Ack. The scenario in the opener to the Trixie ep was almost EXACTLY what I was going to use for a changeling-related Trixie story that I planned out four months ago.
And now if I get around to writing it, the scenario will look unoriginal.
Cursessssssssssss this is the "Rainbow Dash as a Drill Sergeant" thing all over again.
*sigh*
Oh well, that's what I get for being slow. In any event, as you may have noticed I've been very busy with my new job and have done basically no writing since getting back to the States. It's unfortunate, but there it is.
Predicting the future is not always a good thing.

If only there was some way of rationing the awesome to keep your audience's interest going, such as writing a Vinyl Scratch/Octavia superhero comic, having someone else draw it, and posting one page of it per week on some sort of tumbling interweb page.

Okay fine there wise guy, I have done basically no writing EXCEPT for:
*completing the script for two issues of one superhero comic (for a total of about 75 pages),
*writing about a third of an entirely separate comic (for a current total of about 10 pages and an expected length of 50 pages), and
*completing the script for one much shorter western-themed comic which isn't even started yet but which weighs in at about 19 pages (counting the cover).
But comics are easy as heck to write so that doesn't count.
