//------------------------------// // Chapter: 3 Long day // Story: Unexpected Visitors // by TheWriterYouNeverKnew //------------------------------// Adenn Gra'tua "Urg, my kriffing head..." Adenn sighed, face on what felt like stone, no armored feeling on the rest of his body, as if it was missing "Wait, where's my..." He quickly stood up, much to his hurting heads despise, but he quickly realized his armor was gone, save for his charcoal colored under suit, but all his loose items were gone, removed when he was knocked out by that thing. "Shab!" The man shouted aloud, before sighing again"Well, at least this isn't my first time in a prison... Unless this is those things' version of a house," Adenn shook his head "But I doubt that, and I either have to wait until I get released, or break out..." Not that that was going to happen, as the bounty hunter did not know the ability's of these creatures, or their weaknesses for that matter. Another sigh escaped Adenn Gra'tua's lips, he could try reasoning, it might get him out faster... Or keep him in longer "And none of this is helping out my kriffing head... I might as well be banging it against a wall." He closed his eyes while raising a hand to his head, for a few moments he had peace... Until he heard a noise come from somewhere outside, like voices, then keys jingling, signaling the large wooden door outside his cell to be opened "Finally, someone to talk to." He looked up, half expecting to see some ailien, or Teroch, coming to help him out of this place, but what he saw was neither, it was a large white equine with flowing hair, it was even multiple colors 'I'm drugged,' he thought as all the blood drained from his face 'Unless these are some aliens, but I doubt that.' He stared at the thing, and it stared back at him 'Whats it waiting for? Why isn't it talking?' Adenn cocked his head to the side before speaking up "Uh, su'cuy? You gonna say anything? Or just stare?" The creature blinked and just before it could say anything the bounty hunter cut it off "And I'd like to know who you are and why you've put me in a prison." The thing stepped closer to his cell before finally speaking "I am princess Celestia..." Boy this was going to be a long day. --Everfree Forest-- Vendir & Kallion "So, uh, why? Why was this a good idea?" Kallion asked Vendir, who slowly turned to him. "I dunno, you were the one who came up with it, remember?" "Oh, yea, right... Well then, I think we should find someplace to sleep for the night, I'm Kriffing tired" Kallion's helmet folded down, revealing his, as always, tired face, unkept greying hair and beard clearly visible with the light right under his chin "Yea, me too, but one of us would have to keep watch... Unless you want to be found by those things back there." "They probably already know what happened and have told someone else, and have found whoever was in that ship anyway." The clone cracked his neck before speaking again "But that is that guys problem, unless he knows where we are, and I doubt that." "No, I suppose not... But whenever we do find a place to sleep we'll have to take shifts... How long would they be? An hour?" Kallion stopped "Sure, unless you got any caf in there we shouldn't stay up that long tonight." Vendir just nodded before they continued deeper into the forest, it felt strange though, like something was wrong, the force user had this feeling more than the other man, but they both definitely felt it, like something was watching them. "Oh, sweet, a cave." Kallion said, relived to be able to sleep, not thinking of anything else. "Wait, we need to check it, make sure nothings in there." Vendir stepped foward, grabbing his lightsaber before turning it on, orange light filled the entrance, showing a flat dirt ground with stones bordering the walls. "How deep do ya thing it is?" Kallion asked, slowly stepping foward. "Uh, shouldn't be too long..." The man slowly walked foward, lightsaber held in the air, illuminating the end of the cave "Oh, well, at least there's nothing in it." Vendir turned around to look at Kallion "You sleep first, you probably need it more than me." "Sure do." Kallion responded, slowly laying on the ground "And pass me that rock," he said wile pointing at a large, but smooth, rock "I'll use it as a pillow." "Sure," Vendir turned off his weapon then grabbed the rock "It's not like rocks are uncomfortable." He dropped it near the clone's head. "Don't care." Kallion responded, before putting his head on the rock "Think of it as a makeshift pillow." "Right." Thirty minutes later, with Vendir still sitting in the cave, he heard some noises outside, and had been sitting with his lightsaber's hilt in his hand. It had been five more minutes before he heard another noise, followed by scuffling, he stood up, prepared for a fight. Another noise, something like growling, then he saw what was making the noises, it had green eyes and dark brown skin, it looked torn up, like its skin was cut and separated in certain areas, but a moment of staring revealed that it wasn't that, but it was wood, something like armor. Moments later there was another deep guttural growl, followed by more green glowing eyes being revealed. "Kallion. Wake up. Now"
