//------------------------------// // Chapter Ten: Bubble Bath // Story: Holding Onto You // by AlliePastel //------------------------------// Fresh out of her high chair, Scootaloo meandered over towards the kitchen's door with happy but somewhat sleepy expression.; as excited as she was to go outside, she couldn't help but feel weighed down by her tummy's fullness. “Oh come on Scootaloo, it isn’t that bad.” The aunt insisted as she walked the child up to her cottage’s back door exit. Scootaloo, who had for a minute firmly hunkered herself right up to the doorframe, stayed leaning on it for support. Her forehead pressed just 20 cm above the lockset, she stood with one leg kept inside the house and one leg on the welcome mat. “Scootaloo please.” The aunt pleaded stepping around Scootaloo to get outside herself. “We’re on a secluded piece of land in the middle of a forest. The only person that’s even allowed on the property is the mail lady and she’s already come and gone for today. Besides, I really wanted to show you something.” She perkily quipped, offering her hand to her niece. Reluctantly, Scootaloo reached out and grabbed her aunt’s hand then let go of the door frame. Stepping outside, she had to admit she was impressed with the grandeur of the forest. With trees averaging about 15m, the ground coated with the lush shades of green flora, and air occupied with the sound of chirping birds and the nearby stream rushing in the distance, the place was nothing to bat an eye at. The only downside was it’s very mixed amounts of lighting. It was almost like the entire backyard you under some elaborate canopy or part of a magical hallow. “Hehe, we’ll I imagine you’ve already caught a peak at the playground I have.” The aunt gestured at a rather rustic but still well put together playset surrounding by a mossy wooden boundary. With a swing, a baby swing, a slide, and a handle bar it too breath taking. But, what was impressive was the sandbox. With a full diameter of 3x3m, a depth of ½ a meter, and a small selection of red ‘construction tools’ the piece which was typically veiled in a tarp, was a marvelous thing to look at. “Woah!” Scootaloo lit up, breaking free of her aunt’s gaze an excitedly hopping into the thing. Her tiny feet sank into the cool sand, the sand grains flooded the spaces in between her toes, and her mouth went agape with the uniquely pleasurable cool and gritty texture which she’d long since experienced. Dumbfounded, she fell on her bare diapered butt causing a ploom sand to fly the through the air. Fluttershy paced up to the play area at a much more dignified pace and unlike her niece, sat herself on it’s wooden fence instead. “Awe Scootaloo.” She smiled, taking a gander as she watched the little one dig her knees into the very loosely packed surface of the sandbox. Sitting back herself, the women dug her toes into the cold tan sand and rested her hands on the wooden border of the sandbox for support. “Hehe.” Scootaloo smiled as she spread her legs and curiously combed both her hands into the powder-like sediment. “Oooh, it feels so weird.” She said, digging the soles of her feet in as well, “I can’t quite describe it- it’s like sticking your hand in sugar or flour or something.” Smiling, the women nodded as she watched her niece rather viscously attack the sand with her various fingers and toes. “Heh, are you saying you’ve never toyed around with sand before?” “Heh. Well…” Scootaloo pondered the thought, then hiked a single finger up to her lip then looked over at her aunt. With a goofy smile she shook her head, “No. Hehe!” “Really?” Fluttershy questioned, as if there was really a doubt that Scootaloo hadn’t experienced sand at least once in her life. Perking up a bit, Fluttershy smiled. “Heh. Well at least you can say you have now! Sorry there isn’t a whole lot to do per say. I mean I know I have the sand tools, but without a steady flow of water the sand- uh- well it doesn’t stick together too well.” Scootaloo smiled, gently spreading and closing her feet in the powdery substance, enjoying ever second of it’s cool crisp gritty texture on her well shaven legs. Smirking, she crossed her arms over her tummy. “Heh, speaking of steady flows. I really needa tinkle.” “Oh?” Fluttershy smiled, getting up from her seat and into a squat over the box’s railing. “Well, I know you’re still a little uppity about using your diaper in public yet. So, I’ll be over on the garden swing when you’re done.” Scootaloo, relieved by her aunt’s respectful act, took comfort in her momentary privacy – unaware that the garden swing was located right behind her. Leaning forward, she