Love & Cookies

So I wasn't originally going to enter the Kilala fanfic contest due to being very busy the last couple months, but Imaginary Valued twisted my arm, so I spent the last week writing up a quick little something. It's probably not good enough to win any contests given that I only took a week out of the two months the contest was going on to do it, and I was pretty busy even for that week since I went on leave to visit my wife after seven months apart and she's always on the move.

Anyway, I do like the concept of the story. It was basically supposed to expand on the idea that Turquoise Blitz had a problem with being greedy for cookies (and Annie) by concocting a scenario in which he lets it get the better of him and goes on something of a SoME-style rampage, though with less property damage since he's only half dragon and doesn't do the whole greed-growth thing. I ended up referencing a few other Next Gen Fun Facts in there, too, and couldn't resist ending the story with one. I also ended up using Imaginary Valued's OCs since I needed Nidra to have a butler and he conveniently had one (or three) ready made. Pennyhoof, Nickelhoof, and Quarterhoof are basically these triplets of each different pony race who have the shared dream of raising an evil overlord, so naturally they became royal butlers. They're kind of based on Alfred Pennyworth from Batman. I thought they were pretty cute.

Hopefully, everyone enjoys it, and I should be able to post another chapter to my other Kilalaverse fic soon.
