The episode begins with Ladybug, Cat Noir, Twilight, Spike and Applejack walking down the road as they were all apple picking
"No, Nope, Nope..." Spike said throwing apples away
"Thank you kindly, guys, for helping me out. I bet Big MacIntosh I could get all these Golden Delicious in the barn by lunchtime. If I win, he's gonna walk down Stirrup Street in one of Granny's girdles." Applejack said before she started chuckling
“No problem at all, Applejack. I'm glad the goal is lunchtime. All this hard work is making me hungry." Twilight said
"I know, right?" Spike said throwing the apple onto Twilight's head
"Spike!" Ladybug called
"Sorry!" Spike apologized
"Cat Noir can you get these apples please" Ladybug said
"Yes M'lady" Cat Noir said before running off
"Puh-lease, Spike. You've been lounging on my back all morning while we worked" Twilight said angrily
"Yeah can't you atleast help" Ladybug said
"But I'm searching for the yummiest apple" Spike said
"That's not the point!" Ladybug said "Get off of Twilight and help search buck apples" Ladybug ordered
"Never!" Spike said
"Fine, then I'll tell Rarity that you spied her while she showered" Ladybug said
"Don't do it! Fine I'll help" Spike said jumping off Twilight's back as Ladybug gave him apples
Just then Twilight's belly grumbled
"I guess we better get some food." Twilight said
Suddenly Spike threw three apples away before picking the shiniest reddest apple out of the basket and pulled it up
"The yummiest apple! I found you!" Spike said
"Oh Spike, that looks delicious!" Twilight said only for Spike to eat it "Spike!" Twilight called in anger
"You could've saved some for us" Ladybug said
"Sorry" Spike said before an burst of green flames got out of his mouth before making an letter
"It's a letter from Princess Celestia." Twilight said
"What's it say" Ladybug asked
Then Spike grabbed the letter and opened it up before clearing his throat before reading
"'Hear ye, hear ye. Her Royal Highness, Princess Celestia of Equestria, is pleased to announce the Grand Galloping Gala, to be held in the magnificent capital city of Canterlot, on the 21st day of', eh, yadda yadda yadda, 'cordially extends two invitations to Twilight Sparkle, Ladybug plus two guests.'" Spike said
Then Applejack and Twilight cheered in excitement
"The Grand Galloping Gala!" Twilight and Applejack cheered
"The Grand Galloping Gala!" Applejack and Twilight called jumping up and down
Then we saw Ladybug and Cat Noir looking at each other in confusion
"What's a Grand Galloping Gala? And what is Canterlot?" Ladybug asked
"Oh right, you don't know, well an Grand Galloping Gala is an celebration which happens every year in honor of the birth of Canterlot" Twilight explained
"Alright so you're saying that after the battle with Nightmare Moon, The Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters broke before being a ruin as Celestia searched for a new home and stayed there as the Castle was being remade one after another turn, right?" Ladybug asked
"Pretty much and The Grand Galloping Gala is an party where Ponies from like adults party but just so you know in Canterlot there are a lot of bad Ponies who either don't trust each other or anything else, I said this just so you know" Twilight explained
"So Ladybug are you gonna pick me?" Cat Noir asked
"Maybe, as long as you don't do anything stupid like Cataclysm" Ladybug said
"First we need reasons" Twilight said
"I know!" Cat Noir said before an dream of something appeared on top of Cat Noir "So, when I get bored and don't have anything to do I'll go to you M'lady and dance with you" Cat Noir explained
Then the dream cloud disappeared
"Cat, That's really sweet" Ladybug complimented
"Thanks M'lady" Cat Noir said
"Alright, you can pick him if you want" Twilight said
Then we saw Spike looking in an disgusted way as he then opens his mouth, pulls out his tongue and then puts his finger in front of his mouth but not before he burped out four tickets
"Look, two tickets." Spike said picking it
"Wow, great! I've never been to the Gala. Have you, Spike?" Twilight asked
"No, and I plan to keep it that way. I don't want any of that girly frilly frou-frou nonsense." Spike explained
"Aw, come on Spike. A dance would be nice." Twilight said
"Nice? It's a heap good, more than just nice. I'd love to go. Land sakes..." Applejack said before the dream cloud reappeared "If I had an apple stand set up, ponies would be chowin' our tasty vittles 'til the cows come home. Do you have any idea how much business I could drum up for Sweet Apple Acres? Why, with all that money, we could do a heap of fixin' up 'round here. We could replace that saggy old roof, and Big MacIntosh could replace that saggy old plow, and Granny Smith could replace that saggy old hip." Applejack said as the dream cloud then disappeared "Why, I'd give my left hind leg to go to that gala." Applejack said
