Doctor Whooves saw the smoke, he quickly opened up his TARDIS door to find smoke coming from a forest and a cottage, He saw a cyan Pegasus flying above, "Dammit, without water, its going to reach the village!" He looked all over the floor for his Sonic Screwdriver. "Wish I had my f*cking fingers, but oh well. Peasants cannot be choosers," He picked up the Sonic Screwdriver with his mouth. Griping the handle with his teeth, he raced out tried to find his former assistant.
"Ditzy!" He called, "This is important! The whole forest is on fire!" He found the grey Pegasus with her daughter, Muffins?Doctor guessed,
"Mommy? Who is that stallion running towards us?" The little filly asked,
"Why its the Doctor!" Ditzy said, delighted that her friend was here, "I thought you released me from my duties since I had to take care of my foal?" Ditzy asked.
"Yes, yes," He said with the Sonic Screwdriver still in his mouth, his teeth toyed with it  until he can drop it on the grass, "Hooves and mouths, not the perfect tool user, nothing like getting saliva on my Screwdriver if you don't mind." He said.
"Who are you?" The Filly squeaked,
"Oh me? Well I'm the Doctor," He replied,
"Doctor 'who'?" The Filly pressed,
"Well That's just it," 
"That can't be it," 
"Well It is,"
"Then Why is your Cutie Mark a hourglass?"
"What does that have to do with anything?!"
"Your name!"
"ITS JUST THE BLOODY DOCTOR!"
"You don't have blood on you,"
"Look, I DONNOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS GAME! I AM THE DOCTOR, NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS. AND I SWEAR TO WHAT EVER IS HOLY, THIS IS IMPORTANT!" He yelled trough gritted teeth,
"He yelled at me!" The Filly shrunk, 
The Doctor sighed, and turned to Derpy "Ditzy, We got to put out that fire until it reaches the village!" He said frantically,
"Dinky, go inside and wait for me," Ditzy ordered and the little unicorn, after mumbling a few insults the Doctor's way,  went inside.

Its been minutes and the fire is still blazing, a yellow mare finally ran out covered in ashes and soot. Whom a white nursed took away to inspect. and the Pegasus, including Derpy, has covered the forest with clouds and beat on them until rain poured out. Ditzy only got struck once by lighting, which is a new record according to a pink mare.
Soon, the unicorns have been pouring water buckets brought in from the Earth Ponies.
Every mother was to tend and soothe their colt/filly as the fathers and other stallion worked together to fight of this fire.
The Doctor, in private, was refilling the buckets with his Sonic Screwdriver, yet once or twice, a pony heard the noise and investigate. By Doctor Whooves, He said he was whistling.
Finally, The fire began to give a final glow and died away, leaving soot on the ground, burned trees, and dead grass. There was no evidence that any life was there at all, no squirrels, no birds, and no creatures. And the cottage The Doctor found no more than ashes and black sawdust.
The yellow mare, The Doctor saw running out, started breaking down and bawling. She refused any comfort and didn't care who saw, and it seemed that already dried tear marks was already on her muzzle. Her blue eyes was hidden by her long pink mane, which was now black due to the soot.
The Doctor felt bad, everypony else felt horrible. They just looked at her, and didn't do a thing.
Except a five mares, who surrounded her and gave her a huge hug. Then slowly, everypony did the same, they just wanted to comfort them, all of them in tears.
The Doctor wanted to find out who these pyromaniacs and show them not to mess with this village, but the only thing that showed in the forest was an empty fuel tank and a poster that said,