pressed her hands into the cool sawdust coloured sand and got on her knees spreading them just slightly. Fond of her surroundings, she looked up at rather fluffy English Walnut tree and focused on the movement of it’s branches and the subtles of the wind whisping in the air. After a minute or so of relaxing, her stomach muscles finally gave allowing the seat of her diaper to flood and her posture to slouch contently. Fluttershy, who had long since gotten comfortable in the seat only a few meters away from the girl. Was fascinated at how easily her niece went through with the bathroom fiasco this time. She knew for fact that Scootaloo was on her sixth diaper, but this was the first time she knew of where she didn’t squat. Charmed by her discovery, the aunt contently leaned back in her wooden swing chair. Watching as her niece stood up as proud and tall, with her hands placed on her hips, her legs drawn close together clentching the now sagging diaper inbetween her thighs. Of course, from where she was sitting all she could see was her niece’s shaggy magenta hair, her aqua-colored shirt, and sandy diapered butt. Turning around, the child’s face grew with a big smile as she found her aunt sitting right behind her. “Eek, Fluttershy! Fluttershy!” She called, smiling excitedly grabbing the sides of her soggy diaper’s waist as she toddled over. “I peed! I peed and didn’t even have to think about it!” “Oh, that’s wonderful.” Fluttershy complimented the girl as she toddled up to her bare foot with a bubbly expression on her face. Crossing one leg over her other knee, the aunt rather proudly lent out a hand and rubbed her girl’s shaggy magenta hair. “Oooh, I’m so proud baby!” Scootaloo smiled, shaking her long over-grown bangs from her face with a jittery movement of her head. “Hehe, I think somebody earned their bath.” Fluttershy coed, continuing to idly brush her niece’s dirty hair. “I’m gonna clean you up and then we can cut your hair.” She praised, reaching her hands down gently brushing the sand off the girl’s thighs then stared straight at the her eyes with a warm grin, “Then- if you’re super-duper good. We’ll get you dressed in your jammies early, I’ll get you a baba, and we can settle down for a movie before beddie bye time.” She paused, “Sounds good?” Scootaloo thought about it for a second then beamed a little, “Heh, yeah actually!” “I thought so.” Fluttershy happily quipped. *** On the frame of the bath, Scootaloo sat wearing nothing but her diaper and the top to her rainbow coloured swimsuit. Rather apathetically, she kicked her feet around in increasingly sudsy water inside the tub. “I don’t know…” the girl pandered, a little off set by the how warm the water was, “aren’t you afraid this is a little too hot?” “Ooh hush Scooty Booty.” Fluttershy shushed her niece, sitting on the toilet right across the bath. “I know baths aren’t your favorite dear. But, you’ve got sand, sweat, and all other kinds of dirt all over you from today and I don’t want it on your new clothes. Right?” “I know.” Scootaloo said as she stood into the tub. She looked down at the clear water rapidly gushing out of the facet head and way the waves pulsated around her ankles. She noticed every detail form how pale her tummy way to the way her underwear awkwardly budged past her tummy line. It was no secret that she was a skinny child, but it only made her wonder how visible her diapers would be in a pair of pants. “Hmm.” Scootaloo questioned, quietly poking the cartoon covered front of her diaper before turning to her aunt. “Wait, aunty Fluttershy?” Fluttershy, who’d long since preoccupied herself with her phone, craned her head up at the girl. “Yes dear?” She asked, rather warmly. Scootaloo looked down at the water then back at her aunt with a curious smile. “Well, wasn’t it a little silly to change me into another diaper? I mean I know I used the last one, but why not have me wear my binki or something if the diaper is just going to get all inflated and stuff with water anyway?” “Cause.” Fluttershy mused, as she crossed one leg over the other “You are just a little girl, I don’t have swim diapers, and this isn’t an ocean. A diaper might not do much for absorption, but it’ll at least keep your accidents in your pants for the most part.” The girl’s face fluttered a pale red colour. “Accident? I’m not going to poop in the bath!” The aunt stifled a laugh getting off from her seat and kneeling closer to the bath. “Heh, you’d be surprised Scootaloo. An accident is called an accident for a reason.” “Eh-heh, gross. Heh.” Scootaloo giggled a little as she lowered herself into the bubbly bath suds. The moment