I`ve always wanted to, but the vault door prevents that.Twilight sparkle said to fluttershy,"We cant open the vault its to unsafe the world was destroyed by the NLR and the Eqestrian military.Theres nothing left out in the world.The vault is what keeps us safe from all of the unknown".Replied Fluttershy."Sheesh your starting to sound like the overseer".Said Twilight,"Why would you want to go outside the vault you could get yourshelf killed outhere".Replied Fluttershy."Why wouldnt you,it has an actual sun instead of these brightlights,you can also explore the world anew".Argued Twilight.She then stormed off down the long corridor angry and bored.Little did she now her chance to leave would be soon.
At first it was just random banging on the vault door then it became more aggresive,you could also hear screaming of anger and hate calling the residents to come outside so they could kill them."We need to do something"!Yelled Bonbon."I agree"!Yelled lyrah."Silence all of you"!Yelled the overseer during the vault security meeting.Then disaster struck the vault door imploded inward the security team in the area got behind cover and waited.There stood in the doorway were gaint groteste ponies."Were is everypony,we just would like to talk to you".One said while chuckling.One of the security guards stood up and took a shot at them they simply just absorbed the shots,then they started firing back tearing through the gaurds.Before an hour was up the mutants cleared through the vault.Twilight was hiding in the closet crying to hershelf saying"why is this happining".Then in the distance she heard a voice singing it sounded like the voice was coming through a mask.The voice was singing"I dont want to set the world on fire i just want to start a flame in your heart".She let out a muffled squeek,then the singing stoped.She didnt hear any footsteps so she though whoever it was was gone,then suddenly the door was slung open and she was dragged out.She felt cold metal being pressed to her head."What happened here".He ordered.She was still sobbing.He said it louder,"what happened here"."I dont know".She replied."We were attacked by something"."Well no shit".He replied.He slowly pulled the gun from her head.He then knelt down and wrapped his arms around her."Its ok stop crying".He said.He pulled off his helmet to show a mid lenght mane that was black with red stripes.His helmet was simple it had a face mask that had red eye visors.He was also wearing a black duster that has seen years of traveling."Your safe now you have nothing to worry about".He said quitley."Everyones dead and i have no one left".She whined."You should come with me to the outside world".He suggested."Whats out there".She asked."A wasteland full of muraders, savages, and just plain out things that would like to kill you".He stated."I dont know it sounds dangerous".She replied."It is, but youll have me to protect you".He said."Youll do that for me".She replied."Sure i will, im a nice stallion".He stated."Ok ill come with you".She said."Well pack your things we need to hit the road,oh another thing do you have any medical training".He asked."A little why".She replied."So you can pay back for my services,youve got to earn the salt your worth".He stated while chuckling."I knew it was to good to be free".She said while rolling her eyes.
"Before we leave put on these sunglasses it will keep the bright light out of your eyes,coming out of the vault for the first time can really strain your eyes".He said while handing her the glasses."Wait you never told me your name".She asked."They call me war, but my real name is ragnarok,so whats your name"."My name is twilight sparkle".Well twilight sparkle its nice to meet you"."same"
