Twilight and all her friends were hatching a plan to give that visiting drone a peace of of it's own metallic mind (although drones do not really have minds, no matter how bug-like they looked). Twilight was pacing to and fro in her library to think of a possible solution and she (mostly) had the best ideas. Alas, the purple allicorn was still thinking of the perfect idea on how to catch the drone. "Come on, you said we would just surprise the drone when it comes back to cause more pranks." said Rainbow Dash. "I know we'll get it."

"And give the creature controlling it quite the talking-to about how wrong it can be to go pulling off pranks all the time." Rarity added

"Yeah, but what if the drone doesn't come back?" Twilight asked. "Maybe that was the last time we would be able to see it." she was starting to "Twilighting" again, which was usual for her sometimes. "Or maybe he is on to us and he might get rid of the drone."

"Oh come on." said Applejack. "I think the guy pranking us had a blast like a hedgehog on a water slide."

"I think it has to come back so he can prank more ponies." added Fluttershy. "All we have to do is be patient. Patient like a heron trying to catch and eat fish from a river. And we'll put that meanie in his place."

Pinkie jumped excitingly and said: "And i can throw a ton of pies into his sorry face for pranking us! Normally, I'm okay with pranks, but they were getting mean!"

"I'll say. I actually thought the drone was going to cut my head off." said Spike, protecting his neck from an imaginary sword or ax.

"Oh, don't be silly." said Twilight. "I would never let anyone hurt you like that. I promise that we will catch it."

Her friends looked confident and suddenly, the princess' came up to the group with smiles on their warm, motherly faces. "We are ready to follow the drone when it comes back, everypony." said Celestia. "And we will make sure that this... clown, whoever he or she might be, will get his or her comeuppance."

"I second that." Rainbow dash cracked her knuckles. "he is going to feel sore in the morning when I am done with him."

"And we'll so how he likes being pranked without a second thought." said Applejack

"And if I have to use the stare on him, so be it." Fluttershy said. "He could be more troublesome than Discord. Oh! No offense."

"Nah, none taken, my dear." said the master of chaos. "I take great pride in that actually."

"And why are we not surprised to hear that." Rarity rolled her eyes."

"It will only be a matter of time before that... device comes back, so we have to be ready for an ambush."


Back in Elmore


It was in the morning when Gumball was showing the pictures and videos of all the ponies he pranked to Darwin. He was laughing and guffawing before he said: "I gotta make these my Christmas cards! You should have seen their faces yesterday!" However, Darwin was not really amused and had his arms cross, along with a look of disapproval. "Come on, why aren't you laughing?"

"Because this is wrong! Crazy and wrong! Don't you know the bad effects you can do to all these adorable little horses? They could be traumatized. It's like butchering a puppy or a kitten!"

"Oh no! No! No! No. I would never in a million years do that."

"Well, this looks just as bad."

"No, it's hilarious. Come on, just look at this video." then he showed him the video of Rarity taking her shower and Gumball scaring her with the drone, making her scream and squirm like a snake with a bad hiccup. Over the course of time, Darwin still looked a little unamused, but after seeing more funny pictures and videos of these ponies being pranked, Darwin tried all his might to hold back the laughter, but after hearing some more funny screaming, he ultimately gave up and guffawed himself.

"See! I told you this is rich! Oh, I think I am going to bust my ribs open! HAHAHAHAHA!"

"I second that!" Darwin rolled around on the floor with his big brother. They were laughing so uncontrollably that they were having the case of giggle fits, almost unable to control their laughter. "OK, i take it back, this is really funny."

Nicole suddenly came in the room and asked: "What in the world is so funny, boys? It's like I am having striped hyenas from upstairs, without the stripes."

"Oh, it's nothing mom. We were just watching these funny videos of these ponies getting pranked." Gumball got up and wiped a tear from his eye, and picked up the drone. "I love this thing mom, I really do. And it was so worth the money.

"Here, Mrs. Mom, you gotta look at the pranks that Gum-" before Darwin could finish, his brother clamped his mouth shut with his right hand

"Gerald! Yep, that's the guy's name who did the pranks. Gerald." Ole Gumball knew that if his mother find out about the pranks he caused in Equestria, Nicole would really give him quite a lecture that might involve screaming and yelling in the talk.

"oooookay." Nicole looked a little confused. "Sure, I guess I can watch some of those videos." The mother began seeing the videos too and she was rather laughing too, but there were times when she said that some of these pranks were rather mean and hurtful. "Oh, that's not very nice." she said about the video of Gumball spraying Rainbow Dash with water like a misbehaving cat. Deep down, it made Gumball a little worried, and he really needed to keep this a secret.

"Well... it's your opinion." said Gumball.

"Well, I gotta go to the store and get some fruit. I wanna get them while they are on sale." Nicole said. "And I know how those fruit thieves in the market are."

"Got it." the mother left the room and Darwin looked at him.

"Why didn't you tell her that you were the one causing the pranks?" the fish boy asked

"Are you kidding?" Gumball said in disbelief. "This is mom we're talking about. You and I both know that she is scarier than Tina and her dad combined."

"Point made."

"Well, I gotta pull more pranks in Equestria and get a lot more laughs. Don't worry dude, I'll get more pictures for ya."

"Just don't go too overboard." Darwin said

"Don't worry, you have my promise, dude." Gumball said. He went outside in the backyard and created the portal for the Drone to travel to Equestria once again, heading for the dimension. "So who is going to be my next prank guinea pig? Hehehehehehehe."
