Chapter 02: Learn New Words?
Within Ponyville’s market place area, all the citizens were enjoying their times in chatting and having anything to talk about while making deals.
“Come and buy our flowers!” Daisy spoke off of where she and her two friends are selling flowers.
“They smell good when you water them!” Rose stated how good it was to have a flower to smell it’s scent.
“Buy one for a lover!” Lily Valley issued how a male could buy one for the mare he loves.
“I’ll buy a muffin please!” Derpy came up to buy a muffin from a guy nearby, “Yum!” She smiled before digging into the muffin that she purchased now.
“Come buy off these barbells, they’ll help bulk you up! YEAAAAAAHHHHHHHH,” Bulk Biceps was selling off his own gym-type equipment with his ‘yeah’ roar battle cries to encourage folks.
“I got some music here, some of which aren’t sold elsewhere!” DJ Pon-3 showed off her own collection of CD music track albums of which aren’t even sold anywhere.
“Dr. Hooves, quickly now, I need to make sure everything is set right. Now, is everything okay?” Mayor Mare spoke to her assistant in making sure nothing is off and all is fine and dandy.
“All listed and accounted for.” Dr. Hooves responded to look at the list in acknowledging that they have everything alright.
“Good, Princess Twilight and her Council of Friendship are working hard, so at least keeping a market sale off shouldn’t be too hard.” Mayor Mare sighed with some relief to hear this, she feels they are putting too much burden on Twilight’s group, she was mayor far longer than the new princess, she has her own responsibility to take care of.
As everyone else was doing their own things within the market place, the Cutie Mark Crusader trio members came into the picture.
“Ye girls ready fer 'dis thing?” Apple Bloom spoke off to her pals in getting ready to do what they are gonna do here.
“You know it Apple Bloom!” Scootaloo replied off in being very eager to do this thing right here, right now even.
“I’m bursting with excitement!” Sweetie Belle spoke from her horn glowing to spark out some stuff from being so excited right now.
“Time we try ta earn ourselves some Cool Word Cutie Marks!” Apple Bloom declared in what they are gonna be going for to earn their cutie marks.
“Should we limit who we say them too or go a bit out?” Scootaloo asked off in what they should do first off, start saying the words by few, or a lot.
“Let’s start small and work up. That’ll surely get attention on us.” Sweetie Belle issued a great plan, the more ponies that know the words in when and how they are said, might boost their stature.
They all nod their heads in agreement to that idea. Soon we see the CMC walk off Wasn’t long before they came across Jeff Letrotski who was checking out some stack of boxes at the moment without a care in the world.
“Hey, what’s up, Jeff Letrotski, you old girkmorch,” Scootaloo replied off to wave up her left hoof to make a cool signal attitude address of speaking her mojo to the guy.
The CMC smiled eagerly in having spoken one of the first new cool words while containing their giggling excitement to move along. So Jeff Letrotski smiled towards the fillies to give a wave out to them in saying hello right back.
“Trusvhmmm….Powwfruvhmmm…” Then without warning, the box crates glowed purplish of strange magic before combusting in an explosion, “Gaaaughh-Aaahhh!” Jeff Letrotskicried out in shock of what had even just happened now while tossed across and sat up in confusion, “Clupoowvhmmm/Owwww!” Then a box crate fell on that poor pony without ever seeing it coming; ouch.
Then the CMC continue their merry way without having even the slightest bit of concerns or worries to what even happened; they were too distracted & excited by what they are saying to notice it. They enter an area of where it was a setup of tables where ponies could chow down with their meals from shopping around the market place; folks gotta re-fuel sometimes. But when Rare Find had gotten a tray of food, the pony bumped into the fillies before backing away.
“Oh, excuse me.” Rare Find apologized for now seeing the fillies that he didn’t notice, what with food on the mind and their small size.
“No worries, friend.” Apple Bloom replied off to say in saying they were cool about it. “It’s all flurglegurgle.” She leans up close in stating how it was like saying ‘water under the bridge’, but in a new sense.
Then the CMC move off with smiles on their faces for speaking another cool word out, they were really showing off in not being mad and feeling fine. And Rare Find looked to the fillies with a smile in seeing how totally okay those girls are to not be bothered, what nice ponies and how they spoke was so…new…it must be a new phase method to speak.
“Hugh?” But of course, when Rare Find came down to it, the pony didn’t even know what word or meaning the fillies said to him, what did it stand to mean?
“Trushvmmm…Wruspvhmmm…” Then without warning, something magically sucks in four ponies by a table; Caramel, Cherry Fizzy, Cloud Kicker & Candy Mane and were gone into a glowing blue sphere orb, “Powwfruvhmmm…/Waaaaughhhh!” Then later, it created a highly explosive effect that sent everything and everyone outwards.