"Oh, well in that case, would you like to---" Twilight started before she, Applejack, Ladybug and Cat Noir fell onto the ground with Rainbow on top of them
"Don't ask" Ladybug suggested
"Are we talking about the Grand Galloping Gala?" Rainbow asked
"You had to ask" Ladybug said in defeat
"Rainbow Dash. You told me you were too busy to help me harvest apples. What were you busy doing? Spyin’? Applejack asked angrily standing up
"No, I was busy napping." Rainbow said pointing to a tree where an blanket and pillow were
"I'm not going to ask" Ladybug said
"Same" Cat Noir agreed
Then Rainbow Dash flew upside down near Twilight
"And I just happened to hear that you have an extra ticket?" Rainbow asked
"Yeah, but---" Twilight started before being interrupted by Applejack
"YES!" This is so awesome. The Wonderbolts perform at the Grand Galloping Gala every year. I can see it now..." Rainbow said before the dream cloud reappeared "Everypony would be watching the sky. Their eyes riveted on the Wonderbolts." Rainbow said as we saw ponies staring at the Wonderbolts who flew through the screen only for Rainbow to burst through the thick smoke "But then in would fly Rainbow Dash!" Rainbow said as we then saw ponies then gasping "I would draw their attention with my Super Speed Strut." Rainbow said before we saw Rainbow strotting on the ground while flying as the ponies then cheered "Then, I would mesmerize 'em with my Fantastic Filly Flash. And for my grand finale, the Buccaneer Blaze! The ponies would go wild!" Rainbow said as we then saw wild ponies cheering, stomping the hooves in happiness and more as the Wonderbolts dropped their mouths before they and Rainbow Dash got down "The Wonderbolts would insist that my signature moves be incorporated into their routine. and then welcome me as their newest member." Rainbow said as we then saw the Wonderbolts and Rainbow flying before the dream cloud disappeared
"Don't you see, Twilight? This could be my one chance to show 'em my stuff. You gotta take me!" Rainbow said before being stretched back by Applejack
"Hold on just one pony pickin' minute here." Applejack said before spitting Rainbow's tail out of her mouth "I asked for that ticket first." Applejack said
"No I did" Cat Noir said
"So? That doesn't mean you own it." Rainbow said angrily
"No if you asked first you could've own it" Cat Noir said angrily
"Oh, yeah? Well I challenge you two to a hoof-wrestle. Winner gets the ticket." Applejack suggested
Then Cat Noir, Rainbow Dash and Applejack went to the table before hoof/hand wrestling with three (Author's Note: Before any of you ask I don't know how you hand wrestle with three so use your imagination or tell me) as they then started struggling before Twilight and Ladybug pulled the three apart
"Girls, these are my tickets, I'll decide who gets it, thank you very much. Whoever has the best reason to go should get the ticket, don't you think?" Twilight asked
"Drummin' up business for the farm?" Applejack asked
"A chance to audition for the Wonderbolts?" Rainbow asked
"Dancing with my bugaboo?" Cat Noir asked
"Money t' fix Granny's hip?" Applejack asked
"Living the dream?" Rainbow asked
"Asking for my hand in marriage?" Cat Noir asked
"Cat!!!" Ladybug called
"Sorry bugaboo" Cat Noir apologized
"But those were all pretty good reasons, aren't they?" Twilight said before her belly grumbled again "Listen to that, I am starving. I don't know about you, but I can't make important decisions on an empty stomach so I'll, uh, think about it over lunch and get back to you two, okay?" Twilight said
"Okay." Cat Noir, Applejack and Rainbow Dash grumbled in sadness before glaring at each other and starting to hoof/hand wrestle again
Soon Twilight, Spike and Ladybug arrived at the town square searching for an place to eat
"So, who are you gonna give the ticket to, Twilight?" Spike asked while the trio were walking
"I don't know, Spike." Twilight answered in a sad tone but I really can't think straight when I'm hungry, so where should we eat?" Twilight asked
"I don't know I've been here for just one day" Ladybug said
"Same!" Twilight and spike said
Suddenly the door bursts open as Pinkie crashed into the others as they all fell onto the ground as the tickets flew onto Pinkie's nose scaring her
"Gah! Bats! Bats on my face! Help! Wait, these aren't... Tickets to the Grand Galloping Gala?!" Pinkie called
"Not again" Ladybug said
"It's the most amazing, incredible, tremendous super-fun wonderful, terrifically humongous party in all of Equestria! I've always always always wanted to go!
