Actually some people, like me track every story they read for this reason.
I don't know how to track stuff so I add it to my favourites no matter what it is... Unless of course it's yours. I always favourite yours on purpose because of your literacy genius.

Me too. My favourites list is more like an "everything I ever read that I thought was above-mediocre" list.
All faving is tracking now so if they faved it they will see the update. If they didn't fave it they probably don't care enough for the update to mattter to them.

Yes, but since faving a story automatically tracks it, the only people not tracking it are the ones who didn't like it enough to add it to their favorites list.
