Chapter 03: The Forbidden Chaos Words
The scene opens up to where the Council of Friendship was finally wrapping up a few things they have been trying to settle now. Ben, Spike, Phobos & Nyx sigh in relief; they thought their pals would never reach an end to the verdict.
“Well darlings, I say that wraps up all things.” Rarity spoke off to say in seeing that they have managed to cover up everything needed here.
“Boy howdy, how long we been at it anyhow?” Applejack asked off to let of a sigh; that was a lot of work.
“Feels like forever if any pony wants to ask me.” Rainbow Dash shrugs off her shoulders in feeling some relief from such stress.
“Good thing I managed to bake a few cake cups to keep me distracted.” Pinkie Pie smiled off in showing what she brought, cupcakes to help keep her mind active with fuel.
“So Twilight, what should we do now? Um, that is….if we can be done.” Fluttershy meekly asked off in what they are gonna do from here on out.
“Well maybe we should try to let loose a bit and hang out in Ponyville. I hear the market place area is blooming with sales.” Twilight spoke off with a smile in thinking they should check out an event going on, they can cut loose to check out any goods they find.
“Who wants to bet anything that she’ll buy another book that might be on sale?” Phobos rolled his eyes to say this in knowing Twilight, she’ll go and buy off a book.
“Probably, unless it’s a Daring Do book and Rainbow Dash wants it.” Spike shrug off his shoulders while thinking that depending on the book subject, there may be some competition.
“And we finished all the work around the castle. Now you can probably go off and hang out with your friends Nyx.” Ben smiled off in seeing that they are finished and his daughter can go meet her friends now.
“Hooray! I bet anything they miss me and maybe they are off trying some new activity to find their cutie marks!” Nyx smiled to cheer for hearing this wonderful news indeed.
Soon everyone was getting ready to pack up and get ready to head out….
“KURPOWWBOOOMMFRRUSUVHHMMM…” Then without warning, a shockwave of a nuclear explosion erupted in the Council of Friendship chamber that made everyone flinch and ran for cover; what was going on and how did THIS even happened, “YEEEAAAAAHHHHHHH-Aaaaaahahhhhhhhh!” Discord came out of the cloud, looking like he was wailing in pain in the scenic moment that seems terrifying until…. “Uaagh; that kinda appearance always lies a cramp on the neck and with the explosive effects too!” He grabbed his neck in feeling a bit achy from what he felt after coming in by such measures.
“Discord,” The gang responded in seeing who was here and made such an entrance that scared them half to death.
“HEEEEEY; you have any idea how long we had to deal with debatable arguments while fixing this place up?” Phobos snapped off to complain, the guy came in unannounced and seriously messed up the room they just cleaned; and it took forever to be done.
Then at that moment, Pinkamena, Goldie & Omega burst in the room by breaking down the door with their weapons out and preparing for any surprising enemies that might be attacking.
“Everyone alright in here,” Pinkamena asked off in looking around inside to not see anything wrong.
“We heard a loud explosion from outside.” Goldie stated that they heard an explosion that cause them to worry.
“If it is an enemy, point me in the direction so I may engage.” Omega requested with weapons pointed out, ready to blast first and question later.
“Nah, it’s only Discord being his chaotic self.” Applejack rolled her eyes in stating it was no enemy, just Discord; which made Goldie’s group drop their battle positions in seeing no real threat.
“Why’d you come in by an explosive entrance?” Ben raised an eyebrow in questioning Discord’s choice of entry.
“Well it was either that or the butterfly appearance, or the magic dust cloud. But I was seriously needing to get your attention.” Discord taps his chin to ponder what was the just method to earn much attention from the gang.
“Well you most ‘certainly’, got it alright?” Rarity huffed off to say in seeing that display scare the living day lights out of her.
“So why are you crashing here when we finally got business settled?” Rainbow Dash raised an eyebrow in pondering what Discord was doing here when they are done.
“There’s been a disturbance. My Chaos Senses are tingling!” Discord spoke off with a serious tone in making this issue be notified.