" Pinkie sang in the dream cloud before it disappeared
Then a dream cloud appeared as we saw Pinkie jumping up and down singing as we saw everything Pinkie could ever imagine before the screen showed the whole place and a lantern turned on before the screen cuts to see Pinkie with a baseball bat as an orange bear pinata appeared which she then slapped on breaking it as then the screen cuts to show Pinkie showing all the different kinds of food on the table as then the screen showed Pinkie at a 'Pin the Tail on the Pony' where she pinned a purple tail on a cream pony with a pink cutie mark and when she did she opened her eyes showing her tail on the pictured pony and the pictured pony's tail on herself as then the screen turned to see Pinkie near an weirdly shaping mirror where she then ran in fright while her form just stood still unknown of the situation as it waved as then the screen turned to see Pinkie at a photo booth making silly faces as the pictures then came out before she went to a clown like pony and struggles to choose a balloon before the next scene showed Pinkie flying on a balloon before the dream cloud disappeared
"Oh thank you, girls, it's the most wonderful-est gift ever." Pinkie thanked
"Um, actually---" Twilight said before another pony gasped and interrupted and that pony was Rarity
"Are these what I think they are?" Rarity asked
"Can you ponies stop appearing out of nowhere!" Ladybug ordered
"But seriously tell me what I think they are" Rarity ordered
"Um---" Twilight started
"Yes, yes, yes! Twilight's taking me to the Grand Galloping Gala in Canterlot." Pinkie explained
"The gala?" Rarity said in happiness "I design ensembles for the gala every year, but I've never had the opportunity to attend. Oh, the society, the culture, the glamor! It's where I truly belong, and where I'm destined to meet him." Rarity said in happiness
"Him... Who?" Pinkie asked
"Him." Rarity said
"Don't tell me someone's making their dream too" Ladybug said a bit horrified as then an dream cloud appeared
"I would stroll through the gala, and everypony would wonder, 'Who is that mysterious mare?' They would never guess that I was just a simple pony from little old Ponyville. Why, I would cause such a sensation that I would be invited for an audience with Princess Celestia herself, and the Princess would be so taken with the style and elegance that she would introduce me to him, her nephew: the most handsome, eligible Unicorn stallion in Canterlot. Our eyes would meet, our hearts would melt. Our courtship would be magnificent. He would ask for my hoof in marriage, and of course I would say, 'yes' We would have a Royal Wedding, befitting a Princess, which is..." Rarity said as she then started giggling before continuing "what I would become upon marrying him, the stallion of my dreams." Rarity said before the dream cloud disappeared "Twilight, I simply cannot believe you would invite Pinkie Pie so she can... party, and prevent me from meeting my true love. How could you? Hmph." Rarity said turning around in anger
Then we saw an white bunny running towards Spike before stealing the two tickets and running off
"Hey!" Spike called after Angel
Then Angel ran onto Fluttershy before showing it making Fluttershy gasp
"Angel, these are perfect." Fluttershy said in happiness
Then the screen got back to the four ponies
"Uh, listen girls, I haven't decided who to give the extra ticket to." Twilight explained
"You haven't?" Rarity and Pinkie said in shock
"Me either" Ladybug said
Then Rarity and Pinkie looked in shock at the two before Fluttershy called out
"Um, excuse me, Twilight. I would just like to ask, I mean, if it would be alright, if you haven't given it to somepony else..." Fluttershy said shocking Ladybug, Twilight and mostly Rarity
"You? You want to go to the Gala?" Rarity asked angrily
