Gravity Falls is finally over

After the constant delays, Disney's horrible scheduling, and a second season that felt like two seasons worth of content shoved together (and took as long to finish due to the previously-mentioned horrible scheduling), Gravity Falls has finally finished. The finale was excellent, wrapping things up on a bittersweet-but-triumphant note. It was a fun ride, and I'll miss it, but...I won't miss having to wait months between episodes.

On the plus side, new ponies in May.

I wish I had a chapter to go with this blog post, but something someone said is making me realize this entire story was a hideous mistake, so...I'm still plugging away at it. Plug plug plug. Pluggidy pluggidy plug.

It's weird calling this the end of a chapter in my life, because that continual distance between episodes kept it from feeling like anything coherent.

I hope both seasons get a box set DVD release. :B
