When I came to I found my self in a library with my arms and legs bound together and my backpack missing.
The four that had attacked me along with the other two were in a corner of the library talking. Since they seemed pretty confident to be talking to each other I tested the binds which must have sent off a ward because the one that I froze in a block of ice walked towards me.
"Why did you attack me and my friends," She said oblivious that I had used my shield first instead of my ax.
I stayed silent for two reasons, one; I don't like people that are oblivious, two; I was in mid process of braking these magic binds.
The cream one walked up to me and asked the same thing flowed by a stare throwing off my concentration.
She continued the stare for a good two minutes until I said, "Is this going to take long? I have better things to do."
"Then why did you attack us you big meanie," the pink one said again oblivious that I used the shield first, yet she wasn't their when the battle started.
"I forgive you for you ignorance, for I used the shield first instead of the ax," I stated surprising them all except the cyan one who knew what she did.
Trying to turn the odds in her own favor she stated, "You saw how threatening he looked," giving us a sheepish smile.
Knowing the best thing to do was to replay my memory yet knowing I didn't have enough mana to use it I said, "I know unicorns can use magic, so do you have a spell that replays someones memory?"
The purple one was a little to eager to reply with a, "Yes, do you want me to cast it now,"
A bit surprised by the eagerness I nodded my head in approval.
She the galloped to a spot on a shelf near the door and got a book named 'mind spells 101'.
So that's the book that Gamma burned, I thought as she flipped through pages in the book until she found the page she wanted.
She then closed her eyes with her horn lighting up as soon as she closed them.
Grabbing the opportunity to break the binds I started to focus what little mana I had in order to break the binds.
I was only 50% into breaking the binds she touched her horn to my forehead taking my focus away from breaking the binds.
My eyes went from brown to white projecting the memory of me using my shield to defend myself from the cyan one.
"So you weren't..." The orange one started but was cut off by screaming.
"Fluttershy, watch him we need to see what that screaming was caused by," the purple one said and ran out with all but the cream one leaving.
I closed my eyes to attempt to break the binds again, but instead senced an all to familar magic.