"Oh, no." Fluttershy said looking down before Angel tapped his leg onto Fluttershy as she then looked back at the others "I mean, yes, or, actually, Kind of. You see.." Fluttershy started before a dream cloud appeared "It's not so much the Grand Galloping Gala as it is the wondrous private gated garden that surrounds the dance. The flowers are said to be the most beautiful and fragrant in all of Equestria. For the night of the gala, and that night alone, would they all be in bloom... and that's just the flora! Don't get me started on the fauna. There's loons and toucans and bitterns, oh my! Hummingbirds that can really hum, and buzzards that can really buzz. White-blue jays, green jays, pink jays and pink Flamingos!" Fluttershy explained while hugging Angel as then the last dream cloud disappears
Then Twilight and Ladybug look dumbfounded
"Gee, Fluttershy, it sounds... beautiful...?" Twilight asked herself
"Yeah and it's not like things could get any worse" Ladybug said only to hear a sound shocking her
"Wait just a minute." Rainbow said angrily
"Rainbow Dash! Were you following me?" Twilight asked
"Or us?" Ladybug continued
"No. I mean, yes. I mean, maybe. Look, it doesn't matter. I couldn't risk a goody-four or two-shoes like you giving that ticket away to just anybody." Rainbow explained
"That's not true" Cat Noir said walking up
"Cat Noir, were you following us too?" Ladybug asked
"Sort of but not you but Rainbow!" Cat Noir said "Trying to steal my ticket are you?" Cat Noir asked angrily
"Wait just another minute." Applejack said angrily walking by
"Applejack, were you following us too?" Twilight asked
"No. I was followin' this one to make sure she didn't try any funny business. Still trying to take mah ticket." Applejack explained
"Your Ticket?" Rainbow asked angrily
"But Twilight's taking me." Pinkie said
"And ladybug loves me!" Cat Noir said
Then Applejack, Pinkie, Rainbow, Fluttershy, Rarity and Cat Noir started arguing as then an white screen appeared with Ladybug and Twilight sitting in the center worriedly before Pinkie first appeared followed by Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Rainbow Dash and then Cat Noir
"Quiet!" Twilight and Ladybug called as everyone froze except for Pinkie
"And then I said, 'Oatmeal are you Craz-" Pinkie said before realizing the situation as she then quieted herself
"Sometimes you can be creepy" Cat Noir said
"I'm not!" Pinkie yelled angrily
"Enough!!!" Ladybug called
"Sorry" Pinkie and Cat Noir said
"Continue" Ladybug said
Then the ponies started arguing again
"Stop it!!!" Ladybug called out trying to make everyone stop arguing "I meant continue to---" Ladybug said before the ponies started arguing again "Shut it!!!" Ladybug said as the ponies stopped "It was meant for Twilight" Ladybug said making the other ponies realize the situation
"Girls, there's no use in arguing." Twilight explained
"But Twilight---" Rarity started before being cut of by Twilight
"This is my decision, and I'm gonna make it on my own, and I certainly can't think straight with all this noise..." Twilight said before her belly grumbled "Now go on, shoo." Twilight said as then the five ponies, Spike and Cat Noir walked off grumbling "And don't worry, I'll figure this out... Somehow." Twilight said sadly
A few minutes later we saw Ladybug, Twilight and Spike sitting on some mushrooms with Ladybug worried, Twilight dumbfounded and Spike reading in the menu
"What am I gonna eat in this world?" Ladybug asked
"There's hay, there's vegaburgers, there's daffodil sandwiches and more" Twilight explained
"Then I'll take the Vegaburger" Ladybug suggested
Then Twilight sighed in sadness
"Spike, what are we gonna do? All six of our best friends have really good reasons to go to the gala. Applejack or Rainbow Dash? Pinkie Pie or Fluttershy, Rarity or Cat Noir ... Oh, who should go with me?" Twilight asked while pulling out flower leafs before eating them all
"Have you made your decision?" An beige pony with dark blue shiny mane an white crest with an dark red bowtie and white shoes asked while also wearing an tissue of some sort over his upper right hoof
"I CAN'T DECIDE!" Twilight yelled giving the attention of the ponies around themselves
"Twilight, he just wants to take your order." Spike explained which made Twilight realize the situation she was in
"Oh. I would love a daffodil and daisy sandwich." Twilight asked
"For me a vegaburger." Ladybug asked
"Do you have any rubies? No? Okay. I'll have hay fries, extra crispy." Spike asked throwing away the menu
Then the pony waiter walked off