“Gaaaugh,” And as for Rare Find, well the pony got hit by an unexpected falling Caramel who was caught by whatever happened.
From afar, R. Chaos watched the events play out from a hidden shadow of an alley in seeing how the CMC are doing. So far, they look to be having fun in using the new words ’she’ gave to them. And whatever they appear to be saying are causing some strange & unnatural things. And at the moment, the fillies were seeing an unusual table that had ‘FREE TOY GIVEAWAY’ rotten on the sign.
“Oh wow, there giving away free toys!” Appel Bloom smiled off to say in seeing this with a giant smile on her face.
“Oh that is the coolest to the infinity.” Scootaloo pump up her hooves in finding this to be the besets thing ever for them.
“This must be the best jornurging day ever.” Sweetie Belle responded to say when she was reaching out to grab a nearby doll she liked.
“Rrizizivhmmm…Thruspvhmmm….” Then without warning, some hidden electric volts were seen above before they struck down on a poor Derpy that was further across from the CMC’s location. “DOOWWAAUGHAAAAHHAAHHH….” Derpy was seen grunting off from getting that electric shock before the effects cease. “I’m okay; my muffin got toasty is all.” Derpy responded off to say with a goofy face and showed a fried toasted muffin in her possession.
R. Chaos grinned at seeing this action that was priceless. Then from nearby, she saw Diamond Tiara’s group of Silver Spoon and her body guard; Maxin Talos. The evil hooded cloak foe just had an interestingly evil idea as she took a tomato, and thrown it up in the air to almost land near the snotty duo which made them yelp from tomatoes falling from the sky.
“Who threw that?” Diamond Tiara asked off in demand to know who it was that almost got her hit by a tomato.
Then the snotty duo’s eyes were looking where the likely subjects were, and saw the CMC were eating some tomatoes for their little snack.
“Well, well, if it isn’t the blank-flanks.” Diamond Tiara remarked off with a smug face to approach the CMC with her own group in getting some attention. “And just what do you think you were up to?” She narrow her eyes at the three fillies in having her own suspicion of them.
“Up to what,” Sweetie Belle asked to say in not following along the discussion here.
“A tomato almost hit us!” Silver Spoon stated off in what was almost certain that this group made a tomato almost hit them or more likely her friend.
“Nope; Can’t say it was us,” Apple Bloom shrug off to say in not having any idea what those snotty fillies are talking about.
“Maybe my bodyguard should remind you.” Diamond Tiara stated off that maybe force will knock sense into these girls for thinking they can pretend for so long, “Maxin Talos.” She spoke off in wanting her bodyguard to handle the matter here.
”Yes mistress,” Maxin Talos nods in preparing to crack his front hooves in what he’ll do to those that upset his mistress paying him.
“You know Diamond, for a pretty little wannabe rich girl, you need to learn to chill and be more…Jortnurg.” Scootaloo spoke off coolly like how Rainbow Dash does it in trying to state out a fact.
“Hugh?” the snotty duo responded confused in what they heard, even Maxin Talos, what the heck does jortnurg mean?
“Oh my stars, girls, look at de time, come on!” Apple Bloom spoke off in realizing the time now, they are running late.
“Right, we haven’t reached the other market area yet.” Sweetie Belle spoke off in seeing they still have much more to cover around here.
“Later gators, good luck figuring out our cool new words,” Scootaloo spoke off to say farewell to Diamond Tiara’s group.
The CMC were then leaving without seeing the stump look of the others that saw those that they were gonna teach a lesson to are now gone.
“Brziizizvhmmm…./Gwuaahahahhauuuaaghhh,” Then electricity rain down on Maxin Talos which gave him a surprise shock before it ended; and with him looking burn a bit before falling down like a burnt crisp.
“Maxin Talos; what happened?” Diamond Tiara asked off in seeing that action while not knowing where it came from.
“Where that lightning came from?” Silver Spoon asked off the big question of what they mostly saw.
“Ugh, first I don’t know who threw a tomato to almost hit me, then the CMC act all innocent and try being cool with a word I never heard of from being popular, and now this.” Diamond Tiara groans to complain how things have started to look like for her now, they are not the most pleasant of moments.
“Looks like we’ll have to carry him home, he looks both fried and knock out to not be up for some time.” Silver Spoon signed to say as the two fillies get a real workout in trying to pull the big bouncer stallion.
After seeing the CMC leave the area having chewing out Diamond Tiara, and with a more effective effort of use, R. Chaos disappeared into a Corridor of Darkness while that vanished before anyone saw it. It looks like the little events of what’s about to be happening is just the beginning warm-up, all according to plan for a member of the Apocalypse Ponies.

