Seeking Editor for the Home Stretch · 5:07am Oct 12th, 2016
Around The World in 81 Days (And Other Problems Caused by Leap Years) is in it's home stretch! Saddle Arabia, Zansikar, the Water Palace, Kiria, Tawantinsuyu, and then the final chapter, Equestria! That means only six chapters to go until the big finish, and I can at last be free from the tiny insidious demon that Horizon summoned into my home.
However, as of late, a lot of my editors have gotten busy. They are each still champions with the hearts of lions, buuuut, yeah. The next two chapters are kind of held up in editing.
So, if anyone is willing to chip in a critical eye for this last leg of the journey, please shoot me a PM. Would be much appreciated.

I not only would like to help, but I also feel a certain obligation given the circumstances.
Unfortunately, this month is the most miserably busy collision of events and obligations that I've had in literally years. (Every one of my weekends is booked with a convention or other out-of-town thing, and my weekdays have filled up with other fiction obligations.) If literally nobody else bites, I'll try to squeeze some editing time in, but otherwise I might be better off volunteering for future chapters starting in approx. mid-November.

Besides, I can't have you edit it. That's like asking the evil witch for help removing the curse she put on you. Even if she agrees, it's kind of undignified. Can't really say you saved the day there.

Ah, I'm quite glad to hear you've gotten help. Unfortunately, today my schedule started looking significantly more busy, and I really think it could be a bad idea to take more on.
I wouldn't mind, but I have no editing experience and I've yet to read any of this fic (it's in the queue, waitin' for completion), so I doubt I'd be much help. I could find typographical and grammatical errors, but I'd be useless with anything else unless I get caught up. If you're desperate enough, let me know