"What do you think, Spike?" Twilight asked
"I think we have to try another restaurant. I mean, I like grass just fine, but wouldn't it hurt anypony to offer some gemstones?" Spike asked
"Unlike some dragons yes but dragons like you don't or that's what I think?" Ladybug thought out loud
"I mean about the Gala and the ticketand who we should take." Twilight said angrily
"Oh, you're still on that?" Spike said rolling his eyes
"Twilight, listen we can talk about that later but first we have to eat" Ladybug explained but Twilight wouldn't listen
"Spike, Ladybug, listen. How should I choose? And when I do choose, will the other four be mad at me? I mean, I could give up our tickets and give away four, but that would still leave two disappointing Creatures. What if I-" Twilight rambled on before the food appeared
"Ah, your food." The waiter said putting the foods down with Ladybug's help
"Oh thank you. This looks so good. I'm sure everything will be much clearer once I eat." Twilight suggested
"Now you get it." Ladybug said with a sigh then she started eating until she heard ponies running "What's going on?" Ladybug asked looking to the side to see Cat Noir juggling with some apples
Then the three went to him
"Cat Noir what are you doing?" Twilight asked
"What does it look like I'm doing M'ladies and men?" Cat Noir asked
"Juggling, but for what reason?" Ladybug asked
"Oh you know just to show my skills" Cat Noir asked
"I can see you lying Cat Noir you are doing this for the ticket right?" Ladybug asked
"Maybe" Cat Noir answered as he started chuckling embarrassingly
"That's a yes" Ladybug said angrily
"Don't you know what no is" Twilight Sparkle asked
"I sure do but if I juggle you would be able to let me join, right bestest of friends?" Cat Noir asked
"No, no, NO! If you want the ticket you'll have to wait like everypony else!" Twilight said turning around
Then the three apples knocked onto Cat Noir as everyone started laughing
"Stop it! It's not funny!" Cat Noir said
Then the ponies started chanting Clowny Noir
"And for the rest of you ponies do not bully my friends now get back to what you were doing" Ladybug said angrily
Then the ponies grumbled and walked off
"Thanks M'lady" Cat Noir complimented
"Don't mention it now get to the Golden Oak Library and think twice about what you've done" Ladybug suggested
"Yes M'lady anything for you" Cat Noir said
Then Cat Noir ran off
"Alright then" Ladybug said
Then the trio sat back down before Twilight was taking a bite until the waiter called out
"Em, madams? Are you gonna eat your food in ze rain?" The waiter asked
"It's not raining..." Twilight said before looking at the sky as rain clouds could be seen as thunder was heard "What's going on?" Twilight asked
"I have no idea" Ladybug answered confused
"Uh girls" Spike said looking up
Then Ladybug and Twilight joined Spike at looking up and saw Rainbow looking down at them
"Hi there, best friend forever I've ever ever had. Enjoying the sunny weather?" Rainbow asked
"Rainbow Dash, what are you doing?" Twilight asked
"Whaddya mean? I just saw the smartest, most generous about to get rained on, so I thought I'd kick a hole in the clouds too keep her dry so she could dine in peace, that's all" Rainbow Dash explained
"I thought Rarity was the Element of Generosity?" Ladybug asked
"True but there are two Generosities first up is fixing manes tails and mustaches and the other is helping with everything or giving it and I'm on the second part so that's why" Twilight explained
"True but Rarity also makes dresses right?" Ladybug said
"Right sorry about that" Twilight apologized
"No worries" Ladybug complimented
"Anyway, Rainbow, you're not trying to get extra consideration for the extra ticket for doing me extra favors, are you?" Twilight asked
"Me? No no no, of course not" Rainbow said happily which made Twilight and Ladybug glare at her "Seriously, I'd do it for anypony" Rainbow said before gulping before chuckling
"Rainbow, we are not comfortable accepting unwanted favors, so I'd appreciate it if you close up that rain cloud right now" Twilight said
"She didn't mean it that way so don't do it" Ladybug said before seeing Twilight glare at her "Fine close it up" Ladybug said in defeat