At this time, the scene focuses around Pinkamena’s area where she and Autumn Gem are in a kitchen area preparing something over the oven. The other guys like Havis is checking his sleeping brethren while Goldie, Sombra & Omega are training. But our focus is those that seem to be cooking something of veggies on a fry pan.
“Now carefully pour the oil into the pan.” Autumn Gem explained to her pink friend in what to be doing here.
“Like this.” Pinkamena spoke off to pour some veggy oil into the fry pan where they are cooking. “This isn’t so bad.” She stated off in having the hang of this, since she’s done plenty of cooking over longer period of years.
“Do that for a minute while I can get the vegetables.” Autumn Gem stated off to say in what she’s going to be doing now.
But when Autumn Gem was away, Pinkamena did not expect to suddenly have a sudden Pinkie Sense go off. And this one felt like an unexpected feeling like one she’s never had before until now.
“Woah, what was feeling; it felt…disturbing. Like…something was not right within the world.” Pinkamena spoke off to herself in stating what it was she felt just now. “What was it, what was…” She was asking the question of what was going on until…
“PINKAMENA; WATCH OUT!” Autumn Gem screamed out loud in seeing something her friend was doing.
“Hugh?” Pinkamena snap back to reality, only to see that her pouring oil spread too much and made the entire pan ignite into bursting flames, “Eeoooowch!” She felt that tiny burn to back away while seeing she ended up pouring too much oil that made the fire grow too big.
Outside the kitchen, Omega was preparing another attack pattern against Sombra & Golden Heart.
“Remember Omega, on our word, give us everything you got!” Goldie explained to their friend on what to do for their training exercise.
“Understood; I await your command signal to begin training workout.” Omega nods in hearing this while getting himself ready now.
“Good, it’s simple; when we say ‘fire’, hit us with everything so we can dodge them. Now let’s…” Sombra stated off in how things will go down, but then was cut off….
“Aaaahhhh; FIIIIIRE,” Autumn Gem screamed out from the kitchen that earn some attention now.
“Fire,” Goldie & Sombra responded without knowing that they were still in the middle of training.
“Commencing attack,” Omega responded to open all his arsenal locks to prepare firing.
“No wait! We’re not ready yet!” Goldie yelped in seeing Omega got that confused, they let that word split out by choice.
Then Omega unleashed a barrage of explosive fire while the two magic users cast barriers that just protected them, but just barely. And once the loud explosions were settled, there were nosies of sods foam and someone opening a door nearby.
“What happened up here?” Havis asked off from coming into the picture, he’s hearing a commotion and finds what’s been going on.
“Cough-cough…my love’s voice screamed from the kitchen.” Sombra coughed from what he and Goldie had to survive from before their focus changed.
Then the mares of the group came out of the kitchen, covered in sods it seems. They were gonna ask what happened, but they were beaten to the punch.
“Sorry about that, Pinkamena was helping me cook and then she blank out and then the fire came out of nowhere from putting on too much veggy oil.” Autumn Gem spoke off to explain that something happened that made the issue happen under their watch.
“Sis, what’s wrong? You hardly are distracted unless something is up.” Golden Heart asked in feeling there was something going on it seem.
“Not sure Goldie, but for a brief moment, I felt some disturbance, like some unexpected chaotic magic was going on.” Pinkamena stated from being unsure of what, but something was going down…and it involves some chaos with magic involved.
“Is it Discord fooling around?” Havis asked off with a raised eyebrow, sure the guy likes to goof off and play, but really now, he wouldn’t after the Tirek event.
“No, it’s not his own magic force that I felt was the cause, it was…something else.” Pinkamena stated from feeling this sense of what she felt was not Discord’s work, but something almost related.
“For any matter, let me apologize for firing when you two weren’t ready.” Omega apologized for having attacked Goldie & Sombra when he thought he heard the command signal to attack.
“It’s fine; don’t let it get to you.” Sombra spoke off to say that they forgive Omega for the misunderstanding able moment of the confusion.
“Still, what could be happening right now?” Autumn Gem asked off in not knowing or understanding the concept of what took place to make the pink pony weird out unusually.
“Looks like we’ll have to slowly find out, now won’t we?” Pinkamena stated off to say that if they are going to learn about what is happening, they’ll have to uncover the matter slowly but surely to uncover the answer.
Many had puzzled faces in being a bit lost in what they even heard there. But as far as any of them can tell, Pinkamena will probably try to figure out what sorta strange cause is going on so that whatever happens can be fix.

Meanwhile elsewhere, we soon find Discord in another area doing some work with his chaos magic. This was his work to help his friends, and especially after the issue with Tirek about being evil, that’s not for him no more since he now has friends. And though Discord isn’t on the Council of Friendship, he is still trying to use his chaos magic to help out, like for example; turning a dry farm field into a field of prosper for some local farmers during a bad dry season. Much of the residents were very happy in seeing this which helped in Discord’s good name…which he’s earning.
