Sitting in the middle of town is a Pringles can with a simple note.
Anypony may have a chip, they must simply remove it from the can without the use of magic and without moving the can itself.
How would your pony self go about retrieving a chip?
Also for the sake of humor your hoof is just slightly too large to fit into the can without getting stuck.

Well, if the Pringles can is still mostly full, I can grab a chip out with my tongue. Probably get some drool on the next few chips in the can, but that will be some other pony's problem.
