mental note to ask her world's Spitfire about her world's Scootaloo.

Twilight coughed grabbing everyone's and pony's attention. "I believe explanations are in order, Captain."

Spitfire let out a sigh. She emptied the contents of her saddle bags laying them on the ground. A human pilot suit with wing coverings on the back styled with the Wonderbolts signature design, a bra and panties a helmet made for pony heads, her communication device and a vial. Spitfire then took off her Wonderbolt jumpsuit.

"Now what you about to see next will be a little disturbing. So prepare yourself." Spitfire warned.

The groups who had no idea what was going to happen next nodded their heads steeling themselves. 

Spitfire opened the vile and drunk its contents. "As you all probably guessed piloting mobile suits require certain appendages that ponies normally lack." Spitfire felt a tingling sensation throughout her body. "So the serum I just drinked was created."

Spitfire fell on the ground as the dull pain of the transformation hit her. Everypony and body watched in horror and morbid facination as Spitfire bones remolded themselves. Her front legs changed into arms, her front hooves split apart changing into hands and fingers, her back legs remodeled themselves to bend backwards and her back hooves turned into feet. Her body also changed from a equine to human like. Spitfire body remodeled into an hourglass shape her mammaries pushing themselves up to her chest growing to a generous size causing all the males to instinctively turn their heads and the human females minus Flay to cross their arms over their chest. Spitfire also grown a foot and few inches in height going from 4'2 to 5'10. 

Once the transformation was complete Spitfire got up from on her knees standing tall a little over Princess Luna's overall height.Spitfire wabbled before she got her balance and started walking around unsteady at first, but after a couple of minutes she was walking like she did all her life. Afterwards she put on her bra, underwear and pilot suit moving her newly aquired hands with skill.

"As you can see the potion gives me a human like body so I can pilot mobile suits. You see when I was 18 years old I was flying to the Cloudsdale Wonderbolts recruitment center, but before I reached my destination a bright light envelope and transported me to another dimension where I met two people Code phoniex and Scootaloo's father Ryouma Walker. Phoenix-" before she could finish her communication device made a alarm like sound and from inside the cockpits alert soundscame out.

Spitfire took out the device and pressed a button. Alphodia appeared over the device. Almost everybody and pony yelped back in shock.

"Spitfire I detect seven energy signatures  a couple of miles from your position. One of the belongs to Misha gundam." She warned.

"Captain look!" 

Everybody  and pony looked where Fleet foot was pointing towards the fields outside of Pony ville. Their were  six cyclops ninja robots being lead by a gundam wearing samurai armor.

Spitfire looked at Alphodia. "Alphodia, where is my gundam? We need it now!." She said urgently.

Alphodia simply pointed up. Everybody looked up and saw a metallic bird coming out of the clouds.
