New Year's/ Account Creation Anniversary... Thingy (+IRL update) · 7:30pm Dec 31st, 2016
First off, Happy New Year's from me to all. :P Now that I have gotten that out of the way, onto the update.
Long story short, my computer desk collapsed last night, so now I have to get a new one (until then, I'm using two tables for mouse, monitor, keyboard, lamp, and the power strips.) In addition to that, me and my sister Amber got enough money to co-purchase a Wii U Deluxe and a handful of games for it (Bayoneta 2, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, and Mario Party 10.) As for my Christmas, I got a corset (one of the flexy, stretchy ones with clips on the front and no wires, to help me lose some more weight since when I bike, I don't sweat around my stomach for some reason), a t-shirt, four art canvases, an easel, some bracelets, a necklace, a small rosary, and chocolate. My sister only got baking spatulas (hence us getting the Wii U, it would've been her present if we had the room for it under the tree).
But that's not all. A few nights ago, the dogs were raising hell. Dad went to check it out, and heard something else crying out, almost silent amidst the barking. So he got me right after I went to bed and had me head out to the glass shop with him to investigate. We found a little surprise and brought it in.

Yep, a baby kitten. Yesterday we got her a food bowl and water bowl, and cans of tuna and egg. She can eat solid foods fine, so we think she's eight weeks old minimum. Her name is Leia—I assume in tribute to Carrie Fisher. So far, she's healthy (but shedding all over the place already.)
Lastly, as per usual, keep an eye out for another chapter for Arcane, though I cannot guarantee it'll come this week (as dad got me OJ and a good-sized bottle of straight vodka to make my own Screwdrivers with, so I might be getting a wee bit on the drunk side.)