“Oh-oh-oh! Is that like anything like a Spider Sense from Spider-Man?” Pinkie Pie raised her hoof to ask this very much random question while breaking the fourth wall it seems.
“Again, you’re random Pinkie Pie.” Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes in what she and her friends saw the pink pony do was very random indeed.
“While I love to answer such an intriguing question, there’s no time.” Discord stated that the issue of explaining such pondering subjects must wait. “I sense something was VERY off around this neck of the woods.” He stated about there was a disturbance and it’s somewhere close.
“You talking about our Rainbow Kingdom or Ponyville?” Nyx asked off in wondering which Discord could even be talking about.
“You know that’s a good point. We REALLY need to know if this place will be renamed even if it has a history with the Apples founding Ponyville before Twilight became a princess and got a castle, and some like to address this as the Rainbow Kingdom.” Discord spoke off in hearing this and was thinking it over about the serious identity issue of what this town/kingdom should be addressed as.
“Discord, you were saying you wanted to discuss something important with us?” Twilight spoke off in trying to get Discord to focus on what was so important that he came here.
“Oh right, right, right! I almost let it slip off the topic!” Discord yelped in suddenly realizing his faults that he needs to get back on track here. “We’re all in a, dare I say it, a dire situation of being in danger! Someone has been speaking….” He stopped to look around in signaling the group to come closer which they did, “The Forbidden Chaos Words!” He spoke with a loud enough soft voice in announcing what was going on.
Then there was some special drama moment of the slow but then big upbeat afterwards to build suspense of the issue being very serious.
“Hugh?” the Mane Six responded off with puzzled faces that they each shared differently.
“Chaos Words,” Spike repeated the words that Discord spoke to them.
“Never heard of them,” Phobos shrugs off to say that he’s never heard of such things.
“I can’t say I know them myself.” Ben shrugs off his shoulders to say he was lost over this subject as well.
“Me neither.” Nyx shook her head in never once hearing of such words.
“Um, Discord….um, I don’t wanna be rude in questioning you, but…what are those?” Fluttershy meekly spoke in wanting her friend to maybe give them a little more info about what Discord was trying to tell them.
“WHAAAAAAAATTT; you mean you never heard of….” Discord yelped out loud before stopping to pass for the dramatic affair, “The Forbidden Chaos Words?” He once again spoke those words with a tone of mystery and confusion of sorts.
And again, there was a sound effect of dramatic slow and then a big upbeat moment that help add more suspense of how scary & serious this is.
“Will you quit that sound effect Discord, we can see the instruments.” Twilight sternly narrow her eyes in seeing Discord getting a little ahead of himself here.
“Oh poo, and I wanted to help build up suspense, tension, and serious drama over this to be just as serious as any other.” Discord pouted in hearing what he had to do here, but it can’t be helped. “But very well, I shall explain the details to you.” He sighs in knowing he has to be serious now in what he has to tell.
“About those words you say are…chaotic?” Spike stated in not really understanding the whole Chaos Words thing.
“Long ago, a powerful force managed to create some chaotic events by making them into forbidden words, swears as some would call them presently speaking.” Discord explained this with a serious face while this did surpass the group a bit.
“My goodness! You mean ushering a simple word could bring forth such chaotic destruction of sorts?” Rarity gasped off in hearing just the basic stature of things that would be dangerous.
“Wait, you’re saying there are actually FREE words that whoever speaks them gets to cause something to happen?” Rainbow Dash asked off in almost putting together this understatement of the issue. “Hugh, you know, for most of us that aren’t magic users, it be kinda interesting to have something like that in our battles.” She spoke in almost sounding somewhat intrigue if they had that kinda usage against their enemies.
“Oh I assure you Rainbow Dash, it is anti-opposite NOT interesting!” Discord polity stated with a firm tone over using such things. “For you see, unlike the usual ‘potty talk’ to this day & age would some creatures use, the Forbidden Chaos Words have actually, physical consequences.” He announced forth that using the very ‘Words of Chaos’ come with things one never knows when, where or how they’ll effect things.
“Huuuuagh; For real,” Pinkie Pie asked off in hearing this much in understanding it.
