Her public profile as compared to her true nature is astoundingly different. To the world she is but a benevolent ruler, which, yes, she is. I mean she does care about them, there's no denying that. But I think there will be those who will have a conniption if they ever, god forbid, read her private diary or something. Not like she'd ever write one, but still. Does it matter, in the end? She's still Celestia, and she's still my sister. She's done well ruling our lands for a thousand years and more, and it's almost like everypony expects her to wear her attitude on her spats. That's just silly. Just something I was thinking about. Big Sis visits me often. It's always very awkward. She comes in, looks at me, then frowns a bit and then walks off in a huff as if I did something wrong by being there. She can be so super ultra silly, but also really cute. Once in a while she'd stare at the ground and then try to attempt conversation. Usually I have to start. But well, it's early days, and I don't think deep conversation will really take hold until she opens up a bit more. Guilt is such a powerful emotion. Today I decided to break the silence by asking her what happened after she zapped me at that Shrine place where she kept what she calls the Elements of Harmony (what... what a name). She gave me Ms. Pouty-Muzzle and was all snarky about it. And this is why I mention her ability to hide her true self. I could have sworn back at the Shrine she allowed me back into her graces. Can't be my memory that's taken a hit, can it? Haha, of course not. I never expected Big Sis to just let me come back in like that. Not with the way she is now. No, things take time. Luckily I'm a patient Pony, and really. I love Big Sis so much. She is family! She really hates the questions though. I think I'll just bother her with them for a while, see what happens.