her backside hit the water, she felt the elastic leg gaurds of her diaper give as the bathwater flooded her underwear. By the time her backside finally landed against the tub, her diaper had effectively become a water-logged cushion. “Mmm.” The child sounded, charmingly shifiting back and forth in her seat little. Spreading her legs she, she couldn’t help but feel genuinely immersed in the poppy-smelling fragrance of her bath water. Everywhere around her, the sensation of warm water invigorated her pours and seemed to disapate any tension in her body. “Heh, does that feel nice Scoots?” Fluttershy smiled kneeling on her knees right beside her niece. With the shower head in her hand, she folded her arms to let her niece enjoy the bath a little bit more before she proceeded. “Yeah.” Scootaloo meandered, closing her eyes as she gently sank into the warm confines of her bath. Luckily for her, even with her head leaned back against the tub’s white porcelain ename,l she was short enough that she could stretch her legs the full length without the tub wall obstructing them. She grinned a little as her thoughts became ever so vivid in her mind and her consciousness started drifting away. Fluttershy, witnessing as her little niece seemingly passed out in the tub reached out her hand. “Hey- hey Scootaloo.” She called, gently grabbing the girl’s shoulder. “Eep!” Scootaloo sprung out of the tub’s water, perplexed by her situation. Looking to her left, she was delighted to see her aunt looking just as puzzled as she was. “Hehehe, sorry I think I got a little too comfy there.” “Heh, is that it?” Fluttershy questioned, using one hand to redirect the flow of water and the other to turn the shower head towards the inside of the tub. “Yeah.” Scootaloo smiled, polietely adjusting herself up enough so that everything above her tummy was out of the water. She rubbed her eyes with her hands and leaned forward on her hands as she felt the warm tide of water from the shower head wash over her back and creep up the back of her head. Fluttershy, being the seasoned caretaker she was, kept the water on the lower pressure setting as she gently flooded her child’s thick magenta hair with an avalanche of warm water. “Well Scootaloo, if there’s anything you’ve proven to me. It’s that you’re definitely a fan of naps and relaxation.” She commented, using her free hand and it’s nails to gently caress the area around the girl’s crown. “Oooh- yeah I do.” Scootaloo admitted as she watched her aunt drop the bath tool into the water and bust out the nearby shampoo. “Is that right?” Fluttershy questioned, lathering her hands with the shampoo then delve back into her niece’s long locks. Massaging her temple and scalp in a rotating manner with hands, diligently stroking her fingers in between each long lock of her hair. Scootaloo’s face went from a pleasant grin to one of impartial relaxation. The corner of her mouth peaked up just slightly but refused to go any further as the feeling of her aunt’s shampooing caused her whole body to gush subtly to every subtle movement. When all was said, and done and the girl was left in a state of impartiality. She felt as a much cooler luke warm brook of water wash over her now bubbly scalp, draining it of its coat of soap, and leaving a calming aura of strawberry scented fragrance behind. “Heh, good baby.” Fluttershy smiled, leaning over and flipping the ‘drain’ switch to the tub, causing a subsequent ‘sinking’ sound to immerge from the tub. In all of her days as a baby sitter, she knew that five minutes of total relaxation in a tub for anyone, was better than a year of playtime. Picking up the cloth from her side, Fluttershy leaned in with her fluffy white towel and gently wrapped it around her niece’s head. In a motion similar to what she shampooed her niece’s tresses, Fluttershy choose to gently fluff up Scootaloo’s now water-logged hair rather than sharply rub it. Scootaloo, still enamored by the gradually disappearing warmth of the tub, was about half conscience when everything was over. Her lips formed a big goofy smile as she staired down at her legs. As the water washed into the drain, the only thing that remained was her short hairless legs and her waterlogged diaper, which seemed to protrude out twice as far as it did before she got in. “Hehe, soggy diapee.” She giggled playfully, staring at her aunt for approval.” “Hehe, yes. You DO have a soggy diapee.” Fluttershy replied happily, continuing to rub the loosely around her niece’s thin white frame, then draped the fabric over her shoulders. Standing up, Fluttershy smiled. “I’ll leave you be. I might change your