“Sis, do you know anything about the Chaos Words?” Goldie asks his sister if she may have heard about such things.
“Honestly Goldie, I never once came across them in any alternate world travels. It’s news to me.” Pinkamena shook her head ‘no’ in never coming across things like Chaos Words by her memory or reading it from books.
“Could you please give us a better understanding point of view in what your saying Discord?” Twilight asked if Discord can give them a more clearer explanation of things here.
“Right, maybe tell us them words so forbidden we can’t say?” Applejack asked off in knowing what to watch out for, it be a heck of a lot easier.
“Oh I’ll tell, but I will NOT actually say the words for fear of their power even give me that shiver feeling. Wohohohoho…” Discord said this, as he held his shoulders and shivered, the words of chaos even get to him it seems.
“Oh, you poor dear, well…could you maybe state them…differently?” Fluttershy spoke to pat Discord to comfort the guy over his worries.
“Right, like give us only the letter of what they start with, that way you aren’t in trouble or for swearing.” Ben stated in knowing what the guy can do, just say the words but by a different means.
“Kinda like how we had to teach a Royal Guard to be careful in what he said cause of fillies and colts were nearby.” Nyx stated off in remembering that issue of an event they dealt with before about not saying fowl things in front of children.
“Well alright, I guess that couldn’t hurt to discuss.” Discord sigh with some relief in thinking that could ease him up a bit. “There are a few handfuls of the Chaos Words in existence, things you never heard of since they are very, very old, even before the Mag’ne came to Ponyland & during the reign power of Grimmore.” He issued in pointing out how the Chaos Words existed since way back when even BEFORE Megan & Tirek’s first encounter and the birth of the Rainbow of Light.
“I am in update mode, please commence the teachings.” Omega spoke forth in having himself on standby mode to upload any data about the subject to his memory log.
“First up; The “J”-word makes lightning. Precisely five electric orbs appear out of nowhere that shot into a center to rain the lightning down on a victim.” Discord pointed out the first of the Chaos Words by their first letter of what they can cause, “Second up; The “G”-word’s spontaneous combustion; Purple glow around object before imploding in any sizable combust explosion.” Discord mentioned off the next word that will cause a disaster to happen. “So in very much, few Words of Chaos can do such things that isn’t my doing and it’s not like the time the Everfree Forest was attacking.” He stated that if any think this was his own leftover work, it isn’t unlike that other time. “But of course, the most dreaded of them all that even ‘I’ would never say is the “Q”-word.” As Discord issued that last sentence, creepy piano notes are heard that made him shiver and shake to whimper out in fear before falling apart, literally.
“Ohohoho, Discord, surely you jest.” Rarity chuckled a bit in thinking Discord was joking with them, but was not the case from the guy’s serious face.
“I’m guessing he’s not. If he fears that word as much as he fears the Three Lords, it might be a serious issue.” Goldie points out in seeing this act was no joke.
“Trust me, the Words Of Chaos are so destructive, only a simple FOOL would utter them, & even ‘I’ never went there when I was mischievous.” Discord sternly stated that only simple minded fools would dare say the Chaos Words to just cause physical consequences without a care or worry. “If you need more proof, just look through the Forbidden Book Of Spells on page 62.”
“Snap!” Then Discord snaps his fingers which made the Forbidden Book of Spells appear as he magically flips through the pages. All while showing the book to everyone when he found a page about the Forbidden Chaos Words as listed for anyone to study & be alert about them. Then after he was done, he magically closed the book and made it disappear from his hold to be wherever Twilight had it kept.
“So now that you have seen just how scary those mere words can be, who around here has been saying such fowl things?” Discord spoke off to say while now looking for who’s been speaking such terrible things.
“Nope!/Not me!/Certainly not!/Um, no…/Sorry, none here!” Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy & Pinkie Pie responded off in not knowing anything and the rest shook their heads ‘no’ in not knowing anything either,
“Powwwfrusvhhmmm…” Suddenly, a rumbling happened that shook the castle that made everyone yelp, as something was going on that they did not know what the cause was. Soon the mysterious rumbling had cease action, allowing everyone to be at peace here.