“Okay, let’s check over my list of requested activities for today.” Discord responded before magically making a long scull appear, he took out reading glasses to focus in what’s written for him to read. “Hmmm, I’ve repaired much lighting in Las Pegasus, check. Clean up hazardous waste spills near Manehattan from some oil tanker leakage, check there. Checking all dangerous creatures are kept staying in their habit homes and away from populated areas, double check. Help bring life to farm fields to help provide food, check off their cause I have. And did I remember to brush and take breath mints, eh, I think that can wait.” He spoke off everything that he was asked to perform as a service to help keep Equestria safe and happy. “Well now, with that much already done with, time for me to…head back to prepare some tea and crumpets with Fluttershy and the rest, now…” He was feeling like going back to have some quality time with his friends.
Then without warning, something made Discord yelp a bit, his body was twitching & his reacting force was unusual; more than usual even for him. It made his body was weirding out and performing actions so random until he suddenly cease for a moment.
“Hmm, that’s strange.” Discord spoke off in feeling a little off about what that weird action he did was. “That reaction of mine was more off than when I usually do it for fun. It seems…familiar. Had I done it before?” He was puzzled and confused, what was the feeling he was suddenly having that was coming to his attention.
The reaction happened again, only it was more stronger and felt a little more unusual of his usual action patterns. This time he was turning into strange things and appearances before being his old self while a bit daze before snapping out of it.
“There it is again!” Discord stated in feeling what affected him just now came again. “If I didn’t know better, I say this was a reaction to something I’m very familiar with, but with what? I have so many memories, some more bad than good I’m afraid to say.” What was it that his own senses were alerting him to, it was really strange now.
And again, the reaction of what made him do some unusual stuff went a bit more full force there. He was doing so many strange changes, appearances; he even was appearing in different parts of Equestria until it stopped again for him to have a moment.
“Oh that’s right, this was something I do if I sense an unnatural force within the chaos balance meter, oh-ho, silly me!” Discord replied off with a little chuckle in just NOW recalling what this old sense was to him now. “Now what was this to alert me about, I recall it was something very important, but it happened a long time ago, it was about…something devastatingly chaotic.” Something that involves a meaning to chaotic measures would mean something that involves chaos, so what was it precisely.
Finally an even bigger reaction happened that REALLY got Discord to feel more unusual than before. Discord was doing so many actions while almost skipping across many live folks while they never saw his action; probably cause it was a zip second or so. And when that finally cease, did something finally come into the light.
“Gaaaaaughhh,” Discord gasped off a long reaction in what he was realizing what was happening now after taking such a time to think and feel what was going on. “No, it can’t be! Someone is actually speaking ‘those’ words!” He stated this off with such wide open eyes, it’s like he was seeing terror and horror at the same time. “I don’t believe it, I never thought I ever feel the day someone would speak….’the Forbidden Chaos Words’ again.” He labeled off in addressing the manner of what was happening while he was not at the location, registering things very quickly and terrifyingly so. “I better get myself over to Fluttershy and the others right away, this maybe a dire case of an emergency!” Discord declared this off in knowing a state of emergency, especially when it involves the power of chaos, and this one seems pretty important.
“Click!/Poofruvhmmm…” Then with a snap of his fingers, Discord vanished into a puff of smoke and was out of sight; Looks like there really is some unexpected big trouble brewing up. And Discord feels it’s important to alert the others of such circumstances. How is that gonna work out for the Spirit Of Chaos, well….let’s give him some credit at least.

And right now, R. Chaos was making some mechanical stuff appear before her hidden dark creepy alley area. Most of it looks like stuff use for some live televised view and other stuff (kinda like what Chris & Chef from Total Drama Equestria used to do broadcasting). But there seem to be something going on as the mysterious little hooded cloak pony seems to be eagerly preparing for another attempt act it seems.
“Perfect, now to make things really more interesting.” R. Chaos spoke off from having everything that she was about to take with her for an evil ploy. “And with a little borrowing of this mechanical tech stuff, combined with our own special magic forces, and using a certain ‘little’ laptop of one pony I know that has such connections, Phase Two, will soon begin in no time.” She issued from all the gizmos, wires, plus magic workings of what the Apocalypse Ponies have, she’ll be moving on to a second stage of a plan she’s cooking up.
And then like before, R. Chaos vanished into a Corridor of Darkness without a trace to be seen or followed afterwards while magically taking everything she had with her. Once gone, nothing was left and still her presence could not even be sense. It appears whatever she has up her sleeve next, if it makes even Discord feel a bit shaky and nervous, it most certainly can’t be good. The scene goes dark with more mysterious still coming upwards of where things go from here.
