Not egg. EEG. As in a test that measures my brain activities. As most of you know, I am epileptic. So, I've had half a dozen EEGs. They usually lasted an hour and a half or so. Now, though, it's for three days. Three days of wires glued to my head. Yay.
Yes that is a Hannibal Lecter T-shirt. And that case on my hip is the recording device.
Also, my fiancee is moving out of her parents' house, where she'll have a room just for making ponies. So she starts that in a couple of weeks. And yes, we got my medication changed so that now my epilepsy medication doesn't knock me out. We hope. So I'll hopefully have the drive to update more!
I also re-watched The Secret of NIMH recently. It only got better now that I understood it.

I get that it sucks to have that on for 3 days.I'vve done something way different, yet kind of similare where you get to have a little machine on you that check your blood pressure every hour for 1-2 days, even when ylu sleep. So far I've done that twice in my life:first when I was 3, and the latest just a few months ago.
As someone who's had epilepsy for the past 23 years, I feel your pain. Normally when I have a seizure, I usually bite the hell out of my tongue and back in February 2012, I had a seizure and gave myself a tongue piercing.
I've never had an EEG last that long, and I suppose if my neurologist thought about it, she'd probably have me go through it, too. I had an EEG and an MRI done back in April, and unfortunately, she didn't learn anything from it...
Kick your feet up, relax and binge watch horror classics. Best route to recovery, I find.
