"So Fluttershy care to inform your friends on our first encounter? If you want to that is. . . I mean you don't have to. I could do it if that's okay with you." She then went red in the face. It must have been the way I asked her because after that she said "oh it's no trouble at all really." She then continued with her explanation on how we met.
"Well. . .its a funny story really." She then started to turn red from embarrassment. My heart started to beat faster because the embarrassment on her face was just so heart stoppingly cute!
"Um. . . .as you all know my last special somepony wasn't the greatest. So. . .um. . . to get my mind off of him I. . . uh. . .decided to go and check on my little animal friends. They. . . started talking to me as they always do, and ended up asking me. . . um. . . well. . . they ended up asking me what I was looking for in a special somepony." She then started describing her special somepony to all her friends. The more I listened to her the more it sounded like she was describing myself! There's no way she would like me though. I mean look at me. . .I'm a human for crying out loud!
"Thank you for telling us that Fluttershy, but that doesn't explain how you found this human. . . oh . .sorry Daniel." said Twilight. "Oh it's okay it will probably take some time getting used to."
They all proceeded to look my way. I just stared at the floor not wanting to make eye contact. There's that shyness again. I thought to myself. "Well". . .Fluttershy began. "You see. . .remember when I decided to go check on my animal friends? When I was going through the forest I got this really weird sensation come about me. I realized what the sensation was because. . .I . . well. . . it was. . .um. . .you see. . ." "OH COME ON FLUTTERSHY! SPIT IT OUT!" Yelled Rainbow Dash. "It was the feeling I get when I. . .I'm. . .in love. I saw something on the other side of a tree and thought it was. . .my stallion that left me for another. When I got closer I found him . He then said hello and it scared me because I've never seen anything like him. That's when I ran back to Ponyville." "Of course! That must be how I got Hear!" Realizing I said this out loud they all looked my way for a second time. I just went as red as the red in Rainbow Dash's mane. "It must of been the love connection we shared at that exact moment! Wow! Wait a minute though. . . she was thinking about somepony else and not me. So where does that leave her true feelings for me?" My mind snapped back to attention to the ponies just in time to hear. . ."Well ah' recon we best tell princess Celestia bout' this. . I mean Daniel." said Applejack.
" Oh no! You don't have to do that! Do you have any idea what she will do to me?! I already know how much power she has. Please don't let her send me to the royal dungeon or worse. . ." "I am sorry, but with the problem that has been laid out in front of us. . . we have no choice. Will everypony please meet me at the library tomorrow morning?" "Okay Twilight." "Sure!" "No problem." "Of course I can Darling!" "Um. . . sure I. . I can do that. But what do we do about Daniel?"
"Well Fluttershy since you found him first he can stay with you for the night." "But Twilight! He's. . .a male(squee)" she said softly with a hint of red in her fur. "Oh don't worry Fluttershy I'm more of a gentlema- . . gentlecolt than you think. I can just sleep on the couch." "But that's where Angel bunny sleeps!" she said with a little worry in her voice. "Then I have no problem sleeping on the floor." Before Fluttershy had another chance to speak Twilight cut her off saying. . ."Great! Then it's settled we'll all meet at the library tomorrow morning to get together a letter for princess Celestia." said Twilight.
**Later that night**
"So. . . Fluttershy what should we do until it's time for bed?"
"Well Daniel I'm not really sure. . . any ideas?"
"Well. . . this may sound silly, but would you be able to give me a tour of your lovely home?"
"Um. . .nopony's ever asked me that before." she went red in the face again only this time it didn't go away as quickly as the others.
"Sorry I know it's a weird question, but I love the way it smells. It's just like being outside. I mean. . . it has the sounds of the birds and also the smell of the soil. So naturally it feels like we're outside."
"It's about time somepony noticed my home being the way it truly was meant to be seen." said Fluttershy under her breath.
"I'm sorry what was that you just said? I couldn't quite hear you."
"Nothing! Nothing at all!" I noticed her fur get that light red color again. But thought it would be better to not tell her I've noticed this.
"So. . . what room are we going to start with?"
"Well. . . I thought sense you already have seen the living room I thought I could show you my kitchen."
"Okay that sounds. . .nice."
"Well as you can see the fridge is over there next to the stove, and the sink is hear behind you. Next I can show you the up stairs. Follow me please. . .if you don't mind that is. I don't like to be pushy."
"Oh no don't worry about it I'm the same way with others too." She then showed me her bedroom. It was far bigger than I thought it was. She had a queen size bed, a walk in closet, and even her bathroom was in her room as well!
"Oh . . .my!"
"What!? What is it? Did I do something wrong? I'm sorry."
"No! It's not you by any means! It's just that. . ." "It's just that what?" "It's just that look at the time." She was right it was late. It was going on 11:30.
"We should get to bed it's already late enough."
"Ya your right. . .where do you want to sleep?"
"To be honest with you I was going to let you decide. . .it is your house after all."
"Oh well. . .I guess you can sleep in my room. I mean . . . .sense we're already up hear no sense in going back downstairs." she said rather quickly. I then gathered a pillow and a light blanket and started to get settled on the floor next to Fluttershy's bed with about three feet of space in between.
I ended going to sleep quicker than I thought because all I remember was saying good night to Fluttershy and then I was out like a light.
