You managed to sneak it by me, you devils. With a sudden rush of fresh followers yesterday, I hit the 7,000 mark.
That just floors me. Because, I think I've told you all this before, my hometown is only 5,000. There are now 2,000 more people stalking me than the population of the only home I knew until I left for college. That's just crazy.
So thank you! Thank you all so very much for enjoying the stories I write enough to click that little button. And it's just more amazing to me that, because of all of you, I am the first writer on Fimfiction to reach the milestone. That creates a 4-milestone record. All thanks to everyone here, I was the first to reach 4,000, the first to reach 5,000, the first to reach 6,000, and now the first to reach 7,000.
I wish I had something prepared, but between work, Babscon, and The Road Home, I didn't have much time to even consider what to do for this milestone.
So, I am going to throw that out to everyone here. What would you personally like to see from me as a thank you for helping reach this wonderful milestone? I'm open to most ideas, and if we get several good ones I'll try to run a poll to pick get the one everyone wants most.
Beyond that, thank you again and have an amazing day, week, month, and year.

Hmmmm...how about a sad Nyx piece? Many, many years in the future, Celestia and Luna both attempt to comfort a grieving Nyx as she visits the graves of all her friends who have passed on, including her mother?

Congrats on reaching the milestone. You definitely deserve it. As for a way to celebrate, I'd love to read a small one-shot of what happened with Nyx and Twilight after Twilight became an Alicorn in Magical Mystery Cure (maybe even leading up to the coronation)
