Five social outcasts are inexplicably brought together by coincidence or destiny to become Power Rangers, the latest generation in a long line of warriors. The world rests ts in their hands as Rita Repulsa, a powerful witch and a former Ranger, launches an assault with a army of stone golems called Putties and a giant golden monster named Goldar to claim a powerful artifact called the Zeo Crystal for her master, Lord Zedd.
