Screw it, I've HAD IT with waiting! Either I'll find a new partner(s) to help me with Filly Fantasy VI, or I'll just go it on my own, because I can't TAKE IT anymore! He almost never replies to me e-mails, and I've been waiting for over FIVE WEEKS to hear something, ANYTHING, about a potential character swap, but if he can't be bothered to answer? Screw it. So yeah, I'm looking for anyone who can commit even a LITTLE bit of time each week to either write, or at least help brainstorm ideas/keep me on track, come up with ideas for additional plot, ect.
And SPEAKING of additional plot... What would you guys say if I said I was thinking of adding an entirely new character to the cast? They wouldn't be a fighter so much as... Support? I mean, in the game, you can carry a * ton of weapons, armor, ect, right? Well, how are they supposed to fight if they have to carry more than just a couple of potions or Phoenix Downs? How would they fight without some of those bottles probably breaking in the bustle of fighting? So the character would be mostly in charge of holding all of the items, provide advice, that sorta stuff. Opinions?
If I can't find someone to help me within a week, I AM saying screw it and going it alone. It won't be as good, sadly, but I'm sure you guys would like SOMETHING! (Prancy took what I wrote and expanded upon it, especially with DETAILS about the surroundings, ect, so the conversations would still be similar, if that's what you're worried about.)
And here's a surprise/reward for getting trough all of that text! MY COVER ART COMMISSION FINALLY came in! After *looks at calender* ~7 months or so!

If I was more familiar with FFVI, I'd gladly help, Trevor. Sadly, it's my second-most unfamiliar Final Fantasy (right behind FFIII). That said, I hope you get someone who'll help you out. Maybe you could talk it over with HCBailly. He loves FFVI.
And that commission is awesome. Seriously. If I had money, I'd get the artist to do something for my own fic.

I'm perfectly willing to sperg out over FFVI once or twice a week, sure. I'd have to read through what you've got so far, mind, but I should be regularly available for the foreseeable future (and I'll be sure to let you know well in advance should that change)

All of the above lol? At work, I'm getting another report added to my team, so I'll be busy with her paperwork and training. Re: Ch21, it's not coming as naturally to me as some of the previous chapters for whatever reasons, so I'm trying to get a better mental outline first. As for free time, I was at BronyCon~
and I also participated in a contest at Ponychan (wrote an entry and voted on peers). At least the upside of that is that I'll have a new one-shot published soon.
