As a small door opened in front of them, revealing a tablet and a small pillar exegete of a Pegasus, the door was revealed room arranging the letters properly. Derring naturally picked up both be tablet and the exegete just be on the safe side, not sure why the Pegasus was green, or why the statue was also made of a clear crystal of some type that was conducted green. It didn't feel fragile at all.

Soon they came to a small core door, a hallway filled with deadly traps, this time the hallway was too small for even that Pegasus to use her beautiful wings, to fly and navigate through the trap hallways panels, thankfully Derring was more skilled and dodging floor triggers then most people would normally suspect for someone with the ability to fly. Meanwhile the stallion known as Pharaoh triggering some of the traps but making sure not to trigger any that were legal to those who need air. The giant swing blades were often crashing and breaking as they made contact with Pharaoh, rigid folded Ironstone is no match to Pegasus steel, especially when one is age beyond many years, and the other one is probably only a merely a year old.
Derring dodging the arrows were fleeing from earlier trap, which was set off, for bias slowly moving zombie, that was quickly crushed by it powerful stomping pillar, a both of them had to use their own timing skills to pass the strong pillar of crushing might, Derring easily managed to get through sadly her hat did not, as the unicorn using his magic to lift the hat that was promptly flattened while he was going through. Derring punched her hat and placed it on to her head it didn't still looked a little crushed but, she always wore her explores cap on the ventures no matter how many times she had it replaced.
This time they came to a unique room filled with tiles was on the floor, and a riddle on a stone tablet up above, the riddle said”only those who know of magic, can find the wisdom within Ulyaoth, find the markings of those who use power.”
As Derring looked down to the many tiles after reading the riddle and noticed that they were all cutie marks designs, normally she would have trouble figuring out this riddle based on that subject how do you determine a pony special talents is of her responding to magic without them being noticed as a unicorn. But the cutie marks were very clear on the subject, she figured she had to navigate each tile by stepping on the cutie marks, normally she would just fly over the straps given the option, but considering that she didn't see where the door would be probably popping up to reveal said tablet she would have to press the buttons no matter what.
Rainbow turned the page to find another page with this time circle dots mapping out the exact puzzle, rainbow was now regretting the fact that she brought the book from twilight instead of giving her own, because obviously these more interactive ventures required you to slightly solve puzzles.

As she jumped from panel to panel, slowly making it to the location carefully avoiding the wrong cutie marks it would symbolize possibly a Pegasus or Earth pony, some of them became very hard and tricky to figure out, but with great jumping skills and the ability to fly to make sure she did not step on the wrong panel, she landed on to the final tile, where the pedestal revealed a blue tablet, and a blue unicorn statue, she carefully grabbed both the tablet and the statue and quickly placed into her bag. Then using her wings she flung backwards to the other end of the room but now her bag was getting quite heavy. But obviously there was something important to deal with these statues as well as the tablets, as she navigated through the traps with the mechanical pony behind her Pharaoh of course naturally block several of the traps using his metallic skin. But now some of the traps were more dangerous and more deadly, navigating into the next room there were more monsters this time more horrifying larger ones. Pharaoh using his magic known as the Pharaoh shot charged it up and blasted away the monsters, but it required 14 shots in the stallion was suffering from loss of energy, the book did list the spell to recover energy but they did not have the sufficient mystical runes nor a circle power!
Then they remember the robot that was lying dead in the other core door, but Pharaoh in order to conserve energy could not continue any further, thus derring-do would have to navigate through the traps once again figure out how to safely remove the energy powering the dead robot that was in the previous chamber, and return quickly back to Pharaoh. And hopefully not encounter any dangerous creatures!
Derring made her return trip while carrying the heavy bag she had to navigate the traps that normally would be able to fly over, being very careful not to step on any of the panels.
As she arrived the large honking machine, and start collecting the blue liquid it was kind of strange and, almost all of her containers start being eaten the up by the chemical, except for the stone and obviously the stone would be too heavy to make a container containing a small amount to recharge her friend, nor could she really figure away how to carefully remove the remains of said machine that is also carrying the liquid, then she had a brilliant idea. What if the liquid could be turned into a cloud she could easily move it then!
As rainbow flip the page, to read a ridiculously complicated formula, with several pencil markings of solving the formula equation, a few she could see work highlights handwriting, and the name guesstimated by her famous explorer, as the formula seemingly having similar properties to rainbows, it was referred to as lunar plasma. The arising that was essence of pure nightmare Moon's dark magic turn into a liquid form. Rainbow was shaking her head this was the only time she really was really angry, while math was not one of her favorite subjects, she did spend several hours working in the rainbow production area, ended the proper temperatures to evaporate plasma colors of different varieties, obviously this was probably is a little bit hotter then she expected for converting cloud plasma of the violet variety. But for once she thought she might actually be able to put her knowledge homework to something fun. Granted she did not really won the grade twilight's MathWorks so she completely skipped it.
