Chapter 3: To The Right!
You chose to go right, and you run in that direction. You turn your head to see behind you just as the manticore slides around the corner, before continuing to run at you, tail in stinging position.
The trees were getting thinner, which let the sunlight through the canopy. After 5 minutes of running away from certain death, you arrive at a cliff face, that had a river flowing slowly below.
You turn around to see the manticore walking towards you, panting slightly, but with hunger in his eyes. You take a step back, which brought rocks cascading into the river.
You were always scared of heights, but it was time to swallow up that fear. You turn around and jump off the cliff, and land in the warm water of the river. After coming to the surface, you swim
to the bank of the river, and rest on your back. You look downstream, seeing a small town on the riverside. "That must be Ponyville" you say to yourself, before getting up onto your feet and running there.
As you run, the trees got thinner and thinner, with more paths leading into the forest occurring. You don't look where you are going, and you trip over a tree root, straight into a pile of mud.
"Great, how am i going to get this out" you say, before moving at a slower pace towards Ponyville.
You leave the forest at what you thought was 5 O'clock, and make your way down to the small town.
You pass a couple of ponies along the way, which you recognize by the fandom as Bon Bon and Lyra.
You stop to see Fluttershy's cottage on its hillside. Fluttershy walks around into view with Angel Bunny and a pair of squirrels.
Fluttershy's cottage would probably have food, but you could also go into Ponyville and find somepony else.