“Okay, what the heck was that?” Phobos asked off in not knowing what even happened to them just now.
“Sounded like it came from outside!” Spike stated in where that event took place.
Soon everyone was running on outside with Discord following behind before the group was coming out of the castle. There outside was a giant volcano that was letting off smoke on the front side of the Rainbow Castle.
“Ugh Twilight, did you know you have a volcano on your front yard?” Pinkie Pie asked off randomly in not ever noticing such a thing.
“Oh really, like who WOULDN’T Notice THIS,” Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes that just about anyone couldn’t have miss seeing this thing.
“Just where in Apple Loosa did dat there come from?” Applejack asked off in not knowing where this thing even came from.
“Gwaaaauhhh,” Discord gasped out in seeing what is here before them. “Who did it? Who has spoken the Forbidden Chaos Words?” He asked off in demanding who just spoke one of the forbidden words he just told the group about.
“Oh my, don’t tell me the “Q”-word makes a volcano?” Rarity asked off in seeing what they are witnessing here.
“Oh my, that does sound horrible!” Fluttershy gasped off in learning of such a thing, but….
“Oh no dear Fluttershy, have you forgot what I showed you in the book earlier?” Discord waved off in stating this as a relaxed and don’t panic tone…at least not yet anyway. “This here is merely from the double-“O”-word. Volcanoes pop out of the ground with an aftershock shake, some appear active & could blow their top off, and the numbers…hmm, tricky to say.” He spoke in stating that this was from another Chaos Word that makes volcano or volcanoes appear to pop out of nowhere.
This made a lot of ponies swallow hard; they can see this was only the tip of the iceberg or volcano in this case; which Twilight will have to figure out how to remove this later on.
“Discord, besides causing physical natural disasters, what do the words stand for?” Nyx asked off something that was puzzling her young mind.
“Why Nyx, you should know that if you are too young to know such a word or know what they mean by Equestria or even Earth potty-talk, then the Chaos Words are something far too cruel of swears for you to know.” Discord spoke gently in stating that he couldn’t tell such terrible and nasty words to the filly, even the Chaos Words are far worse than the usual fowl stuff said today.
“I’ll agree on that much Discord.” Ben nods in feeling that much they can agree with on not saying such awful words, “But is it only ‘you’, a being of chaos magic and stuff that know such words even exist.” Ben questioned if Discord is the only being that would relate to the issue of something this chaotic or if others know.
“Well….depending.” Discord taps his finger to his lips in trying to figure out the method to the answer. “As far as I can tell, the oldest ones that know about the Chaos Words besides me being a Lord of Chaos would be the Three Lords of Equestria; Grimmore apparently was the one who created their existence. But in some way, neither he or Dark Curse or even the Superior would stoup their stature standings to swear, it’s not their character to lose face.” Discord explained that there are other big and powerful villains that know such words, but they never do something like that, they have images & reputations to keep in check.
“And what about the Mystics or even the Dark Mystic flunkeys,” Phobos raised an eyebrow in thinking there are still others that could use those words freely.
“Possibly most likely a few older Mystics in the Mystic Realm know of them and some rogues and lesser Dark Mystic jerks.” Discord stated in thinking he knows only those fair folks that know the dreaded words. “But while it’s a bit havoc in the Mystic Realm, if ever spoken in Equestria around normal pony creatures, who would also know the “Q”-word, there will be much worse coming that might be a bigger problem.” He stated how that the Chaos Words were best left unknown to Equestria, knowing how terrible it be if folks learn and spoke such things, especially the worse word of the bunch.
“Wait a minute, what if whoever is speaking those things doesn’t know the truth behind them?” Pinkamena suddenly broke the moment to suddenly come to realization of what made her react weirdly today. “Like for example, an evil has fooled some pony to use them without knowing of their actions.” She spoke off in giving an idea in what could be an answer to a clue they never knew, like a villain that knows the Chaos Words, but fooled someone to say them.
“The chances of that occurrence seem very logical.” Omega stated off in calculating that such things are not out of the question.
