After Rainbow Dash Got off him Spike looked up at Twilight.
"I got a space watch" he explained lamely. Before Twilight or Rainbow could comment back, a huge crashing sound came from behind them, The trio turned to Sugar cube corner, Rarity, the Cake twins and Mrs.Cake had gotten out, but Mr.Cake and Fluttershy had been trapped inside the now rapidly collapsing building.
"Explain later!" Twilight yelled as she ran to help Rarity support the building with her magic, Rainbow looked back at Spike.
"Don't suppose you got a strong guy?"
"Still red" *Beep* "Never mind" Spike popped the dial and yelled "Blind luck" before slamming down on the dial. Fourarm's looked down at Rainbow, who had jumped back in shock
"Holly Celestia your huge"
"No time, I'll lift the rubble, you pull them out!" he replied back as the two ran past the other, judging by the sound she made, Mrs.Cake hadn't seen Spike's transformation
"What is that thing!" She yelped. ignoring her, Fourarm's grabbed the collapsed doorframe and slowly lifted it, 
"Go!" he yelled, and in a flash, Rainbow had flown in and back out with Fluttershy. She turned back for Mr.Cake, but the top half of the building crumbled forward, and she and the other's scattered out of the way, as the entire building was lost.
Mr.Cake had covered his head, but after a few seconds came to the realization that he wasn't dead
"How am I...." his question was answered before he even finished asking it. Fourarm's was supporting the weight of the collapsed building with his upper arm's while using his body and lower arm's to protect Mr.cake
"Sorry about you shop....um...sir." He said awkwardly as he picked him up.
"Do....don't worry about it?" Mr.Cake replied
"Might want to cover your head again," Mr.Cake did so, and with a Might punch and an immediate jump, the two where safely out of the wreckage. Mrs.Cake came running forward as Fourarms put Mr.Cake down and tackled hugged her husband.
"You're alive!" She said "Oh thank Celestia" She then turned to Fourarms "And thank you, so much without you...my Husband...and Poor Fluttershy would have..."
"Don't mention it, ma'am, it's...just what I do?" Fourarm's said when the Icon on his shoulder started beeping "oh, um, got to go!" he said and with a mighty leap, he jumped away, landing behind a row of housed and out of sight. Mrs.Cake turned to Twilight
"Who was that?" Rainbow answered before Twilight could
"I'm gonna go on a limb and say he's called Fourarms."
"Was that a joke?" Twilight asked 
"Maybe." Rainbow replied as she took flight after Fourarms, she found Spike laying on his back in a small crater. "didn't make it to the ground did you?"
"I did not" Spike confirmed as Rainbow helped him out of the hole.
"Listen, Spike...not gonna lie...that was bucking epic."
"What the crater I made with my back?"
"No, the whole, saving Mr.Cake's life thing!" Rainbow picked Spike up "Do you know what this means?"
"I'm quote-unquote "bucking epic"?" He asked
"It means you are so never getting left behind again!" Rainbow said "With these powers, you can not only join us on our adventures....you can have your own adventures! You could write a freaking book...with me in it of course." Rainbow patted Spike on the back, and the two walked back to the castle. Talking about how awesome they and his adventures were gonna be.
