Choose What I Write!

It's, uh...it's been a while since my last blog post, huh? I know, I was aiming for one blog post a week and not one blog post per month...or two, but I've been really busy with NaNoWriMo. Which I finished, by the way. All 50,000 words. It's too bad that those words only got me halfway through a novel, oh well, just have to keep working at it. To All My Artistic Readers · 3:08am Aug 1st, 2012

As many of you have probably noticed, Keeping it Simple has reached both its 10th chapter and 100,000th word, so I thought it might be fun to do a little something to celebrate. My first thought: a custom cover image for the story. However, since I lack any sort of artistic talent, I was hoping that one of my more talented readers could donate their time and skill and draw an image for me, something that really captures the story in a picture. I know there's a group out there for just this purpose, but I think I might get more responses this way.

So anyway, for all those interested, just upload your original artwork to Photobucket, DeviantArt, etc, and send me the link via a PM. If I choose your image I'll give you full credit, of course, as well as a link to the source. Unfortunately I can only pick one, but I'll be more than happy to feature everyone who has sent a picture in on this blog. Let's set the deadline for sometime around September 1st.