"Ugh, fine" Rainbow said closing the rain cloud
"That's better" Twilight said trying to take a bite again before rain started pouring on the trio making Ladybug and Twilight groan in anger and causing Spike to chuckle
"Twilight, Ladybug, it's raining" Rarity said arriving at the scene
"No, really?" Twilight said in anger
"Come with me before you catch a cold" Rarity said pulling Ladybug and Twilight away as spike ran behind the three
Back at the Carousel Boutique Twilight shook all the water off of her which accidentally landed on Rarity before Twilight looked back and noticed the water fully on her
"Oops, sorry" Twilight apologized
"Oh no, it's quite alright. After all, we are... the best of friends, are we not? And you know what the best of friends do?" Rarity asked
"Makeovers?" Ladybug guessed
"Correcto mundo!" Rarity said
Then the dressing rack appeared as Ladybug was getting dressed in an black suit with an golden bell on the middle an black mask signature ears and an signature tail in an belt
"Huh? Where's Ladybug and who are you? Are you Cat Noir's sister?" Spike asked
"I'm Ladybug and no I'm an only child" Ladybug answered "Or not I don't know" Ladybug thought
"Right" Spike said
"Anyway Twilight you're up" Rarity said bringing the dressing rack back and dressing Twilight up until she wore an blue and purple saddle with an brown belt and an yellow hair of some sort in an pink bow on the top she also wore a necklace with colors in this order: green, yellow, blue and purple "There. Oh, you're simply darling" Rarity said in happiness
"Uh, yeah, it is kinda pretty, isn't it?" Twilight asked
"And you. Oh Spike, I have a dandy little outfit for the dashing gent" Rarity said pushing Spike's hand into his mouth not noticing he was motioning to his tongue which was out of his mouth
Then Spike tried running away before being catched by Rarity and put behind the dressing rack before being dressed up in a blue suit with an golden sash, golden linings, gold hair and black like brown shoes with golden belts
"Oh, Spike" Twilight said giggling
"What do you wanna be called now prince?" Ladybug asked
"Just Spike is fine" Spike answered
"Okay Spike" Ladybug said kissing his cheek
"Now you just need a hat" Rarity said putting an black hat with golden stitches and an golden feather on Spike's head
"Ugh, I told you, I don't want any part of this girly gala gunk. See you back at the library" Spike said zipping off which left his clothes behind
Then we heard Rarity laughing a bit before stopping
"Oh, who needs him anyway. This is all about you, and how fabulous you'll look at the Grand Galloping Gala" Rarity said which shocked the remaining duo
"Wait, the Grand—" Twilight started before turning her head towards Rarity
"And oh, my goodness, what a coincidence. I happen to have an ensemble of my own that matches yours to a T. We would be the belles of the ball, you and I. Everyone would be clamoring for our attention. All eyes would be on us, and then everyone would finally know, the most beautiful, most talented, most sophisticated pony in all of Equestria is Rarity the unicorn. Ah" Rarity said before noticing Ladybug and Twilight frowning "And Twilight Sparkle the Unicorn and Ladybug the Superhero too" Rarity said patting both Twilight's head and Ladybug's back
"I see what's going on. You're just buttering us up so we give you the extra ticket. Well it's not gonna work" Twilight said angrily as both Ladybug and Twilight threw off their dresses "You're going to have to wait for my decision just like everyone else" Twilight said as Ladybug and Twilight threw their necklace and mask onto Rarity's horn and nose "Now if you'll excuse me, I've been trying all day just to get some lunch" Twilight said walking towards the door before being interrupted by Applejack
"Did somepony say lunch?" Applejack asked stretching Twilight and Ladybug out the door
Then Ladybug and Twilight fell onto the ground before sitting back up
"You've got to be kidding me!" Twilight said staring at the food
"You can say it twice to add me in it" Ladybug said staring at the food too
