Hearth's Warming Care Package

In case you missed the EQD post, there is a big charity project happening that centres on writing. There really aren't many of those, and this is for a very worthy cause, so listen up.

The details can be found in that link above, but the basic idea is to put together a care package for young Kiki Havivy, a seven-year-old girl who is currently battling a serious brain tumour. You may have heard about her before from one of Tara Strong's rallying calls for charitable donations to assist Kiki's family and give them financial peace of mind during this difficult time.

However, for this drive, we ask only for your words. A fanfiction competition is being held, with incredible prizes on offer. All you need to do is write a short pony story for Kiki to cheer her up! I think it's an absolutely wonderful idea, and if you want to get involved, all the details are here.

I, along with a plethora of very talented writers, will be judging the submissions to choose the winners. The system we're using completely unbiased and fair, so anyone has a shot at getting through.
