Pony Purple couldn't do anything as her group followed her downward. Pony Purple closed here eyes ready for the inevitable end, but to her surprise she land on something flat and made of metal. Pony Purple got up and realized her and her group were on a moving train she got up and moved around to make sure she had no broken bones. There was a few bruises, but nothing majorly injured. She looked around to make sure the other ponies where ok and they seem to be.
"Are we alive?" one of the guards asked.
"I thinks so ." Another said. Pony Purple looked around and noticed that the train was the same one she took the the Crystal Empire before.
"Good news, this will take straight to our destination.
"Buy what are those?" One of the guards asked pointing behind them. Pony Purple looked where he was pointing and saw something coming up on a parallel track. Three figures were quickly catching up to them. They were made of metal and each had metal blades for arms with round bodies and and train like wheels. They had small cylinder shaped heads with red lights that resembles eyes.
"Untie Magic" Pony Purple called causing the horn to appear and blowing up on of the robots.
"Alright one down and two to go." Spike cheered. His celebration was cut short as one robot cut the cart in half separating Pony Purple and the guards. Pony Purples jaw dropped in disbelieve as now her and Spike were on their own. Pony Purple tried to use the magic attack again but all that happened was a tiny ball of energy came out and hit the machines, and it didn't seem to phase them.
"Come on Twilight, use that big one." Spike said backing off a little.
"I-I can't, I need more ponies." One of the robots used its arms like a pole vault jump onto Pony Purple track and behind the cut car. Its eyes glowed as it rose it's arm ready to finish Pony Purple off. Pony Purple quickly jumped onto the cart in front of her and used all her might to blast the cuff links connecting the two carts. Luckily it blow apart and the robot was hit by the loose car sending it backwards. It tried to jump back to its original track but it wheels were caught on the car causing it to fall on it side and roll off the tracks.
"O-One more to go." Spike said nervously. The last robot started to rises its arms hoping to achieve what it's partners had failed to do. The arms dropped quickly, but Pony Purple simply jumped to the next car, but the robot tried to cut again. Pony Purple kept jumping car to car, with the robot keeping up still cutting away. Eventually Pony Purple made it to the engine room. The robot slowly rose its arms knowing there was no where for her to run.
"DUCK!" Pony Purple shouted as both her and Spike ducked right as they entered a tunnel. The robot being to tall got it's head and arms knocked off as he tried to enter. The body of the robot slowed down to a stop.
"We did it!" Spike said happily as the train emerged from the tunnel.
"Now we just wait until the train stops, it's smooth sailing from here on out." Pony Purple said happily.
"I wouldn't say that, Twilight." A voice said from behind her. Pony Purple turned around to see Discord floating near by.
"That's Pony Purple to you." Spike growled.
"Oh, I'm so sorry, I thought she was celebrating Nightmare Night early." Discord laughed.
"What do you want?" Pony Purple ask.
Nothing really I just want to do this." Discord said snapping his fingers. Pony Purple and Spike braced themselves only to find nothing happened. Pony Purple looked around for anything different, but nothing was out of place.
"HA! Looks like the Wonder Garb stops all of your magic from hurting me."
"Yes, you are right, it dose stop my magic from hurting you directly but it can still do damage indirectly."
"Indirectly? What do you mean?"
"Take a look for yourselves." Discord laughed snapping his finger causing the train to speed up. Pony Purple and Spike looked ahead as the train followed the tracks around a bend. To their shock and horror there was a huge gap where a bridge use to be.
"Tootles" Discord laughed as he disappeared. The train racing towards the gap as Pony Purple and Spike looked for any way off it.
"I don't see any way off this train. It's to fast to jump off." Spike reported. Pony Purple started to try and cast some spell that would help them. Teleport, levitate, stop time nothing she cast seem to work. They held on to each other as the train flew off the track . Pony Purple and Spike started to fall.