diapers but I’ll leave the rest of the freshening up to you dear. Do brush your teeth though.” Confident in her niece, the women opened the bathroom door causing a big poof of fresh air to enter from the hallway, then left. “Oooh…” Scootaloo moaned, very slowly standing up from the tub holding her diaper’s elastic waist as she did so. Below her, she watched as entire ounces of clear water seeped out of her waterlogged nappy, poured down her theighs, and dripped onto the prosocline tub below with a series of hollow splashing noises. Looking over at a nearby mirror taking a moment to check her image. She staired at her stringy wet magenta hair, her rainbow-colored binky, her pale unshapely body, then finally down to the diaper that sagged half way to her knees. She took a deep breath and sighed, letting go of the diaper and letting it land in the tub with a loud’ thud’ sound. She grabbed the nearby towel and wrapped it around her tummy. “Well.” She muttered to herself as she craned her leg over the side of the metal tub and stepped her foot onto the absorbent crème coloured bathroom matt, “Atleast my feet are still attractive.” Her feet firmly on the house floor again, she adjusted the white towel around her tummy tighter around and adjusted the other one over her shoulders like a clocke. Picking up her neaby toothbrush, she pushed some paste on it and began scrubbing away at her stainless, but slightly crooked white teeth. Regardless, she brushed them for a good minute or two before leaving. Walking down the hallway and towards her nursery, Scootaloo looked from side to side realizing just how paculair things around the house really were. The mix of classical era paints and wall plants- in a hall way with little to no sunlight non the less, was a little off putting. Especially considering how lively and modern everything else looked. It was strange, but she never noticed all the décor around the house when she was acting like a baby with her aunt. It was also remarkably cooler than she remembered, although that might have just been the A.C. With just a handle full of steps, the child found herself in front of her selfstanding in front of her cracked-open white sticker plastered bedroom door. Just like the hallway, she’d never really taken a moment to appreciate all the little stickers. Rockets, ballerinas, letters, numbers, princesses, dinosaurs, and a plethora of all other subjects all colourfully accenting what was an otherwise bland white door. Using her little palm, she pushed forward to reveal her aunt standing in front of a rather elaborate set up. One of her newfangled purple coloured plastic chairs was in front of the mirror, sitting on top of a bed sheet she’d never seen before. “Ooh, Scootaloo. Come over her and leave on the towels. I wanted to cut your bangs a little, remember?” She said, rather expertly holding a spray bottle and pair thin metal scissors in her hand. Scootaloo lightly paced over to her aunt, rolling her eyes. “You know, I wouldn’t have minded getting dressed in something first. Or at least putting on pants.” She said, politely taking a seat. She smirked a little, uncomfortable without her diaper cushioning her backside. Fluttershy grabbed her niece’s towel and re-draped it around her shoulders in a way that covered her more fully. “Ooh, I would Scoots. But, this way we avoid any hairs getting all over your footies.” She said, looking around at her niece’s long stringy locks of hair. Very carefully, she stroked them down so they were at full length to her shoulders. “I-I guess so.” Scootaloo said, sinking back in her seat. She bundled herself in the blankets a little tighter. “Ooh, I’m sorry lovey.” Fluttershy cooed, getting on her knees to match up with the her girl’s level. “I promise I’ll make it quick. Trust me, I know how chilly it is in her- especially after just coming out of the bath.” She said, folding a lock of her niece’s hair in between her two fingers and snipping it a little. Scootaloo smirked a little, a bit uneasy to have her hair cut by someone new. “So, where’d you learn to cut hair anyway? I thought you were a Doctor?” the girl asked, fell a slight tugging on the back of her head as her aunt lifted more of her hair. “Well…” The women paused, taking more of the hair around the back of the girl’s head and cutting it closer to the nape of her neck. “I don’t have much experience cutting hair.” The girl’s eyes and expression dropped, uttering a simple, “What?” The women giggled a little. “But, I do have a little experience cutting children’s hair.” She said, idly picking up more and more of Scootaloo’s hair from other places around