The large double doors to the throne room swung open. A thick fog rolling in. The gaurds standing to the side of the large carpet leading to the thrones. They all stare at the heavy fog anticipating.
Twilight Sparkle, the first to walk in. Wearing a large witch hat decorated with constellations constantly glowing. Wearing a mixture of a robe and a trench coat the arms of her outfit were fitted to her arms size all up until the wrists where the rest of it spread outward leaving a wide ending. The collar of the outfit shot upwards so high it hid most all of her neck. Other than that it was pretty simple other than the fact that the ending of it stopped 5 inches below her knees in the front and for the back it trailed behind her. Along with the heels the entire outfit was a literal live feed of activity in space. Constantly shifting to images of constellations to solar systems and more. Suddenly all the gaurds who were able to see her face started clapping. Twilight was still unable to get the clap for a twerk marking off. Twilights eyes were now glowing from the shade her hat was giving her. The only thing on her face they could see now was her glowing violet eyes and her element of harmony replacing her pupils. Causing the clapping to abruptly stop.
Behind her from within the fog, Rarity walked out. Wearing armor made entirely out of silver with some gems but much... to her taste. The high heels covering her entire foot connected to the piece of armor protecting her legs. Gems set where the knee cap should be instead of connected armor so she could freely move her legs. The gem complimented her hair, all of them did. Going up more armor was protecting her legs up until the waist. The edge where it ends were decorated with gem skulls which again matched her hair color. A sword also held magically to her body due to the skulls pulling it towards them. The sword was decorated with gems and dragon scales the double edged sword was razor sharp and lethal. Her stomach and lower back exposed having the armor continue on her upper chest and upper back. A dragon decoration on her chest made entirely of gems. The shoulders to it had large skull with 4 intimidating fangs. The arms of it just made out of silver with the exception of a gem for movement of the elbow and gems for the knuckles on her hands. She had a shield also stuck to her back using the same method she used for the sword by placing a skull gem on her back. Her hair was curled like the usual but to the point where one curl covered her left eye. She had a stern look on her face, her eye glowing, and the element of harmony within it. Putting her hand on the hilt of her blade while walking down the large carpet to the throne. Kneeling down with Twilight.
AppleJack walked in after Rarity, wearing her usual hat and boots except the hat was all obsidion and her boots were the pair she wore at the Gala, matching her eyes. She wore a yellow plaid shirt the same shade of her hair along with black jeans and a slightly big belt buckle. Her thundering steps proved her authority over the gaurds. Eyes glowing with her element of harmony daring anyone to challenge her, kneeling beside Rarity.
Fluttershy gracefully walking in with combat boots. Her armor was her skin, her legs skin hadn't changed in its appearance but it was as hard as a tortoise shell. She wore cargos made for the outdoors. Lastly she wore a bear skin, it belonged to her best friend until he was hunted and shot down, the bear skin hooked onto her cargos at some points like suspenders but it did cover her stomach and lower back. Also covering her chest and upper back but opening in a V motion not exposing too much or too little of her neck and upper chest like a V neck. Her arms were completely covered by the skin and her hands were out of the skin. The head and snout were still on the skin. Acting as a bear baseball hat. Suprisingly the bear was a black bear. She wore pink cargos and the combat boots were all black matching her bear skin. Some of her hair came out from the side and covered her right eye. The left eye glowing teal and her element of harmony glowing. She walked down the carpet and kneeled on the other side of Twilight, being her controlled Assertive Fluttershy persona. Even the black and pink hair.
Rainbow Dash walked in next with all black high heel boots. Wearing tights that go from her ankles which disappear into the boots. The tights show moving images of clouds and such depending on her mood. She wore an open all black leather jacket with a shirt with a lightning bolt underneath and a custom made pilots hat which again was all black with a cloud and a rainbow lightning bolt on the center front. Her Rainbow hair was straight and her eyes glowed along with her element of harmony glowing in her eyes. Rainbow Electricity sparked through her hair as she walked down the carpet and kneeled next to Fluttershy.
