I think Spike and I hit it off pretty well. Sorry, I just realized how poorly sarcasm translates on paper.
I’m including the letter he sent me with this one (my guess is he sent it late last night). Sorry for keeping you hanging until after class, it’s just that I figured he’d expect a reply in the morning, and I thought this would be a better time.
Just don’t be too hard on him. I’m not that upset at all, honestly. I’ve been online enough to know a textbook case of posturing when I see it. He does sound quite protective of you, so good on him there.
Of course, I’m not excusing what he did, but you better hide any letters of mine that you saved in case he makes good on the whole princess promise. Here’s hoping you get this letter before he does.