“Then that means they know all of the Chaos Words, and if they mention this…”Q”-word, the situation could be much worse than we thought!” Goldie spoke in starting to fear what happened that if the one word from that bunch is spoken out loud, it may cause something terrible.
“Quickly every pony, we have to begin searching for anyone who is using such words. We’ll know if we heard something new, but unusual, but also a weird event!” Twilight order out this order that they need to begin searching for whoever might be saying the Chaos Words and put a stop to it; for all their sakes.
Soon afterwards in seeing how terrible the situation is becoming, everyone begins to search for whoever knows the Forbidden Chaos Words. Hopefully they can find and stop them before the “Q”-word is mentioned, oh boy, who could have manipulated such sneaky intentions here in the first place, what evil was doing this? That stuff right there, remains to be seen apparently…

Meanwhile, the CMC were on their way to the Club House after having such a marvel of a day. And they were passing ponies nearby while speaking off their new words to any that were busy doing work or having some fun activity.
“Hey there, it’s our jortnurg kinda pony!” Apple Bloom spoke off to Crescent Moon who was working nearby with a friendly greeting while the fillies continued to move along.
“Thruszizizvhhmmmm…./Gwuuuuuaaaghhhh!” Then lightning rain down from out of nowhere, zapping Crescent Moon with a scream before that soon ended afterwards.
“Oh yeah, you go you girkmorch!” Scootaloo responded off in seeing Thunderlane & Sunshower Raindrops dancing it off with another while looking to the fillies for their kind reply to them.
“Trupsfruvhmmm…” Then a bright burst of orange light appeared near the two ponies, which imploded in a sizable combust explosion that was near some gas cans.
“Look out!” Sunshower Raindrops yelled out in seeing some unexpected flames were lit up near.
“FIRE,” Thunderlane cried out in seeing that there was now fire that was burning near the area.
All while the CMC got in their club house while never really noticing what was going on. Boy, are they missing out or what while having task on their minds.
“Wow, did you see how amazed every pony was when they heard our cool words?” Scootaloo spoke off in having seen how others saw them while never seeing events that came afterwards.
“Yeah, Ah bet they never heard them an' were stunned speechless!” Apple Bloom replied off in thinking how amazed ponies were in hearing them say such new funky words.
“But then, how come we haven’t earned our Cool Word Cutie Marks yet?” Sweetie Belle asked off in noticing that they haven’t seen their flanks glow to show what their true talent is.
That was true, they have been speaking nearly few parches of the Cool Words they learn, but so far, no new cutie marks.
“Well maybe we just haven’t done enough ta be truly & unbelievably cool is all!” Apple Bloom stated in what might be the answer to their tricky little dilemma here.
“Right, maybe another way to be more popular to not just be here in Ponyville, but to all of Equestria,” Scootaloo spoke off an idea that seems like it could really boost their career.
“Neat-o; But, Equestria’s a really big place, how can we get all over to speak our cool new words to be more popular?” Sweetie Belle spoke off in thinking how they can get across Equestria, it takes a long time to do so.
Then as if on cue, a mysterious letter flies in through the clubhouse window to land near the CMC. They were curious, as it was the same as before, and they open it to read what it says. And once they were viewing through some parts did they stubbles across some interesting stuff from their ’special’ friend of whoever it was.
“Hey listen to this, girls! It says if we start a webcast video blog viral thing, we can really wow ponies!” Scootaloo smiled off to say in reading what the letter note says about what they can do to be more popular.
“That’s PERFECT!” Apple Bloom & Sweetie Belle responded together, why didn’t they think about doing that; go internet.
“An' check this, says here ta add an extra kick of cool, we should say our new words.” Apple Bloom spoke off in what else they can do for their webcast series, say some cool things like their new words.
“Can you image how fantastic it be if we could broadcast this all over Equestria?” Sweetie Belle asked off in imaging their fame, that sure to earn them Cutie Marks.
“And there’s more. Listen; Just outside your door is a simple gear of equipment leftover from Chris McClean’s broadcast group with the latest magic works to magically broadcast televise by our pony-internet and even get to the Mystic Realm. Can you believe that?” Scootaloo read off the next stuff that was listed about stuff that help them produce a live web series show, and from the time Chris McClean had his Total Drama crew & cast doing a live series in Equestria, this just seem so amazing.