Pinkie Pie walked through the fog last and every guard flinched showing faces of fear. They've been that way with her ever since the private powers demonstration. She wore a helm on her head with large horns. She wore an all black armor covering her entire torso. The armor itself was forged with depictions of death. Fighting, spirits, dead soilders, but most of all demons. Her legs were completely covered with the all black armor. It still depicted death but mostly death by flames. Large serpents coiled up her leg in the depiction from within the flames. Which each step she took with the razor looking black heels a dark gas flowed in her stride. She had a large cape made entirely out of pink flames. The armor on her arms were just like the rest up until her elbows. From that point to her hand small but sharp blades stuck out on both arms. The hand to her armor were sharpened. She walked over with a bounce in her step and kneeled behind Twilight, nobody seemed to mind. With her glowing eyes and the element of laughter shinning within them she started to check Twilight out from behind.
"Pinkie, pay attention and look ahead of you. Princess Celestia should be here soon!" Twilight knew Pinkie was looking at her. As much as she wanted to ask Pinkie why she does it all the time she had to focus on the task at hand and so did she.
"Guilty!" Pinkies enthusiasm for being caught was a little over the top. "So when are they coming? Oh maybe we can suprise her when she comes!"
"No need... I'm here." Princess Cadance was seriously irritated she had an itch under her cast for her right arm. "Dang this piece o-. Little help here Twilight?"
Twilight's still a bit confused on why she's seeing Cadance instead of Celestia but she focused on her cast anyways. Her eyes glowed brighter as aura surrounded Cadances arm and she let out a blissful sigh. "Mind to tell us what's going on and why Celestia isn't here? No offense."
"Well Celestia... is too... shaken to even move, eat, drink, or sleep. She only sits down in her chair, not moving a muscle barely blinking. Only to cry and wail when she has to raise the moon... or whenever she would see someone clowning around like Discord would out of the window." Cadance was now looking at the ground her hair covering her face. She's hiding her face and she's doing it well.
"Care to tell us what happened?" Twilight looked left and right. They all feared the worst.
Cadance looked up teary eyed nodding her head. "So... three days ago... on that night."

Ever since Cadance had explained what had happened to Luna, Discord, and Celestias army. Nobody had said a word walking down the path towards a town taken over by King Sombra and his new shadelings. A mixture of his power and the changelings. All six of the girls were quiet. All except for Fluttershy, she's just crying her eyes out in Rainbows embrace while walking. The loss of Discord was too great for her. AppleJack and Rarity would occasionally give a prayer for their souls. They didn't know who they were praying to or what but they were just begging for Luna and Discords spirits to peacefully move on and swearing vengeance. Pinkie stood away from them, silent. She didn't have a sad look on her face but just a blank one.
Twilight on the other hand had so many regrets. She regret not hanging out with Luna and Discord before this happened. She felt bad for Celestia not wanting to function without them, also for Cadance who feels to blame. Worst of all her brother was also M.I.A. All of this had happened while they were having the time of their lives just partying. Twilight was starting to notice the path was now disappearing into a forest. She walked in not even caring anymore, she felt nothing. She knew soon the clearing would open up to the town taken over by Shadelings. All they had to do is break into the towns main building and take them out. Yet not one of them were emotionally or mentally prepared to fight. She wasn't either. With the emotions building she turned to her side to punch a tree but her fist was stopped.
Pinkie having caught her fist standing inbetween her fist and the tree. Staring Twilight in the eyes, both of them powered down element no longer shinning. Pinkie let go of her fist and pulled Twilight into an embrace. This time Pinkie seemed and sounded a lot more mature than usual. "It's alright now... I'm here. Let it out... just let it out." As soon as she said that her gaze upon everyone let them know it's time to sit down and take a break. "You can let it out, Pinkie's here."
Twilight didn't know Pinkie could ever be like this... but she liked it. Pinkies armor didn't feel so bad and her flame cape had gone out. Crying into Pinkie no matter how scary she looked or not, felt the same way it always would. It felt good inside, like this is the best place to burst into tears. The best person to come to. She doesn't know what Pinkies doing right now, but she could guess her facial expression was just the same as her heartbeat. If she could feel a beat... the armor was to tough to feel one through. Giving up she continued to let the last of her tears out upon Pinkie. Who just patted her head.

