A year later, Twinkle and Carl Lyle welcome their first little filly into their lives and name her Dazzle Star. For the first few months, Twinkle sits out the shows and stays home with the filly and after those six months are up, she returns to performing and leaves little Dazzle to be foalsat by a family friend and when she’s not free, by Charles.
The first day back after her time off, Twinkle gets a visit from Philly. “How’s the foal? I heard you had a little filly.”
“She’s fine, very healthy and so sweet,” responds Twinkle with a smile. “Her name is Dazzle Star.”
“That’s a beautiful name,” responds Philly. “I can’t wait to meet her!”
“Well, come by anytime,” responds Twinkle. “You’re always welcome around our apartment, Philly.” Twinkle trots off to practice with the other performers. She is so happy to be back because while yes, she enjoys being a mother, at the same time, she missed performing. Now, it’s just an issue of balancing those two lives and those two worlds.
