Chapter 5: Behold the glorious Ponyville
You decide to enter Ponyville, leaving Fluttershy to whatever things she was doing. As you walk through the town, you see ponies scuttling around, before locking themselves inside their houses and shops. You remember them doing this whenever Zecora came to town, and now they think you are a monster, and rightfully so, they probably haven't seen a Human before. You decide that your best method of being safe would be to go to Sugar Cube Corner, since there is lots of food there, and you can get Pinkie Pie on your side so the other ponies can be nice around you, and not run at the sight of you. You make your way to the sugary sweet shop, and bang on the door, followed by a voice that is very loud. "GO AWAY, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE!" this sudden voice makes you fall on your back. You get up and bang again, saying "Please, I am in need of help." You here voices inside, arguing, one saying "Pinkie, just let it in." Pinkie opens the door, holding a stick "You won't try and kill us?" she asks. "Of course not" You say, then she opens the bottom half, and lets you inside. "What are you?" she says, "I am a human, my name is-" you are cut off by her saying "What is a human, are you some kind of monkey?" She asks, 'Monkey? Who is she calling a monkey?' you think, before saying "Sort of, but I am intelligent, please believe me, do, do you have any food?" you ask, before she realises how desperate you are. She pulls out a cake out of thin air "here, eat this". 'This will not go well with my figure' you say, before shovelling the food down your throat. When you finish, she says "Ok, how about I introduce you to my friends, so you can have more friends." "Sounds good to me" you say, before she walks (trots?) you out of the bakery. "Now, do you want to meet Applejack first, she is a work pony who works on a farm, real honest type, or you can meet Twilight, she is a brainy pony that works at the library." 'Hmm, thats a good question' you think