Rainbow Dash sat down with her back against a tree having Fluttershy sit on her lap as she held her close. Fluttershy had stopped crying momentarily feeling protected and warm in Rainbows arms. "I need you to look me in the eyes, Snuggleshy." Rainbow Dash's last attempt to get her lover to look her in the eyes. Fluttershy wasn't done releasing all her emotions about it and Rainbow knew even if she's no expert at this. "I need you to look at me!" With that Fluttershy had gotten up turned around and sat on Rainbows lap facing her. In a sitting down on her split knees fashion. Looking Rainbow straight in the eyes.
"I'm such a mess! I can't hide it no matter how hard I try! I don't want to feel this way, it feels so horrible! Why did my friend have to die?!" Fluttershys crying again. This time with a rising surge of questions, statements, and even more tears. "Don't look at me... I'm such a mess. I can't even make it to their funeral!"
Rainbow looked at her crying girlfriend who looked like a cuddly bear in need. "Don't worry, after this I'll get you back to Canterlot for their funeral. Ten.. seconds.. flat." With that joke she got Fluttershy to laugh and wipe away a tear from her one of her eyes with one finger while staring into Rainbows eyes with the other. To Rainbow she looked like a bundle of warm fur. Along with her giggles and cute way of wiping her eyes Rainbow couldn't resist pulling her into a kiss.
Fluttershy was a bit shocked somewhat literally but she blushed as she kissed Rainbow back. With Rainbow pulling away from the kiss that Fluttershy craved everything felt grey again. "M-more..."
"What was that Fluttershy?" Rainbow's now asking a bit confused.
"Kiss me... more.. please." Fluttershy was trying to be as loud as she could with such a request.
"Okay you need to speak up!" Rainbow's never been patient with the guessing game.
"Forget it! Actions speak louder in than words just kiss me!" Pouncing upon Rainbows lips herself. It made her world spin around her and the sad thoughts and heaviness in her heart disappear. Things were going a bit too far though only noticing when Rainbow pulled away and started kissing on her neck. It made the happiness better and she liked it. Making her feel better, making her feel this good so easily she was now sure that Rainbow Dash is her soul mate.

"Rare, I need to tell you something." AppleJack somehow managed to say inbetween heavy breaths. Looking at Rarity's blushing face. Having just pulled away from a make out session. "I know we usually do this everytime before a mission and all without them to relieve stress but ah think we've strayed to far away and with all this happenin' ah just don't feel right."
"I suppose your right... I think it's time to go back anyways." With that Rarity was already getting up grabbing AppleJacks hand. She had taken off the silver on her hands using her powers earlier. Walking beside AppleJack Rarity leaned over and kissed her cheek. Finally managing to find their friends waiting for them, all of them surprisingly okay and ready to go. Even if it wasn't much time to let it all out, it was enough to allow them to fight without being distracted. "Why hello girls! I see we're all ready shall we continue to walk and devise a plan?" Rarity already walking in a fast pace not even giving them a chance.
Walking for a while seeing Rarity who was ahead of them stop meant they had made it to the town. Twilight looked around at the others who stared at her waiting for a plan. She usually was the first one to have one. Looking at the tall building they had to get in from within the bushes of the surrounding forest seemed tricky. Seeing that the doors were gaurded and sealed well. There was only one way in... and it was tricky. Twilight turned to whom could pull it off perfectly.

