Baby Seal Burritos, who is both one of my fave pony writers and one of my fave pony artists, has just started taking artwork commissions. Here are the details (a few of which I've excerpted below):
- Send BSB a message with your Tumblr account detailing what you would like. (If you are commissioning OC ponies, she will need you to provide references, even if it’s as simple as an image from the pony creator.) The more detailed you choose to be in your request, the better.
- BSB puts your name on a list and contacts you, giving you the price of your request. If the price is acceptable, you just let her know and your spot will be cemented.
- BSB will work her way down the list in a first come, first served manner. You won’t pay until she starts working on your commission. She's asking for payments to be made through Paypal for the sake of convenience.
- Once the commission is finished, the image is yours to do with as you please, and BSB won’t post it on her Tumblr unless you give her permission to do so.