her head. “I used to cut Sweetie’s hair a lot, and Apple Blooms, and occasionally some of your cousins hair. You know, when I baby sat. Rarity taught me to do it.” She said, rotating her position around the girl. “Oh, that makes sense.” Scootaloo nodded. “Oops.” Fluttershy dropped the lock of hair with a single snip, “Easy Scoots, keep your head still.” Smirking a little, the young girl blushed. “Heh, sorry.” She uttered, deciding to keep her head still and her mouth shut for the rest of the cut. It took much longer than expected, nearly a whole ten minutes. But patiently, Scootaloo watched as her aunt very slowly took years off her hair cut with every snip. Eventually leaving her with a fairly typical looking bob haircut. Albeit, a bit short for her actual age. “Ooh, you’ve been such a good girl.” Fluttershy cooed, floofing her niece’s hair around the back, “There’s just one thing left to trim and then we’re done. Close your eyes real quick lovey.” Being the obedient girl she was, Scootaloo closed her eyes and patiently waited. She saw her already darken vision further turn black then felt a slight ticklish sensation on her forehead which caused her to grimace a little. A few gentle tugs and snips later then she heard her aunt step back. “Okay Scooty Booty, open your eyes.” She smiled. Scootaloo opened her eyes, and raised her eyebrows in surprise. To her surprise and somewhat to her delight, her bob cut was fully formed with childishly lengthened bangs and everything. “Do you like it?” Fluttershy smiled, watching as her niece experimentally combed her tiny hand through her hair; watching as her plentiful and soft straight hair rose and fell into the same position with every attempt to move it. Smiling wildly, Scootaloo nodded bouncing up and down a little with her hands gently curled around the base of her seat. “Goood!” Fluttershy smiled signaling for her niece to stand up with a gesture of her hand. Rather ambitiously, Scootaloo stood up from her seat and placed her hands on her sides. “Alright love. I’m gonna want you to turn around, drop your towels on this old dirty sheet, and wait for your aunty Fluttershy to finish cleaning everything up here. Can you do that?” The aunt asked, politely. Scootaloo nodded her head. “Good, now go skedaddle.” Fluttershy encouraged. Doing as her aunt said, Scootaloo rather gleefully dropped her ‘outfit’ and ran over to the changing table like a good girl. *** “Annnnd. Finished.” Fluttershy cheered, smiling as she finished taping her niece’s diaper shut. Scootaloo, who was busy reading the back of the bottle of baby powder was too mused by the unknown ingredients and stuff to pay mind to her aunt’s comments. Curiously she brought the bottle’s spout up to her nose and sniffed it, only realize that her aunt was staring right at her two foot away. “Heh, does it smell nice lovey?” the aunt giggled, covering her hand with her mouth. Blushing a little, the child nodded as she set the bottle down on the wooden boarder to her right. “Yeah, I never really used baby powder before. Heh, I couldn’t afford to spend my money willy nilly on baby stuff.” Picking up the bottle with her right hand, Fluttershy reached forwards and undid the safety strap that held down the area somewhere in between Scootaloo’s belly button and her brassiere with her left hand. “Is that right?” she mused. “Yeeeeah.” Scootaloo said, looking to the right at her aunt. “You’ve bought the stuff, it’s like $10 a bottle and it’s not like I could ask my mom for it.” “Well...” Fluttershy panned, switching the bottle to her left hand then poured a plentiful amount into her right hand until she formed a little mound of it. Leaning forward, she poured it on her nieces tummy and giggled. “Hmm?” Scootaloo questioned, curiously looking down at her tummy as much as she could from the position she was in. Reaching her hand forward, the aunts started rubbing the powder all around the girl’s tummy like it were sunblock. “Well. I’d say that we could start using more baby powder. And you know how we’ll budget that?” “Cause you’re like a zillionaire or something?” Scootaloo joked. Giggling a little, the aunt shook her head. “Heh, no. Cause it’s not like I have to buy you perfume or makeup or anything.” She joked, continuing to use the bottle to lightly powder the girl’s legs and arms. “Hehe, I gotcha.” Scootaloo smiled, letting her caretaker powder her skin with the babyish smelling substance until every pour on her body was lightly treated with the stuff. She sat up on her diapered tuskis and smiled. “It’s not like I ever wore perfume anyway.” “Heh, well whether you’re a baby or not. I’m