The delay in the release of Point of No Return is due to a few factors. The first is that it will be a VERY LONG CHAPTER. My guesstimate is at 10,000 words, and I'll probably rewrite it more than once before releasing it. Fight scenes are always hard for me. The second is that my life has gotten rough lately. I don't want to go into details, so let's just say I really haven't had the time or inclination to write lately. I'm trying my best, and I have a rough start ready, but forcing it will only end in bad things. Like the first chapter of Dumb Luck. I'll start seriously writing tomorrow, given nothing happens to keep me away from my home all day, like the last few days.

Speaking of that, a recap: I'm alternating between releasing chapters of my stories, and it's Point of No Return's... Turn. However, this being the last chapter (sans the epilogue, which will be short and easy to write), I'll be free to pursue Dumb Luck and other projects.

Notes on Dumb Luck: I want to get the mane cast out of the way before I do the other pairings, and I think Rarity will be next. I think I'll be pairing her with Celestia. Maaaaybe Fancy Pants or Fleur de Lis. Which would you all prefer?

Oh, and once Point of No Return finishes, I have an idea for a dark comedy with shipping (not the main focus of the story though). The synopsis is thus: A while after the Ursa Minor incident in Ponyville, a familiar face comes knocking on Twilight's door, with a horrifying message. Trixie needs her help to kill pretty much every pony in Ponyville. Twilight of course calls her crazy and shuts her out, but soon she realizes something very strange is going on. Twilight is going to have to do what Trixie wants, whether she wants to or not. As for the reason why? Well, you'll see.
