                I wake up with a bolt. There has never been a sound in my house like that before. I spring to life, running down my hallway, determined to find out what that noise was. I dashed down the stairs, and rounded the corner to find........ nothing. I sigh in relief. A deep growl comes from behind me. I turn around to see a strange figure holding a knife. It growls and lunges. Survival instinct makes me hit it in the face. The creature quickly sprawls to its feet in the most inhuman way possible. It moves like a bullet and stabs me in the chest. I stare, in shock, at the blade lodged inbetween my ribs. The monster screeches, "Jeremy!!" 
"Jeremy!" It sounded more human that time!
I slowly wake up to see my brother violently shaking me awake, then slapping me.
"Dude! We're gonna be late for school!!" That's enough to make me shoot up. I get dressed, eat breakfast, and put my coat on when my mom wakes up.
"What are you doing so early?"
"I-" I look t the clock on my iPhone. It reads "7:30 AM", the day is Saturday.
I sigh in anger, looking at my brother, who is laughing his pants off. 
"Zach!!" He looks up with fear, then turns and runs up to his room. I'm not far behind. He locks his door and hides. I groan and take my coat and backpack off. I lay in my bed and quickly fall asleep. 
I'm in a dark room, tied to a chair, with a small hanging light shining down on me. I can't see the walls. 
Suddenly a deep voice speaks, "Red Star, you have had your chance." 
"What? Who's Red Star?"
"Don't play stupid Red! Or we'll hurt Aero!" I don't know who Aero is, but I don't want them getting hurt. Maybe if its a girl, I'll "score"
"Okay what do you want?"
"Where is Heliacal Brisinger!?"
"What?"
"If you don't tell me, you will regret it!"
"I-I uuhhh it's-" 
I once again awaken. I decide to check the time," 3:00 PM" "Wow, I slept for a while!" As I go about my day, I worry more and more about the strange dream I had...... I pass it off as just a dream. As I start to get tired, I hope I won't have another one of those dreams. I close my eyes and try not to think about it.
I once again awake to an alien noise down stairs. I decide to check it out. I realize this happened before. I decide to try something I read about, to try to push my hand through a door, to test if I'm dreaming. To my surprise, my hand slams into the door, making a loud thud. Almost waking my brother, Zach. "What?" I'm surprised that this isn't a dream. I go down the stairs and around the corner into my living room, where a strange figure, definently not human, looks at me with soft, glistening eyes.
"Hello? Are you going to Hurt me?"
A light voice replies," No, but I have come looking for someone."
"Who?"
"Does one named 'Jeremy' live here?"
" uhh I'm Jeremy."
"Well then, I guess it's time!" The figure pulls down a hood revealing messy hair and a pointy object that appears to be bone, sticking out of its forehead.
"Time for what!?"
"You have been chosen." The anomaly starts to glow and a portal forms on the floor, slowly sucking me in.
