For a project I have in mind... so if you have a minute, I have short message after the break.
Nothing set in stone yet, I really need to work out details, etc. But my reason for posting it here is to gauge the possible interest from my followers here. Bear in mind this wouldn't be pony, (still, writing related) so in addition to not focusing on the main selling point of my stories here, it would also be posted elsewhere... so I'd like to hear how many of you might be interested to give it a try if it happens.
Don't be afraid to be honest and comment if you feel it necessary, since I am well aware that just because you like my pone fics, it doesn't mean you're going to follow me somewhere else. It's the nature of the fan fiction beast, after all.
But, either way... comments or not—if you wouldn't mind giving me an idea of the level of possible interest, please have a go at the yes/no poll linked below:

Here at FiMFiction I've found some of the best amateur writers I've ever seen, and don't get me wrong, I love pony words. But sometimes I find myself wishing I could read some work by them not seen though the lens of Pone. So I can't wait to see what this is going to be.

If you're asking if I'd be willing to read your non-pony writing: sure, of course. Hard to tell for sure, though, since you're asking for a black & white answer to a very gray question (non-pony writing-related project). Just sayin'...

It depends incredibly heavily on what it's about. I have little interest in reading one of your Pokemon fanfictions, but if it's an original web serial, I'd definitely check it out.

3843804 Even without divulging the subject matter, it'd still help to know if you're looking for illustrators, voice actors, co-writers, editors, etc... Plus what sort of schedule. Some of those I'm good at, and some I'm not.
My interest would depend on genre, setting, and character type. But if/when you start it i wouldn't mind giving it a look to see if i might like it or not.

I enjoy your writing style. I imagine it would transfer to other types of gen aras. That being said I love sci-fyi, but read other types as well.
Anything with your writing is something worth reading.
Only downside to this is more writing spent doing other things means less time spent on pony.