"I got apple pie, apple fritters, apple tarts, apple dumplings, apple crisps, apple crumblers, and apple Brown Betty" Applejack explained before realizing what she said "Uh, the dessert, not my auntie. What do you say there, best friend?" Applejack asked as Twilight's belly grumbled "Is that a yes?" Applejack asked
Then Ladybug and Twilight started fuming
"No. No. I don't know who I'm giving the ticket to, and all these favors aren't making it any easier to decide. In fact, I'm less sure now than I was this morning. Ugh!" Twilight said running off angrily
"So that's a maybe?" Applejack wondered
"You gotta realize you, Cat Noir, Rarity and Rainbow made us mad and now we have to choose between Fluttershy and Pinkie. Are you happy with that?" Ladybug asked
"No Ah'm not" Applejack answered sadly
"Good now get Rainbow, Cat Noir and Rarity and tell them to say sorry to Twilight and when you finish meet me and Twilight at the Golden Oak Library" Ladybug said walking off in anger
"I will" Applejack said sadly
Meanwhile at the Golden Oak Library we saw Ladybug arriving near Twilight
"Are you okay Twilight?" Ladybug asked
"Yes now let's go inside" Twilight said
"Right" Ladybug said opening the door
But then another shock happened as they saw Fluttershy and her animal friends cleaning Twilight, Ladybug and Cat Noir's home
"Fluttershy, Not you too?" Twilight said shaking her head
"Oh, well, hello Twilight. I hope you don't mind, but we're all doing a little spring cleaning for you" Fluttershy explained
"It's summer" Twilight said frowning in a creepy way
"Oh, well, better late than never, right? It was Angel's idea" Fluttershy said motioning to Angel who was making some bread with jam and some salad
"You're not doing this for the ticket, are you?" Twilight asked
"Oh no, I'm doing this because you two are my very best friends. Right, Angel?" Fluttershy asked before noticing Angel frowning "Yes, we are just doing this for the ticket" Fluttershy said
Then Angel came towards the duo with an bowl of salad and an plate with an bread with jam which made Twilight's belly growl
"No, no, no! Well, this was all very nice of you and Angel, but I'm not accepting any extra favors until I've made my final decision, so I'm going to ask you to leave" Twilight said as Ladybug opened the door making Twilight motion to the door
"SURPRISE!!!" Some ponies called
"Ugh! What now!" Ladybug said
Then Pinkie pulled Twilight back outside
When Twilight was outside a few ponies threw her in the air a few times pretending to be celebrating something
"Pinkie" Twilight called out in the middle of the song "Pinkie!" Twilight called out a bit louder but the ponies didn't listen "Pinkie!!" Twilight called out ready to get mad but the ponies still didn't listen to “PINKIE!!!" Twilight yelled out
Then the ponies dropped Twilight to the ground as Pinkie went towards he
"Yes, Twilight?" Pinkie asked before flickering her eyes
"At least all the other ponies tried to be subtle about the ticket" Twilight said sitting back up
"Wait, what ticket? What gala?" An pony asked
"Oh, you didn't know? Twilight has an extra ticket to the Grand Galloping Gala!" Pinkie said
"Now she went and done it" Ladybug said dumbfounded
"THE GRAND GALLOPING GALA?!" Many ponies called in shock "Have I ever told you I love your mane? I'll wash your dishes, I like your superhero suit, Would you like any help with your gardening?, I have an cartload of extra carrots, I'll paint your cart" Many ponies offered and complimented
"What are we gonna do?" Spike asked
"I don't know" Ladybug said
"We're... gonna...run!" Twilight called
Back in the Golden Oak Library after teleporting Twilight found herself, Ladybug and Spike in trouble
"Ugh... warn me next time you're gonna do that" Spike said while being dizzy
"I didn't even know it was gonna happen. Now quick, lock the doors!" Twilight called
Then Ladybug, Spike and Twilight worked together locking doors and turning the lights off before sighing in relief when suddenly the lights turned back on again as their friends were seen sitting near Twilight's bedroom making her scream
"I can't decide, I just can't decide! It's important to all of you and I just can't stand to disappoint any of you, and giving me gifts and doing me favors won't make any difference, because you're all our friends and I wanna make you all happy and I can't I just can't!" Twilight said in fear and sadness
