The next morning, Silver Colt and Cosmic Star shows Candy Apple around in the Canterlot castle as the windows of the shine bright with Equestrian history.
"Wowie, I must be dreaming about this, am I?" Candy Apple thought, as the head to the castle training grounds. For the guards waiting and chatting about Shadow Rose's arrival they stand in position as Silver Colt and Cosmo were present,
"Silver Colt, Second Commander!" the guards saluted, Silver Colt got confused and worried all of the sudden.
"Guards, has any-pony seen Captain Shadow Rose? I haven't seen her since this morning," Silver said, but the guards stayed silent, " Alright, no one has, well? Start on defense exercises for now." the guards head to there stations leaving the grounds empty with only Candy, Cosmo and Silver themselves,"I thought she was training with the guards?"
"Something up, and we need to find out fast. Silver and Candy go and see if she's around in Ponyville, I'm going to get Princess Celestia on high alert knowing that the Captain is missing" Cosmo commanded Silver and Candy and they separate from left to right to do there doings.
Meanwhile in Ponyville,
Silver Colt, Candy Apple, and Electra Scratch head to every-pony's place in Ponyville but found nothing, except a white with a coloring tip towering house. Heading down to the house they gave a knock, but there was no answer.
"I guess no pony is home, well lets head back and check again in she's with," suddenly the door creaks open cutting Electra's sentence, "or head into this self-opened door?" Electra shivery finished. They all entered the home, the door shuts spooked Electra to Candy Apple'a arms and curtain opened shining stained-glass artwork with piles of painted canvas full of colors from crimson red rubies to pink-rose petals.
Electra quivers being holded by Candy, "Why, what lovely art this pony has, she must do this for a living."
"Magical artwork, I have been criticized by three lovely ponies who comes into my art tower." says the mysterious snow-white unicorn walks down the stairs, showing with sapphire eyes and a reddish-pink beret and scarf, "May I come to some assistance, for I'm Artie Paint, royal art pony extraordinaire." Artie says with delight to see the three ponies.
Candy drops Electra to the floor to speak, "Were here to ask you if you know where Shadow Rose is? We looked everywhere and couldn't even find her around in Canterlot, nor in Ponyville."
"Oh my, Canterlot. What a magnificent city, you serve upon Princess Celestia?" Artie Paint says with interest, but Silver Colt pushed Candy away and looked at Artie from an inch away, " My your handsome, maybe a painting could interest you," with flying colors she hovered up her paint brush and a canvas and painted down, within a second, Silver Colt kissing Artie Paint, " Maybe a date to the Grand Galloping Gala, you don't suppose?" Silver Colt eyebrow but come to his sense to find his sister.
"Sorry, but I'm taken. But Shadow Rose, my sister, she's missing do you seen her anywhere?" said Silver Colt, but Artie Paint frowned and grabbed another canvas and told a story as she's painting,
"Well, from the last time I have seen your sister...she is maroon, right?" Silver Colt nods, " Well, for I was doing an artwork for sweet dear, Princess Luna, I heard a noise, more of mumbling like some-pony was angry about something," Electra face went into a shook, for it was the time Shadow Rose and her were arguing, " And by that time I was going to say something to her to make her feel better, but instead I hear some-pony else, but it wasn't a pony for what I saw," Artie finished the painting and showed it to her friends. A painting of Shadow Rose within the background was a shade figure of a Draconequus.
"That the thing that," Silver Colt couldn't finished his words for he was devastated to see his sister in fear of a creature standing tall.
"Not only that, my dear friends, but I heard what he's planning to do," says Artie, as the ponies huddled and a silent conversation came.
Back in Canterlot, Princess Celestia and Cosmo waited for Silver Colt and them returned, but right in time they came with Artie. "Cosmo, Princess, we have new of my sister's disappearance and who has her." Silver came in front with Cosmo.
"I see, a Draconequus figure is it part of your news, Silver?" Princess Celestia asks in concern, the ponies frighten of what she guess give them the shivering in there backs, "I know this kind creature for this fact me and my sister has faced this one years ago, he is the Lord of Chaos and Spirit of Disharmony. Goes by the name of,"
"Discord." Out of nowhere, Shadow Rose came in from the throne door facing the Princess and her friends and brother with her horn back to normal.
"Rose! Where have you been!?" Silver Colt shouted as he run up to her to hug her, but Rose pushed him away and walked up to Candy, Electra, and Artie in a non-surprise face.
"So, Cosmo, you have found the remaining Elements, have found out what element they are?" Shadow says, Cosmo sees no emotion with Shadow Rose as she didn't bare to answer the question, but as a friend she looked down upon her. "Pathetic."
Electra step next to Cosmo, "Shadow Rose, I got something to tell you, and you better listen up." But Shadow Rose's eyes turned and a figure came behind Silver and hold him captive.
The Princess and the girls gasped, "Silver! Unhand him!" Cosmic Star shouted, but blocked by Shadow Rose coming in front of her.
"Oh Celestia, I never knew about these new ponies you summon to be new Elements of Harmony." said Discord as he pets Silver Colt's hair like a cat. "Now, you must be the new Alicorn of Magic, and Pegasus from the Apple Farm, and the Artistic Unicorn that can foretell with her canvas painting, and the the earth pony that shakes the earth with you beats that are going to be whole once the Elements are in place?" Discord drops down Silver and poof to Cosmic Star mostly and starts the inspect her dressing himself like a nurse.
"What in Celestia's name are you doing?" Artie Paint questions Discord.
Discord stopped inspecting as he finished looking at her mouth and poof next Artie, "Well, I never before seen a pure Alicorn in personal to be this small, but does have the waving sparkling hair like your dear Princess Celestia. Couldn't it be that she has a daughter, but by feature I guess not."
Cosmo rubs her chin and turned to Discord, "And why would I be the Princess's daughter?" Discord turned around again to Cosmo and smiles, hovering to Shadow Rose, he nudge her to set up an image with her magic.
"Then what is this?" Discord shows the ponies, Cosmo looked with confusion as the image blurs a newborn filly next to a familiar face. Cosmo, turned around with tears coming down looking at Princess Celestia.
Silver started, "Wait, your Princess Celestia's,"
Shadow Rose finished Silver's question with an answer, " Daughter? Yes, a daughter of the Sun Princess."