not going to let you go around smelling bad Scootaloo.” Fluttershy said, offering her niece a hand off the table. Scootaloo grabbed her little hand onto her aunt’s and did a small hop off the thing. Landing rather comfortably on her feet, despite the awkward bulk the diaper that caused her legs to slightly bow. She stood up straight and looked up at her aunt, “I don’t know why, but I never really sweat much- even when I was in PE or riding my scooter for a really long time. I did get kind of red faced though.” “Hmm.” Fluttershy smiled, continuing to hold her niece’s hand as she walked her over to the wardobe. Popping open it’s light weight wooden doors, she reached inside. “I didn’t really think about it at first, but I wonder if you just lack estrogen or something.” She said, coming back out of dresser empty handed. Looking to her side, she realized the item she was looking for was still in the shopping bag. Scootaloo raised an eyebrow for just a second and tilted her head to the side. “Huh? What’s uh- estrogen?” Fluttershy got down on her knees and reached into the bag, pulling out the white owl onesie, with the speckled aqua, pastel pink, and violet spots sprinkled about. Smiling, she turned over to her niece undid the thing’s zipper guard. “Estrogen is the female growth hormone Scootaloo.” She answered unzipping the pj’s zipper all the way from the neck to the owl-designed footie, “Put simply. It helps make you taller and your figure fuller- including more muscular. Likewise it helps develop your digestive and urinary track, and it also help you uh- be more romantically active.” “Oooh!” Scootaloo said, not particularly interested in any of that stuff. “Is that why I’ve been wetting the bed?” she asked as her aunt held the footie pajamas into the air. “Here, be a big girl and step into your footies for your aunt.” Fluttershy sweetie encouraged, using her free hand to help tug the fabric up her niece’s legs as she stepped into them. “I’m not a hundred percent sure. But, until I get you covered by my health insurance it’s not going to be easy to get your hormone levels tested without it costing a fortune.” Very calmly, she helped string her niece’s little arms through their respective arm hole. “Hmm?” Scootaloo questioned, looking down at her little owl covered feet as her aunt grabbed the zipper on the ankle. “Well do you think I have a urine infection thingy?’ Smirking the aunt shook her head looking her niece in the face. “No lovey, if you have a urinary infection peeing would be a lot more painful for you.” She smiled, “But that does beg the question. I could get you hormone pills if you really want.” “What? No, I like being small!” Scootaloo protested with a perky optimism. “Heh, well I won’t force you to do anything love.” Fluttershy smiled, looking back down as she grabbed the pj’s zipper again. Looking down, Scootaloo watched as her aunt’s big hands pulled the zipper slowly up her leg, over her cartoonishly decorated diaper, and then past her very flat chest, until it eventually stopped at the neck. Staring down at her aunt’s busty chest, she heard as the footie pajama’s zipper guard was closed shut with a tiny audible ‘click’ sound. Standing up at full stature, Fluttershy couldn’t help but beam pridefully as she looked down at her niece. “Ooh, you look so cute in your little footies!” She gushed, taking full note of Scootaloo’s meek stature. Between her new bob cut and the way her pajama’s baggy disguised what little shapeliness she had to her figure; for the first time she truly looked younger than she really was. Blushing a little, Scootaloo smiled coyly. “I-I do?” “Mmmhmm!” fluttershy smiled, reaching down with her arms and scooping her niece up by her underarms, supporting the girl’s backside with one hand as she cradled her against her body. Using her free hand, she ran her palm up and down the soft fleece surface that covered her niece’s back, “Ooh, I knew I could get you looking pretty young again, but I didn’t know I’d be this easy.” “D-do I really look like a baby?” Scootaloo smiled, optimistically. Fluttershy grinned planting a small smootch on her niece’s head then teased her, “Hehe! No, you don’t look like a baby. But you look younger.” Scootaloo blushed with a reassured expression her face as she leaned onto her aunt for support. Planting her cheek on Fluttershy’s shoulder she closed her eyes and nuzzled it. “Y-yeah. I don’t wanna be a grown up.” “That’s alright baby” Fluttershy reassured as she slowly walked the little one out of the nursery, happily cradling the girl in her arms comforting embrace of her arms. “We can worry about all that later.”