'Oh my gosh I can't believe I have to do this! Not cool Twilight! Not cool!' Rainbows thoughts went through her mind as fast as she was. As soon as she flew anywhere near the building orbs of shadow were fired at her from the gaurds below. She dodged some while others exploded around her. She took a dive avoiding most of them but was still almost knocked out of the sky by one. Another came straight for her this time it followed her. She shot upward trying to shake it off but had no luck. She stopped flying entirely and just dropped to the ground as fast as she could the orb in a close pursuit. She was falling straight into the guarding shadelings, barrel rolling to avoid explosions and shadow blasts. Before she hit the ground right in the middle of them she pulled up and flew off with alarming agility. The following orb unable to pull up in time smacking the ground and blowing up, taking out the guarding shadelings. Her Rainbow hair sparked with so much electricity she had to release some energy. "That was so awesome!" Rainbow screamed as she blasted down the door with a blast of rainbow colored electricity. The others having now caught up. "Did you see that?! Th-." She turned facing the dozens of Shadelings who were behind the door. Just like any other mission they had. They all seemed impossible. "So we have to get in... take them out.. and while we're at it some intel on Sombras activity and return to Canterlot... seems legit. Hey has anyone see Pinkie disappear?"
Everyone shook their head being used to Pinkie disappearing at times like this. Putting their attention back to the shadelings. AppleJack had sharp pieces of stone from the ground zip around, slashing and impaling shadelings.
Rarity dropped little balls of iron out of her hand as they seemed to move and bend like a liquid sinking into the ground. Raising her arms they shot out of the ground as large drills shredding shadelings to pieces.
With AppleJack and Rarity taking most of the shadelings in the way of entering, Fluttershy bolted up shifting into a polar bear swatting the head off a Shadeling. Rainbow and Twilight following close behind Fluttershy blasting any Shadelings coming near them or Fluttershy. Fluttershy had one goal in mind, her goal was to cut a path toward the staircase and then seal off the stairs. She continued to charge any shadeling daring to stand in her way. She bit into the throat of one shadeling and tossed the limp body into another Twilight finishing it with a magic blast vaporizing them. It turns out that they couldn't slip into the shadows to avoid getting hit since they wouldn't be able to physically attack. Giving them the advantage seeing that now they didn't have to fish for them in the shadows.
Rainbow Dash was seriously amazed watching Fluttershy lead them cutting a path for them breaking shadelings like toothpicks. She was still concerned though, she was deflecting most of the shadow blasts flying at them she knew she couldn't deflect them all. A shadeling ran up to her throwing a wild punch towards her face. As it hit its mark the shadeling bared its fangs watching Rainbow stagger behind her team. Rainbow knew she wasn't going to take this and she proved it headbutting the shadeling and blasting a hole in his face as rainbow electricity beamed out of her mouth. She used this opportunity to turn head head blasting even more shadelings barreling her way. She felt amazing, backflipping over two of them coming at her from behind. Touching their backs she blasted holes through their chests, now noticing she had forgot about Twilight and Fluttershy. "Oh no....." she had forgotten Twilight now had to deflect things for Fluttershy and defend herself. She shot up into the air which was stupid and risky. She could be speared or shot down but she didn't care, she had left her best friend and her girlfriend in a mob of shadelings. When she finally reached them it was too late... they were being surrounded and Fluttershy had changed into a tiger. Twilight incinerating shadelings with light spheres like crazy. It still wasn't enough. Rainbow knew she had to join the fight.

AppleJack ran towards Rarity, placing her foot on Rarity's interlocked fingers pushing up into the air spinning. Rocks flew towards her hand incasing it in a rock boxing glove. Smashing the head of a shadeling with it as she landed. Pointing the fist at a shadeling it came off her hand as sharp rocks lodging themselves into its brain. With shadelings charging her from all sides she ducked as metals shot through them tearing them apart. "Thanks Rare!"
"All in a days work darling!" Rarity threw her sheild at a shadeling as it turned into a spear going through its screeching mouth piercing another behind it. The spear turned into small birds as they flew around diving at shadelings easily zipping through them. Rarity turned on her heel and ducked as a shadeling almost clawed her face off slicing him in half. She got up cleaning her blade while another snuck up behind her. Baring its fangs then stopping.
"Um... you missed a spot." The shadeling pointed out in a hiss.
Rarity cleaned off the spot the shadeling pointed out. "Why thank you." She didn't even bother turning around to face it as two stones flew over and crushed its head from both sides. A shadeling came in from her side biting her armor unable to break through. She shook it off then simply cut its head off with the swing of her blade. She froze just for a split second when she heard the loud BANG. "Oh my... is that. AppleJack we need to get out of here now!"
