That’s good to hear that it was nothing serious, though I wish them well, even though you don’t exactly have a way to tell them.

I did tell Spike about our letters and plan to show him sending this one. As I expected, he finds this whole thing really far-fetched and is even reluctant about reading your letter, but do give him time; I’m sure he’ll come around to it sooner than later.

Lastly, thanks for the calendar. I find it very interesting how specific and deliberate your calendar looks. We base our calendar and the seasons off the lunar cycle, though I doubt yours works like that. Could you elaborate a bit further about how your calendar and seasons work on your world in your next letter?
