//------------------------------// // The Day // Story: The Sisters's Passage // by RachWrites //------------------------------// It is noon in Equestria. The ponies are busy all in their own element, some ponies are shop owners or caretakers, some are fashion divas or musically inclined. Some dream of different worlds beyond there own. A select few are special ponies and are embodiment's of the Elements of Harmony. They are doing they're best to keep Equestria safe, calm, and balanced during Celestia's Day. The fillies and colts play during the day, and they're parent's watch them, keeping them safe from the wildness of the forests, rivers or beaches where they play. The parents have conversations about the days before and keep themselves occupied this way while looking after those silly children. Celestia's wilderness is not always harsh, it can be beautiful too, especially during the day. The rivers and ponds sparkle and shimmer during the day as the sun sprinkles it's light on them. In the spring the ponies clean up winter in various ways. The summer becomes warmer and there is more storms and the Pegasus ponies have they're work cut out for them, in Autumn the day becomes colder and the air breeze brisker, the ponies get ready for the fall races around Equestria to make the leaves on the trees fall off and they blow them across the towns, villages and cities. In winter the day is very cold and the snow falls down from the cold front the Pegasus ponies bring, the ponds freeze over and the ponies skate and laugh as they hit the ice, some of the younger ponies cry because it hurts their haunches to fall on that thick ice, the ponies also have snowball fights and make snow-ponies and snow angel. Winter is special to the ponies because it's when they all celebrate Hearth's Warming Eve and they have a pageant together. The ponies of Equestria love Celestia's Day because of the wonderful things to do during the day no matter what season, the ponies sing and dance during the Day and they get ready for the afternoon, and they have their dinners (or supper) and climb into their beds, or stay up late during Luna's Night.