"Yeah the same comes from me" Ladybug said ready to use Lucky Charm
"Twilight, Ladybug, sugar, I didn't mean to put so much pressure on you and if it helps, I don't want the ticket anymore. You can give it to somepony else. I won't feel bad, I promise" Applejack apologized
"Although I wanted to dance with you M'lady I can only easily play piano and I've never danced with anyone so I don't need the ticket" Cat Noir apologized
"Me too. I feel just awful that I made you feel so awful" Fluttershy apologized
"And me too. It's no fun upsetting your friends" Pinkie apologized
"Twilight, it was unfair of me to try ro force you as I did" Rarity apologized
"Yes! That means the ticket is mine. Ha ha" Rainbow boasted before turning the boasting in an singingly tone "I got the ticket, I got the ticket---" Rainbow boasted before looking at her friends who glared at her "You know, I haven't perfected my signature moves for the Wonderbolts anyway, I don't need that ticket either" Rainbow apologized
"We all got so gung-ho about going to the Gala that we couldn't see how un-gun-ho we were making you" Applejack said
"We're sorry, girls" Applejack, Cat Noir, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Rainbow Dash apologized in unison
"Spike, take down a note" Twilight ordered as then Ladybug and Twilight both grinned at each other before Twilight stood back up before Spiked pulled out the note from his back "'Dear Princess Celestia, I've learned that one of the joys of friendship is sharing your blessings, but when there's not enough blessings to go around, having more than your friends can make you feel pretty awful. So, though I appreciate the invitation, I will be returning four tickets to the Grand Galloping Gala.'" Twilight said while putting the four tickets from both Ladybug and Twilight's hands in the top scrolled part of the letter
"WHAT?!" Applejack, Cat Noir, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Rainbow Dash called in unison and in shock
"'If our friends can't all go, we don't wanna go either'" Ladybug said
"Twilight, Ladybug, you don't have to do that" Applejack said in shock
"Nope. We made up our mind. Spike, you can send the letter now" Twilight said
Then Spike one window before blowing the letter ashes into the sky
"Now you both won't get to go to the Gala either" Fluttershy said in shock
"It's okay, guys. I couldn't possibly enjoy myself without my best friends there with me..." Twilight said as her friends started hugging her "...So I would rather not go at all" Twilight said
Then Spike pulled his tongue out again and motioned his finger towards the tongue before trying burping a letter out
"Well wallop my withers, Spike. Isn't that just like a stallion? Can't handle the least bit of sentiment" Applejack asked
Then Spike burped out a letter
"Whoa Nelly!" Applejack called in shock
"A letter from the Princess? That was fast" Twilight said in shock
"Spike, read the letter" Ladybug ordered
"'My faithful students Twilight and Ladybug, Why didn't you just say so in the first place' Eight tickets to the Grand Galloping Gala" Spike said pulling out the tickets
Then The Mane Eight gasped
"Now we can all go!" Twilight said happily which made her friends cheer
Then Twilight and Ladybug's belly grumbled which made them all laugh nervously
"Allow us to treat you to dinner" Rarity suggested
"And to celebrate! Come on everyone, the cupcakes are on me!" Pinkie said happily
Then everyone walked out the door as all of the tickets floated above their heads except Spike who walked off only for the ticket to flow to Applejack
"How come I don't get a ticket to the Gala?" Spike said sadly before burping an letter out "'And one for you Spike'" Spike read before running out of the Golden Oak Library while giggling before noticing Ladybug and Applejack look at him
"Are you sure you wanna go there?" Ladybug asked
"I mean, gross. I have to go too?" Spike said sadly before looking at Applejack and Ladybug who looked at them as their eyes read 'Are you sure' making Spike runoff and the others laugh