“Then let’s get going!” Apple Bloom replied off in hearing this that they better get going.
“Wait, how do we do this? What could attract ponies’ attention on three fillies?” Sweetie Belle stop for them to think, just a simple web show from their clubhouse might not be exciting enough; they need to think bigger.
Then a bright idea came to the fillies in recalling something that may just be the answer that they seek. It was the best choice they can think of.
“ROAD TRAVEL TRIP,” The CMC announced off in union; what better way to earn lots of view interest than if folks see fillies on a road trip?
“Nyx told us her neat adventure in going to the End of Equestria; maybe we can do the same, but….somewhere not as dangerous.” Sweetie Belle stated in what they can do, do what Nyx did to help the Apple’s farm, go on a road trip that’s safe for them to do.
“How’s about Froggy Bottom Swamp, that place has a certain…theme to it. If we do things like that, maybe we’ll get our own web show like how Rainbow Dash & even Jade have their own web sites.” Scootaloo spoke off in thinking of the perfect place to get their first internet series up, maybe it’ll be popular like from two others that have done internet mail checking and stuff.
“Dat’s perfect, Ah bet Ah can talk my cousin Tough Apple ta loan us Justin ta help pull a cart wit' our equipment while we are doing our inter web blog cast.” Apple Bloom spoke off with a smile that if she gets her cousin to help them out, they can make this really work for them.
“Hey, there’s line more thing written here; 'If you wanna be extra popular, have your glowing friend trap in a sphere in involved to show ponies you wanna help out a friend in need. It’ll boost ratings.'” Scootaloo spoke off in noticing a last P.S. message about them bringing a special spirit trapped in an orb to help boost their ratings, maybe like a special guest.
“Wow, this special friend sounds real nice, he even knows about that. I’ll go get him!” Sweetie Belle smiled off to say while checking a spot somewhere.
“Hugh, well maybe dat pony knows how we can help de poor fella out.” Apple Bloom spoke off in never knowing that someone knew who they had, a spirit trapped and needs to be free.
Soon Sweetie Belle dug through a closet to bring out an old bright orb ball that contain a spirit; one that hasn’t been seen since the days Lorcan the Scarred Ruler was making conquest of Ponyville.
“Hey there little guy, sorry we haven’t been around, there has been a lot of issues.” Sweetie Belle apologized to the spirit that they have been so busy, they haven’t had time to chat or speak with the ball.
“Oh, I don’t mind, it sounded like some trouble. What’s happening there?” The strange poor soul in the sphere responded with his chipmunk voice, it sounded strange, but with such a funny voice it was never taken seriously.
“We got cool words to say on a web show we’re making, and you’ll be a part of it!” Sweetie Belle smiled off to mention this little fact to the orb containing the guy of what the fillies are doing.
“Really, come to think of it, I have felt…something new going on.” The voice spoke off in having felt something; the workings of chaos magic, something very familiar to the chipmunk voice…
“I spot the equipment! And it’s even got a laptop like Rainbow Dash’s, this’ll help our setup for a road trip even better!” Scootaloo spoke off from checking below their clubhouse, she found the stuff left, their special friend works fast to help them out.
“Okay Cutie Mark Crusaders! Let’s make a script while we’re heading ta my cousin’s place, then…Lets hit de road!” Apple Bloom responded off in what they are gonna do; they are gonna be famous web show users to all of Equestria.
Soon the CMC leave their clubhouse while working together to pull a lwagon containing the equipment to help produced a web show series; all while unaware of someone watching their every movement.
“Perfect, now….to makes sure no one gets in the way of speaking the BIG Word….heheheh….” R. Chaos chuckled off to say in seeing that everything is going accordingly, just need to make sure no one interfere and all will be well….for the side of evil.
Then the girl vanished in another corridor of darkness while never being seen or sense, like she never existed. There is a dark mystery going around with this one, and soon, something will change in Equestria that won’t be undone it seems. For what comes later, have to wait and see how things take a turn for next…
