To every story there is another side, to every reason there is a truth behind it. It all started after the Roe Island Mega spell crisis, the Zebras placed a mega spell outpost on Roe Island the weapons are capable of reaching Ponyville and leveling it. When Celestia demanded it be taken down at once, the Zebra queen refused so in retaliation Celestia placed a Mega Spell outpost in Aura which was right at their backdoor step. So the Zebra's placed more spells as did the ponies soon enough it was a stand down both sides ready for war. The Zebra queen told Celestia you have 24 hours to respond otherwise there would be war. While thinking about it Celestia received a letter from Twilight Sparkle, a usual letter she would send about what she learned while living in Ponyville. She read the letter and said "I will not be the one to cast the spell" she agreed to pull the spells out of Aura if they would pull their spells out of Roe Island. After that they set up D.O.M.S. Disenchantment of Mega Spells where they would completely destroy the Mega Spells. But that was the reason and the truth behind it was that it was all a lie. The just kept the spells and waited for the other to make a wrong move, and that is where we wait today.
It has been 5 years since those events occurred there has been peace between the nations however they keep their distances, but with a great weapon like the Mega Spell there will be some who try to recreate it and others that will try to steal it. I know I wouldn't something like that who knows what it could do. Oh who am I? Well I'm nopony special just an earthpony who has been raised as an assassin by a secret order know as the Arch Blades. But all will be revealed in time and when that time comes, it will be to late to go back.
A blinding stream of light ran over my eye lids waking me from my sleep. The kind of light that you know if you open your eyes you're going to be blinded so you put your hoof in front of the beam but it just does not work out. I rolled over before opening my eyes to see what the clock said, 10:34 I'm surprised I'm up this early. I sit up in my bed stretching my back and front legs up before looking at my surroundings. I live in a small one bedroom one bath apartment in Las Pegasus, my room had one window and posters of rock bands like CMCKY and Pink 182. It looked like a teen colts room being somewhat of a mess but able to walk through, I got out of bed and trotted over to the bathroom where I looked at my self in the mirror as usual. I am a pitch black colt with a messed mane that was purple and black along with my tail. My eyes were a deep purple with a black slash for the pupil I looked like a monster almost, on my forehead I have a birthmark of a purple diamond. The diamond was like a family crest passed down by my grand father that and the coat pigmentations. My cutie mark was basically a solar eclipse, I got it when my best friend was kidnapped when we were little I somehow snuck past the guard and rescued him. They say it means I can blend with the darkness even in the light of day that's how I became an assassin. I closed the door and turned on the shower and hopped in. It was my normal routine, get up, look at myself in the mirror questioning my life choices and, shower. I got out and dried off for some reason I don't need to put product in my mane or tail they just poof to that shape. Trotting into the living room I hear a knock on the door. "I wonder who that could be?" I say trotting to answer it.
I opened the door to find two Equestrian Royal Guard members standing at the door. One was a Unicorn and the other a Pegasus, they both had white coats but I couldn't see their manes under the helmets. "Umbra Knight?" The Unicorn asked in a stern voice.
"Buck, ok what did I do this time?" I replied
"Princess Celestia has summoned you, you need to come to Canter lot with us now."
